Abstract

Pengungkapan informasi lingkungan merupakan informasi yang berisikan pengungkapan lingkungan yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam laporan tahunan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, umur perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan secara persial dan secara simultan terhadap pengungkapan informasi lingkungan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2023. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara persial yaitu hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap pengungkapan informasi lingkungan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2023 sedangkan umur perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan informasi lingkungan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2023. Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara simultan berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, umur perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan secara simultan terhadap pengungkapan informasi lingkungan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2023. Nilai koefisien determinasi R2 adalah sebesar 0,186 atau 18,6% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh setiap variabel sebesar 18,6% sisanya 81,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result of work, both in quality and quantity, achieved by an individual in performing tasks in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him/her. Factors that influence teacher performance are work environment, organizational culture, leadership, work motivation, work discipline, salary and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence of work discipline and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique, that is, all members of the population are sampled, while the sample in this study amounted to 50 people. This research method is a quantitative method with verification data analysis method. The results of the study partially show that work discipline has a significant effect on teachers' performance, work environment has no significant effect on teachers' performance, simultaneously work discipline and work environment together have a simultaneous effect on teachers' performance. Based on the coefficient of determination, it shows that work discipline and work environment can explain the variable of teacher performance by 38.2%.

Abstract

Work discipline is an important factor in supporting organizational effectiveness and achieving company goals, which is influenced by leadership, compensation, reward, and punishment. Factors that influence work discipline, namely: ability, leadership, compensation, legal sanctions, and supervision, clear goals of the organization, the existence of regulations owned by the organization, disciplinary behavior of superiors, attention and direction to employees, the existence of rewards and punishments. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, compensation, reward and punishment simultaneously on work discipline at PT. Antarmitra Sembada Palembang. The sample in this study amounted to 51 employees. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data analysis method used is descriptive and verification methods. The results of the partial t test regarding the influence of leadership (X1), compensation (X2) and punishment (X4) have a significant influence on work discipline (Y), while reward (X3) does not have a significant effect on work discipline (Y) at PT. Antarmitra Sembada Palembang. The results of the simultaneous f test regarding the influence of leadership (X1), compensation (X2), reward (X3) and punishment (X4) on work discipline (Y) at PT. Antarmitra Sembada Palembang. The test results obtained for Ftable were 2.57. So Fcount (7.247) > Ftable (2.57) and the significant value was 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the leadership variables (X1), compensation (X2), reward (X3) and punishment (X4), together have a significant effect on work discipline (Y) at PT. Antarmitra Sembada Palembang.
