Abstract

Hukum dalam perspektif Islam adalah media dialog antara kebenaran dengan kenyataan. Namun demikian, hukum ini dirasa belum efektif dalam peranannya, sehingga perlu adanya intermediary yang mendapatkan dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Dari sinilah penulis menawarkan konsep intermediary berupa zakat dengan pendekatan budaya. Namun, bisakah Islam dengan zakat sebagai salah satu instrumennya dapat membawa perubahan sosial yang berlanjut pada penyadaran hukum Islam? Bagaimana interaksi yang akan terjadi ketika penghayatan sistem sosial dan budaya masyarakat di Indonesia sudah sangat erat tertanam?Tulisan ini mengupas tentang pentingnya reformulasi pemahaman zakat dengan pendekatan budaya yang terpola dalam konsep ‘pribumisasi Islam’. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut, perlu ada pemahaman bahwa struktur sosial dalam masyarakat pada dasarnya terbentuk atas kesepakatan unincidental dengan kesadaran mendalam serta didasari atas keluhuran nilai dan keharmonisan tujuan. Landasan ini diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk memahamkan masyarakat tentang pentingnya zakat produktif. Karena itu, tidak terlalu berlebihan jika pemahaman tentang zakat harus diafiliasikan dengan paradigma tentang kebudayaan agar terbentuk masyarakat yang sadar akan zakat serta pengelolaannya secara produktif.

Abstract

This article discuss and analyze about concept and characteristicof water in Islam. This concept influences to the social and economic aswell. Beside, this article describe about concept of water transformationand changing of society point of view, partly and globally. These data arecollected by text and context study, especially by the mix approach, it’sculture study and Islamic jurisprudence. The result of this study, there isshifting of understanding in Islamic scholars about concept of water functionfrom al-miyah al-fit}rah (water as a natural function) to al-miya>h aliqtis}a>diyyah (commercial water).

Abstract

Sebagai bangsa yang dikenal dengan ekonomi berasas pada kerakyatan, seyogyanya pengembangan ekonomi melalui lembaga keuangannya harus memperhatikan aspek yang membela dan menitikberatkan pada kepentingan rakyat. Terkadang didapati lembaga keuangan Islam belum dapat memahami kondisi masyarakat, sehingga ini menjadi faktor penghambat tersendiri. Untuk itu adalah penting untuk menemukan formula baru tentang jaminan yang dapat menggambarkan lembaga keuangan mikro Islam berasas pada ekonomi kerakyatan. Sehingga filantropi kelembagaan muncul dan merangkul kepentingan masyarakatnya.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of employee satisfaction on customer service quality. The subject of this research is Islamic banks in Indonesia with two variables are employee satisfaction and customer service quality. The results of this study is shown that there is a relationship between employee satisfaction and customer service quality. The degree of influence of employee satisfaction to customer service quality is 13.1% which mean there are many variables can be determined for the next research.

Abstract

This research helps explain the factors that influence a person's intention to do whistleblowing. This study examines the effect of retaliation (the treatment of revenge) and ethical leadership on the whistleblowing decisions of postgraduate students with masters of accounting at universities in Central Java. The novelty of our study is First, we fill in gaps in previous studies using students as the population; most studies use employees (such as auditors) as the main population.This study is considered to be the first micro-level analytical research in the area. Second, answering whether the ethical principles possessed by superiors influence employees to do whistleblowing. Questionnaires were administered privately, and respondents were convinced of retaliation, value orientation and whistleblowing intentions for data confidentiality and the anonymity of the respondent's identity. Testing the data in the study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool.The primary research data used in the research were obtained through questionnaires. The results of the study show that: (1) Ethical Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the intention to do whistleblowing; (2) Retaliation or the threat of retaliation has a negative and significant effect on a person's intention to carry out a whistleblowing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of workload variables, locus of control, and organizational climate on job satisfaction of PT Nasmoco Purwokerto employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample consisting of 75 employees of PT Nasmoco Purwokerto obtained through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that there was a negative and significant influence between workload on job satisfaction, with a coefficient value of -0.320 and a p value of 0.001 (0.05). Internal locus of control has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, with a coefficient value of 0.468 and a p value of 0.000 (0.05). In addition, organizational climate also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a coefficient value of 0.392 and a p value of 0.000 (0.05). In contrast, external locus of control did not show a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a coefficient value of -0.072 and a p value of 0.503 ( 0.05). These results indicate that workload, internal locus of control, and organizational climate have a significant influence on job satisfaction of PT Nasmoco Purwokerto employees, while external locus of control has no significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and determine the effect of product quality, price, brand awareness, as well as brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto. In this study, the population was people who bought Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto with a total of 100 respondents as samples. The data used is primary data, the sample is taken with the implementation of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as the sample type, then the data is collected using a questionnaire. Quantitative research was applied in this study as a data analysis method using multiple linear regression with the use of the SPSS version 24 programme. The findings of this study reveal that simultaneously product quality, price, brand awerness and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto city. While partially product quality, brand awareness and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. But price has no influence on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto city.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of operating capacity, sales growth, operating cash flow, and leverage on the financial distress conditions of companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. This study uses a purposive sampling method for sampling with a sample size of 57 companies. The analysis technique used is binary logistic regression using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that operating capacity and leverage have a significant effect on the company's financial distress, while sales growth and operating cash flow have no significant effect on the company's financial distress.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBisnis harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman, salah satu kewajiban perusahaan adalah membuat suasana toko semenarik mungkin. Tujuannya adalah mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian pelanggan, yang akan mempengaruhi arah perusahaan ke depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah Kualitas Pelayanan, Social Media Marketing, Store Atmosphere dan Testimoni memengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Kalih Coffee. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling, khususnya purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu, melibatkan 120 respoden dengan menggunakan kriteria responden merujuk kepada responden yang merupakan customers Kalih Coffee serta pengguna aktif media sosial instagram, selain itu responden merupakan Generasi Z (1997-2012). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Uji yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji ketetapan model dan uji regresi. Ukuran sampel minimum ditentukan menggunakan rumus Roscoe dan diperoleh 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Namun, Social Media Marketing, Store Atmosphere, dan Testimoni secara persial ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.ABSTRACTBusinesses must keep up with the times, one of the company's obligations is to make the store atmosphere as attractive as possible. The goal is to gain customer loyalty and have the ability to influence customer Purchasing Decisions, which will affect the future direction of the company. This research aims to identify whether service quality, Social Media Marketing, Store Atmosphere, and Testimonials influence purchasing decisions. The effects are examined through a quantitative approach. The population in this research consists of customers of Kalih Coffee. The samples were selected using a nonprobability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling, with certain criteria that include customers Kalih Coffee which Generation Z (born between 1997 and 2012), and active Instagram users. The data analysis method using SPSS 26. The tests conducted in this study include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model fit tests, and regression tests. The minimum sample size was determined using Roscoe’s formula and obtained 100 respondents. The results of the study show that service quality does not significantly influence purchasing decisions. However, Social Media Marketing, Store Atmosphere, and Testimonials, partially was found has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, halal label, social media influencers, and product quality on customer loyalty of Somethinc products in the Banyumas region. The method used was quantitative, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously and partially there was a significant influence between the variables of brand image, product quality, and social media influencers on customer loyalty of Somethinc products in the Banyumas region.
