Abstract

Motivasi pegawai adalah faktor yang mendorong individu untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pekerjaan mereka, sehingga meningkatkan kerjasama, efektivitas, dan kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja meliputi ketaatan terhadap waktu, pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan baik, serta kepatuhan terhadap aturan dan norma di lingkungan kerja. Iklim kerja mencerminkan kondisi dan suasana kerja yang memberikan rasa nyaman dan tenang bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh iklim kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi pegawai di Puskesmas Dompu Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih melalui metode accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, iklim kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai (t hitung = 2,132 > t tabel = 1,660; p < 0,05) dan demikian juga dengan disiplin kerja (t hitung = 2,139 > t tabel = 1,660; p < 0,05). Secara simultan, iklim kerja dan disiplin kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi motivasi pegawai (f hitung = 194,981 > f tabel = 2,70; p < 0,05). Penelitian ini menyarankan agar Puskesmas Dompu Kota terus memperbaiki iklim kerja dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah tidak mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi motivasi pegawai, yang dapat menjadi area penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Digital transformation driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a key factor in the development of global tourism. However, the digital readiness of tourism actors in developing regions such as Dompu Regency is still limited. This study aims to analyze the level of digital readiness of tourism actors, identify barriers, and explore opportunities for implementing AI technology in tourism marketing. A qualitative approach with an exploratory case study design is used in this research. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 13 informants, including MSME actors, homestay owners, tour operators, local government officials, and MSME/digitalization facilitators. Observations and documentation were also carried out to strengthen the findings. Data analysis used a thematic method to identify emerging patterns, themes, and meanings. The findings indicate that the digital literacy of tourism actors is still low; the main obstacles lie in limited internet infrastructure and costs; government support is relatively limited; and understanding of AI is still minimal. However, there is enthusiasm and positive hope for the application of AI technology in the future, especially in aspects of automated promotion and digital reservations. The recommendations of this study emphasize the need for continuous training programs, improvement of internet infrastructure, and collaboration between the government, MSME actors, and digitalization facilitators.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the effects of utilitarian motivation and promotions on purchase decisions and tests the mediating role of perceived value among TikTok Shop social commerce users in Indonesia. Research Method: This research used an explanatory quantitative design. Data were collected from 91 STIE Yapis Dompu students who actively use TikTok Shop. The sample size was determined using the rule of 5–10 times the number of observed indicators. The variables analyzed were utilitarian motivation, promotions, perceived value, and purchase decisions. Data were processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS v3. Results and Discussion: The findings show that utilitarian motivation and promotions have positive and significant effects on perceived value and purchase decisions. Perceived value also positively and significantly affects purchase decisions. However, perceived value does not significantly mediate the effects of utilitarian motivation and promotions on purchase decisions, although the indirect effects are positive. This indicates that TikTok Shop users tend to respond directly to practical benefits and promotional offers without extensive evaluation of value. Implications: TikTok Shop businesses should emphasize promotional strategies that encourage quick purchases, such as flash sales and live discounts, while improving transaction convenience.
