Abstract

This research aims to describe and explain literature studies regarding the concepts of evaluation, effectiveness, and distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Evaluating the effectiveness of distance learning programs in high schools during this period is particularly relevant due to the significant changes in teaching methods. This study employs a library research method, involving a comprehensive review of books and journal articles. The research process includes collecting articles, reducing and analyzing them, and drawing conclusions. Findings indicate that assessing the effectiveness of distance learning programs is crucial to determine the extent to which learning objectives were achieved during the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this research is to enhance the effectiveness of distance learning programs in high schools during the pandemic

Abstract

The purpose of this research article is to find out the relationship between improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure with management facilities and infrastructure as well. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach method with interviews which then the results of the interviews are analyzed. Educational facilities and infrastructure are part of efforts to aspirate educational goals in general and learning objectives in particular to take place effectively and efficiently. The context of management of facilities and infrastructure in the interpretation of the Koran is contained in the interpretation of Surah An-Nahl (16) verses 68-69 which contains the interpretation of the concept of building a division of labor in preparing infrastructure so that it is effective and on target so that its implementation is in accordance with its value in use. strengthened by the hadith of Rasulullah SAW if it is contextualized into the useful life of facilities and infrastructure..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the analysis of the quality and quality of education in islmaic educational institutions in MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation and documentasion. The results of the study showed that; 1). To achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the Madrasah, the principal plays an active role in assisting and communicating to teachers and staff in realizing the vision and mission of the Madrasah by realizing knowledgeable, charitable and noble personality; 2). MAN 2 Yogyakarta has excellent academic and non-academic achievements; 3). Graduates or graduates of MAN 2 Yogyakarta are able to compete with other Madrasah to continue in Indonesia’s best universities, such as UGM, UNY, IPB, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, and Jendral Sudirman University; 4). To be a superior Madrasah, MAN 2 Yogyakarta is still not superior enought, that is because there are some facilities and infrastructure that have not been fulfilled properly.

Abstract

Athletes with comorbid attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and sport-related concussions (SRC) face unique challenges due to overlapping symptoms that complicate recovery. Multimodal treatment approaches, combining pharmacological, psychological, and physical rehabilitation strategies, have been proposed to address these complexities and optimize outcomes. This systematic review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines to evaluate the effectiveness of multimodal interventions in improving recovery for this population. Relevant studies were identified through a comprehensive search across multiple databases, applying rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria. Findings indicate that multimodal approaches significantly enhance cognitive function, emotional stability, and physical recovery compared to single-modality treatments. Interdisciplinary care, tailored interventions, and athlete-centered strategies were identified as critical components of effective management. However, challenges such as adherence variability and limited access to specialized resources remain. These results emphasize the importance of integrating multimodal frameworks into clinical practice. Future research should focus on developing standardized protocols and assessing long-term outcomes to ensure sustainable recovery.

Abstract

This research analyzes the integration of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) into Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly poverty alleviation (No Poverty). Using a qualitative approach, case studies of companies implementing ZIS in CSR programs were conducted through interviews and document analysis. Findings reveal various ZIS applications, including scholarships, business capital assistance, and financial management counseling for the underprivileged. The implementation of ZIS in CSR programs benefits recipients, creates jobs, enhances education, and boosts local economies. Collaboration between companies, zakat institutions, and the government plays a crucial role in maximizing impact. The study underscores the strategic importance of integrating ZIS into CSR programs to achieve sustainable development goals, particularly in poverty reduction efforts in Indonesia.

Abstract

Teknologi yang terus berkembang pada zaman sekarang sehingga memunculkan budaya baru terutama di bagian pemesanan atau booking tiket online seperti pemesanan tiket transportasi, pemesanan kamar hotel, pemesanan tiket wisata dll yang memudahkan kita semua untuk memesan tiket dari rumah dengan menggunakan smartphone dan jaringan internet tanpa perlu mendatangi tempat, terjaga dalam keamanannya dan menghindarkan dari kehilangan tiket fisik. Di Indonesia perkembangan bisnis aplikasi booking tiket online seperti Traveloka, Tiket.com dan Pegipegi bersaing untuk menjadikan aplikasi booking tiket online yang terbaik .Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pemilihan keputusan aplikasi booking online yang paling diminati dikalangan usia 18 sampai 25 tahun dengan menggunakan empat kriteria sebagai pertimbangan dalam memilih aplikasi booking online antara lain Harga, Promosi, Interface Aplikasi dan Keamanan dengan menggunakan metode Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Abstract

The implementation of the cybernetics approach in learning has gained attention due to its potential to enhance educational outcomes through dynamic feedback systems. This study aims to explore the application of the cybernetics approach in Islamic elementary school learning, focusing on the teacher-student feedback system as a mechanism to optimize learning processes and outcomes. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative methodology, employing data triangulation through observations, interviews, and document analysis to ensure comprehensive and valid findings. The study reveals three key findings: (1) the feedback system in a cybernetics approach facilitates continuous interaction and adjustment between teachers and students, improving mutual understanding and instructional alignment; (2) effective implementation requires teachers to possess adaptive skills and the ability to interpret feedback constructively; and (3) the feedback system encourages student engagement and accountability in the learning process. These findings highlight the significance of fostering a dynamic and responsive learning environment, particularly in the context of Islamic elementary schools, where moral and ethical values are integral to education. The implications of this study suggest that adopting a cybernetics approach can transform traditional teaching methods, promoting an interactive, student-centered learning environment. This approach supports the development of critical thinking and collaborative skills, which are essential in 21st-century education. The study emphasizes the need for teacher training and institutional support to integrate such innovative methodologies effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku tidak etis, sistem pengendalian internal, dan kesesuaian kompensasi terhadap fraud pada Dinas BPKAD Kabupaten Dompu. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya risiko kecurangan (fraud) dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu maupun sistem organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku tidak etis dan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap fraud, sedangkan kesesuaian kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap fraud. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fraud. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kecurangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dapat ditekan melalui pembentukan perilaku etis pegawai, penguatan sistem pengendalian internal, serta pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai dan adil. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya tata kelola yang transparan dan akuntabel dalam upaya pencegahan fraud di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah.

Abstract

Community service through a mentoring program for writing hijaiyah letters at TPQ Baiturrahman. Education is a form of conscious effort to change circumstances. From not knowing to knowing. Education has an important role, especially in the progress of the nation. Education is the main center in the formation of national cadres. No exception for religious education. Religious education is an important education for every individual. Learning activities at TPQ are relatively the same as Islamic boarding schools. The difference is that if at TPQ students leave from home, then at Islamic boarding schools students are domiciled. The PKM method used in the study uses the INPO method, namely (input-process-output). The INPO method is divided into three stages, namely the input stage, the process stage, and the output stage. The INPO method is a method that combines field research with qualitative and quantitative, based on the mentoring activities for the ability to write hijaiyah letters at TPQ Baiturrahman running smoothly with a very effective level of understanding of 20% and an effective 80% meaning that this activity was maximally successful.
