Abstract

Sampai saat ini sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia masih terpola pada kebiasaan untuk mencari kerja bukan menciptakan kerja. Tentu saja persoalan ini akan selalu menjadi masalah bagi negara. Kita dapat membayangkan apa yang akan terjadi jika seluruh penduduk usia kerja hanya menggantungkan diri untuk mencari kerja. Untuk keluar dari persoalan itu tertuju pada wirausaha karena wirausaha dinilai dapat mendorong terciptanya lapangan kerja baru, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sikap mental wirausaha merupakan motor penggerak dalam pembangunan negara dalam hal memajukan ekonomi bangsa dan negara, meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat, ikut mengurangi pengangguran dan membantu mengentaskan kemiskinan. Siswa SMK diharapkan untuk mampu menjadi wirausaha baru karena dibekali mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan yang menuntut siswa menguasai teori maupun praktik wirausaha. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di SMK 5 Muhammadiyah Karanganyar dengan peserta 30 siswa yang bertujuan untuk memotivasi dan meningkatkan minat berwirausaha serta manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

Tanaman Obat Keluarga bagus untuk dikembangkan, namun saat ini terkadang masyarakat kurang mengetahui manfaat apabila tanaman-tanaman tersebut ditanam di lahan-lahan rumah yang masih kosong. Padahal tanaman yang dapat digunakan sebagai obat memang perlu untuk dikembangkan. Apalagi jika memiliki lahan yang mendukung namun tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of capital market training, financial literacy, research benefits, and research motivation on the investment interest of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire through purposive sampling, with 86 respondents. The research employed validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. Findings from the t-test indicate that capital market training, financial literacy, investment benefits, and investment motivation significantly affect the investment interest of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding and ability of business actors in preparing financial statements. Based on the results of initial observations, the majority of actors do not have systematic financial records and do not know the applicable financial reporting standards. This problem has an impact on low business accountability and difficulties inaccessing financing from financial institutions. The method of implementing activities includes socialization, training, and assistance in the preparation of simple financial statements. This activity was carried out offline for three weeks by involving business actors from the goods and services business sector. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants’understanding of the importance of financial statements as well as their ability to prepare simple income and balance sheets. In addition, participants began to implement regular daily transaction logging. This program is expected to help business actors in increasing financial transparency and competitiveness of their businesses in the future.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to determine the effect of perceived creativity, positive emotion, affective commitment on people intention to interact.Design/Methodology/Approach: The study procedures were carried out using a quantitative approach and data were collected with online questionnaires from July to December in 2023. The participants were selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, such as experience in purchasing products online. A total of 225 participants were selected and analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS.Research findings: The results showed that perceived creativity had a significant relationship on positive emotion and affective commitment. Positive emotion was shown to have a significant effect on interaction intention. However, perceived creativity had no significant impact on interaction intention of apparel brand. This indicated that creative content was inadequate in attracting Instagram users to interact with brand’s account. The results also showed that positive emotion lacked a significant correlation with affective commitment, while affective commitment had a significant relationship with interaction intention.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study provides meaningful contribution to Stimulus-Organism-Response theory by incorporating creativity to assess Instagram social media platform.Practitioners/Policy Implications: These results can assist business owners and social media marketers in developing creative marketing campaigns and building strong bond with their followers.Research Limitations/Implications: One of the limitations of this study is that it only assessed the use of Instagram in the fashion industry. Therefore, future studies are advised to explore different industries and recruit participants with a specific occupation to obtain better understanding of online consumer behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, religiusitas, kemudahan penggunaan, dan literasi zakat terhadap niat membayar ZIS melalui platform digital pada Generasi Z di Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner daring melalui Google Form menggunakan skala Likert 1–5 kepada Generasi Z Muslim di Surakarta yang pernah melakukan pembayaran ZIS secara digital. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 135 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics melalui analisis deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, kemudahan penggunaan, dan literasi zakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat membayar ZIS melalui platform digital. Sementara itu, religiusitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pembayaran ZIS digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa niat Generasi Z dalam membayar ZIS secara digital lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor teknologi, lingkungan sosial, dan pemahaman zakat dibandingkan faktor religiusitas.
