Abstract

Kain tenun Alor merupakan hasil karya masyarakat Alor yang diwarisi secara turun temurun. Pembelajaran   menenun di sekolah dasar merupakan salah satu upaya agar kebudayaan ini tidak akan hilang ditelan zaman. Tujuan peneliatan ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana model ideal dalam pembelajaran menenun dan untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran menenun.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dimana peneliti terlibat langsung dalam proses pengumpulan data pada peserta didik kelas IV dan guru kelas. Hasil dari peneliian ini menemukan bahwa model ideal dalam pembelajaran menenun di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dapat di gambarkan dengan tiga langkah yaitu: input, proses dan out put. Input berarti sebelum melakukan proses pembelajaran guru harus memberikan edukasi dan kesempatan kepada peserta didik. Setelah itu di lakukan proses atau tahapan perancangan yang menggunakan ketersediaan sarana prasaran dengan melibatkan peran orang tua dan masyarakat setempat. Maka out put menghasikan ketercapaian pembelajaran yang diharapkan, berupa peserta didik dapat menenun, menjaga nilai budaya dan meningkatkan ekonomi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan 10 kategorisasi meliputi: partisipasi aktif, efektifitas pembelajaran menenun, life skill, learning mindset, kemampuan menenun, proses menenun, kesempatan pembelajaran menenun, monitoring pembelajaran, supporting system dan manajemen pembelajaran menenun

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn how to create an Android-based location-based service (LBS) application for employee attendance. The author employed four different approaches for gathering data for this study: literature studies, interviews, observation, and similar literature studies. Rapid Application Development (RAD), a system development approach that describes use case diagrams using Microsoft Visio software and UML tools, was employed in the preparation of this study. Requirement planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation are the three stages of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development approach. Using Microsoft Visio software to help with diagramming, researchers used UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools to begin creating an Android-based attendance application. It can be inferred from the description and discussion's outcomes that: With this research, employees who work in client offices will find it easier to take attendance because they do not need to go to the head office first but can take attendance directly at the client's office. With this research, the process of absenteeism, absence from work due to leave, permission, sickness, and calculation of overtime at the company becomes faster and easier because employees can do attendance, apply for leave, permission, overtime, and sickness directly via the Android application without having to open a browser first. formerly. With this Android application, it can add to the company's brand as a provider of HR management services.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in their development are required to make changes in line with the demands of the world with the advancement of science in life. Islamic boarding schools consciously adapt to globalization as a dynamic that cannot be avoided, this global current causes changes in all aspects of life, including in the world of education, and Islamic boarding schools also participate in the assimilation of science and modern technology. The Islamic boarding school education system has shifted towards a more positive direction, structurally and culturally concerning leadership patterns, leadership and santri relationship patterns, communication patterns, and decision-making methods. Islamic boarding schools respond to changes that occur by revitalizing teaching patterns so that they are able to grow scientific traditions and give birth to generations of learning, revitalizing pesantren leadership patterns so that they are more open to all changes, and revitalizing a more conducive, comprehensive and empowering learning environment.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Along with the times, the learning process in schools, especially in vocational education, needs to be improved. Likewise, teacher competencies and skills are expected by the industry, so the learning process emphasizes improving work competencies. Purpose: This study aims to explore learning in project-based vocational education to produce a concept map that can be used for competency development for vocational teachers. Design/methods/approach: This research is a literature review with a systematic literature review approach. The data used are the results of publications that are relevant to the research theme. The results of the publications used were found in various journal databases. Findings: The PjBL approach is used as a learning method that can help the process of critical and creative thinking, raising problem issues in the community.  Students play a role in solving problems in their scientific fields. Based on the findings of the research results/concept map produced, this study has a novelty consisting of five components in the PjBL learning model in SMK, namely the learning model component, learning step, skills, supporting factors, and competency achievement. Research implications/limitations: The results of this study have a direct impact on vocational education units, especially school principals and productive teachers to be able to develop learning competencies through the right approach in accordance with student needs and the relevance of competencies expected by the industry. In the end, the learning process carried out can be used as capital and basis for students and graduates for employment and absorption of graduates. Originality/value: This research is a literature study so it needs to be redeveloped through various research approaches so that the expected results can be implemented in vocational education units.

Abstract

Financing in the implementation of the education process becomes a benchmark for the success of each planned program. Financing is a major problem in the existing education system. This study aims to explore the Education financing model carried out by the school committee. This research uses a qualitative type of research approach conducted with a case study at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri, Kendal Regency, Central Java Province. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, and data collection through in-depth interviews then data analysis with the help of Atlas. ti software version 8. The results of the study explained that the school committee supports education financing, including supporting agencies, funding and support, financing programs, and financing resources. As a recommendation for education financing carried out by the school committee, the financing model carried out by the school committee has proven effective in supporting education financing, can help each school program, and build good relationships between schools, communities, and stakeholders in providing financing support.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis digitalpreneurship sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan era teknologi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka atau analisis konten. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis digitalpreneurship merupakan pendekatan yang menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan Islam dengan konsep-konsep kewirausahaan digital. Dengan memadukan nilai-nilai Islam dan inovasi teknologi digital, pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam. Dalam menghadapi tantangan era teknologi digital, pendekatan ini memberikan solusi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana untuk memperluas akses pendidikan Islam, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk bersaing dalam dunia yang semakin terhubung secara digital. Dengan adopsi model manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis digitalpreneurship, lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan, memfasilitasi kreativitas dan kewirausahaan di kalangan peserta didik, serta menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi antara nilai-nilai keislaman dan kemajuan teknologi digital. Sehingga, pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang yang muncul di era teknologi digital saat ini

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about ethnomatematics learning among students majoring in mathematics education at Yogyakarta State University, as well as to what extent students' understanding, especially in applying ethno-mathematics in a learning process in the classroom. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of case study, the object of research was one class of mathematics education students at Yogyakarta State University consisting of 31 students. The results of the study provide information that students understand ethnomatematics but are still constrained by the implementation of learning. Students are constrained in preparing lesson plans and teaching materials where they are still unable to integrate cultural material into the mathematics material.
