Abstract

Becoming an entrepreneur today, is not just being able to start and set up a business just like that, but to be guided to be able to direct his business to a state that continues to be profitable and gain a sustainable or continuous competitive advantage over competitors. Therefore, let us not ever start a business by trial and error without having a clear direction and purpose because often the consequences will be very detrimental if there are mistakes that were not calculated beforehand. So we need an attitude that is able to face every possibility that occurs in running a business by holding on to the beliefs and abilities of reliable individuals. So, entrepreneurs need abilities and clear goals, what to achieve and how to achieve them. The formulation of the problem in this research is, How is the entrepreneurial spirit in the success of the salon business in Pangkalan Balai ?, What are the characteristics of entrepreneurship on the success of the salon business in Pangkalan Balai? Is there a partial influence of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial characteristics on the success of the existing salon business at Pangkalan Balai? And is there a simultaneous influence of an entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial characteristics on the success of the salon business in Pangkalan Balai? The populations in this study were 30 salons in Pangkalan Balai. The results in this study that the Entrepreneurial Spirit Variable (X1) has a significant effect on Business Success (Y). The results obtained by tcount is 3,280 with a significant value of 0.001, tcount (3,280)> ttable (1.703) and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05, Characteristics variable Entrepreneurship (X2) has a significant effect on business success (Y), the results obtained by tcount is 4.269 with a significant value of 0.000, tcount (4.269) > ttable (1.671) and a significant value of 0.000> 0.05, the entrepreneurial characteristics variable (X2) has a significant effect on business success (Y), the results obtained tcount of 4.269 with a significant value of 0.000, tcount (4.269)> t table (1.671) and a significant value of 0.000> 0.05.

Abstract

Success business is usually influenced by many factors, both from the internal and external environment of the company. Factors from the internal environment usually come from within the company's own environment which tends to be controlled. One of the internal factors of business success is the entrepreneurial spirit factor. This study will discuss "The influence of the entrepreneurial spirit on the success of a cafe business in Palembang City". The formulation of the problem in this study is 1. the influence of the entrepreneurial spirit on the success of the Cafe business in Palembang City partially? 2. The influence of the Entrepreneurial Spirit on the success of the Cafe business in Palembang City simultaneously?. The purposes of this study are 1. To determine the influence of the entrepreneurial spirit on the success of the cafe business in Palembang City partially. 2. To find out the influence of Entrepreneurial Spirit on the success of Cafe Business in Palembang City partially. The object of research in this study were 33 cafe businesses in the city of Palembang which were collected by researchers. This study uses quantitative analysis methods. The number of samples collected was 33 respondents and the sample technique used was purposive sampling. From the results of research and interpretation of data that has been analyzed using multiple analysis shows that 67.3% entrepreneurial spirit which consists of variables of confidence, tasks and results, leadership, leadership, and future development affect the success of the cafe business in the city of Palembang and overall. Simultaneous has a significant positive effect on business success where Fcount is greater than Ftable: 8,929 > 2,42 at 5% significance level and significant value is 0.000. This study also shows that the most dominant dimension influencing the success rate of Cafe business in Palembang is the self-confidence dimension with a regression coefficient of 0.436. To increase the entrepreneurial spirit which will affect the success of the cafe business in the city of Palembang, it is necessary to instill an entrepreneurial spirit. This is done so that the cafe business activists really become entrepreneurs or true entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan jaman serta ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang canggih, sarana transportasi dan komunikasipun semakin mudah sehingga membuat aktivitas manusia semakin cepat dan praktis salah satunya dengan munculnya penyedia jasa transportasi berbasis online. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy) dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maxim?. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy) dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maxim. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis varifikatif. Hasil penelitian secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 7,821 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak, artinya variabel kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy) dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maxim. Hasil penelitian secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung untuk variabel tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan harga masing-masing 1,344, 0,390, 1,415, -1,362, 1,739 dan 3,029 dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,188, 0,699, 0,166, 0,183, 0,091 dan 0,005. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel tangibles, reliability, responsiveness dan assurance tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maxim, sedangkan variabel empathy mempunyai pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maxim dan variabel harga mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maxim.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Pelayanan, dan Kegunaan atau Manfaat Terhadap Brand Image (Citra Merek) Pada Produk GEELA di JM Group Lemabang Palembang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X1), Pelayanan (X2), dan Kegunaan atau Manfaat (X3) secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Brand Image / Citra Merek (Y) pada produk GEELA di JM Group Lemabang Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling yaitu suatu sampel yang terdiri atas sejumlah elemen yang dipilih secara acak, dimana setiap elemen atau anggota populasi memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk terpilih menjadi sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis verifikatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Image / Citra Merek (Y). Dengan nilai thitung (1.720) > ttabel (1,679) dan nilai signifikan 0,092 > 0,05, variabel Pelayanan (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Image / Citra Merek (Y). Dimana nilai thitung (-0,861) < ttabel (1,679) dan nilai signifikan 0,393 > 0,05, sedangkan variabel Kegunaan atau Manfaat (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Image / Citra Merek (Y). Dimana hasil diperoleh, nilai thitung (4,092) > ttabel (1,679) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, Secara simultan Kualitas Produk (X1), Pelayanan (X2), Kegunaan atau Manfaat (X3) Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Brand Image / Citra Merek (Y) dengan Fhitung sebesar 8,711 dengan tingkat nilai signifikan sebesar Fhitung (8,711) > Ftabel (1,679) dan tingkat signifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Koefisien Determinasi (R2) adalah sebesar 0,682 (68,2%) berarti bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk (X1), Pelayanan (X2), Kegunaan atau Manfaat (X3) menjelaskan Brand Image / Citra Merek (Y) sebesar 68,2% sedangkan sisanya 31,8% (100% - 68,2%) dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
