Abstract

Pada umumnya wanita yang sedang hamil takut menghadapi proses persalinan karena rasa sakit yangmenimbulkan rasa takut dan cemas, hal ini dapat menimbulkan ketegangan fisik yang mengakibatkankakunya otot-otot dan persendian yang tidak wajar sehingga perlu dilakukan senam hamil. Senam hamilmerupakan salah satu latihan fisik berupa beberapa gerakan tertentu yang mendukung kemudahan dalampersalinan dan dilakukan khusus untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil trimester III tentang senam hamil. Penelitian inidilakukan pada 42 sampel ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Tanete, Bulukumba dengan teknik samplingberupa accidental sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa respondenkebetulan muncul. Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap respondententang senam hamil dengan menganalisa tingkat pendidikan masing-masing responden. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan pengetahuan ibu hamilterhadap senam hamil dengan p value = 0,00. Sedangkan tingkat pendidikan dan sikap ibu hamil terhadapsenam hamil tidak terdapat hubungan p value sebesar 0,824. Dari 45 ibu hamil yang diteliti yang mempunyaipengetahuan baik terhadap senam hamil sebesar 26,2% yaitu dengan tingkat pendidikan sekolah menengahatas, walau pengetahuan senam hamil ini pula terdistribusi pada pengetahuan yang cukup yaitu sebesar28,6% dengan tingkat pendidikan menengah pertama dan 11,9% dengan tingkat pendidikan menengah atas.Adapun tingkat pendidikan dapat mempengaruhi sikap ibu hamil dalam mengekspresikan dirinya dalambersikap positif terhadap senam hamil, walaupun dari uji lanjut tidak terlihat hubungan yang signifikan antarakeduanya.

Abstract

Kejadian anemia sering dijumpai selama kehamilan dan menjadi penyebab utama peningkatan morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu hamil baik di Negara maju maupun Negara berkembang. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya anemia adalah defisiansi zat besi yang biasanya pada ibu hamil dihubungkan denganstatus gizi yang kurang memadai. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara status gizi dan kadar hemoglobin pada kejadian anemia ibu hamil trimester III. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling pada 30 sampel ibu hamil trimester III dengan kejadian anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ponre Kecamatan Gantarang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Faktor penentu status gizi yang diamati adalah Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dan Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA), yang dihubungkan dengan kadar Hemoglobin (Hb). Data dianalisis dengan uji Spearman’s rho. Hasil analisis uji Spearman’s rho menunjukkan ibu hamil trimester III yang berstatus gizi (IMT) kurang, mengalami anemia ringan sebesar 10,0%, dan anemia sedang sebesar 3.3%, walau masih ada responden dengan Hb normal (tidak anemia) yang mengalami IMT kurang (3.3%). Sedangkan responden dengan IMT normal masih menunjukkan 3.3% responden yang tidak mengalami anemia, sedangkan anemia ringan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 40.0%, walau demikian tidak ditemukan anemia sedang. Penelitian ini menjadi menarik ketika nilai IMT responden yang beresiko obes juga mengalami anemia ringan sebesar 30%. Pada hasil pengukuran LILA yang beresiko mengalami KEK, menunjukkan responden yang mengalami anemia ringan sebesar 43.3% dan anemia sedang 3.3%, walau masih ada responden yang mempunyai Hb normal (tidak anemia) beresiko KEK. Adapun hasil pengukuran LILA yang tidak beresiko KEK, hanya terjadi pada responden yang mengalami anemia ringan (43,3%). Walaupun demikian, karakteristik ibu hamil yang meliputi pendidikan, umur dan pengetahuan terhadap status gizi mempunyai andil yang cukup signifikan dalam mencegah terjadinya anemia. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingya asupan makanan dan tablet Fe untuk perkembangan janin dan menjaga kesehatan ibu, utamanya berat badan yang meningkat sesuai usia kehamilan.

Abstract

Kontrasepsi suntikan progestin adalah kontrasepsi yang mencegah terjadinya kehamilan dengan cara disuntik intra-muskuler yang berdaya kerja 3 bulan dan tidak membutuhkan pemakaian setiap hari yang mengandung hormon progesteron dan tidak mengganggu proses produksi Air Susu Ibu (ASI). Tujuan. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui deksripsi pengetahuan ibu tentang KB suntik 3 bulan (depo progestin) yang meliputi pengertian, waktu penggunaan, efek samping, keuntungan dan kerugian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif, lokasi peelitian di Puskesmas Bontobahari Kabupaten Bulukumba. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 38 responden, instrument penelitian menggunakan lembar tes. Hasil penelitian terhadap 38 responden di Puskesmas Bontobahari Kab. Bulukumba menunjukkan responden yang berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 15 orang (39,48%), berpengetahuan cukup adalah 13 orang (34,21%) dan yang kurang sebanyak 10 orang (26,31%). Tingkat pengetahuan responden dibagi menjadi pengetahuan terhadap pengertian yaitu 81,58%, waktu penggunaan depo progestin ialah 76,31%, efek samping kategori baik 76,31%, keuntungan depo progestin sebesar 78,94% dan kerugian depo progestin adalah 78,94%. Disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang KB suntik 3 bulan (depo progestin) di Puskesmas Bontobahari Kabupaten Bulukumba memiliki tingkat pengetahuan mayoritas baik yang mungkin dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor utama, seperti tingkat umur, pendidikan dan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Imunisai adalah salah satu cara untuk memberikan kekebalan pada bayi dan anak terhadap berbagai penyakit, sehingga dengan imunisasi diharapkan bayi dan anak tetap tumbuh dalam keadaan sehat. Peranan imunisasi sangat penting bagi perkembangan bayi dan balita, untuk meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh bayi dan balita, mencegah bayi terjangkit dari penyakit yang berbahaya, meningkatkan presentase hidup, dan menyelamatkan generasi selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kajian pegetahuan ibu terhadap pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap di Poskesdes Pantama Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 27 ibu yang memiliki bayi dengan usia 0–11 bulan yang datang ke Poskesdes Pantama Kajang Bulukumba yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik total randon sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 12 ibu (44,44%) mempunyai pengetahuan cukup dan yang terendah adalah 7 ibu (25,93%) yang berpengetahuan baik terhadap pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi di Poskesdes Pantama Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Berdasarkan data dari penelitian disimpulkan sebagian besar ibu memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang imunisasi dasar lengkap. Hal ini disebabkan karena faktor umur, pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu yang menunjang tingkat pengetahuannya tentang imunisasi dasar lengkap.

Abstract

This study examined how self-efficacy, employee development, and organizational commitment affected workers' performance. The sample for this study, which incorporates quantitative research, consists of 70 permanent hotel employees. A saturated sampling approach is used in the sampling process. Techniques for gathering data include surveys, literature reviews, and supplementary secondary data. Validity tests, reliability tests, cross-tabulation tests, correlation tests, determination tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and f-tests with SPSS 26.0 were all used in the data analysis process. The finding of this study demonstrates that organizational commitment, employee training, and self-efficacy are all factors that simultaneously affect employee performance. Employee performance is partially influenced by organizational commitment, employee training, and self-efficacy, but not by either factor alone. 0.647, or 64.7%, for the corrected R square. It is recommended for hotels to improve employee self-efficacy based on the magnitude (self-confidence) indicator. In addition to hotels having to increase employee training based on reaction indicators (participation in hotel activities) and behavior (becoming the best employee), hotels must also increase commitment based on affective indicators (paying attention).

Abstract

Determining and analyzing how pay and work environment affect employee loyalty is the goal of this study. In this investigation, a saturation sampling strategy was employed. There were one hundred employees in the sample for this study. This study employed both primary and secondary data collection methods. Armature or questionnaire procedures were utilized to collect primary data for this study. Documentation and literature reviews are the data sources for this study. This study employed a quantitative descriptive analytical approach that involved doing tests for data quality, classical assumptions, and hypotheses. Various findings can be derived from the research conducted, including the following: characteristics related to the work environment have a partial impact on employee loyalty. The relationship between employee loyalty and salary is not entirely linear. Compensation and aspects of the work environment have a simultaneous impact on employee loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn how to create an Android-based location-based service (LBS) application for employee attendance. The author employed four different approaches for gathering data for this study: literature studies, interviews, observation, and similar literature studies. Rapid Application Development (RAD), a system development approach that describes use case diagrams using Microsoft Visio software and UML tools, was employed in the preparation of this study. Requirement planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation are the three stages of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development approach. Using Microsoft Visio software to help with diagramming, researchers used UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools to begin creating an Android-based attendance application. It can be inferred from the description and discussion's outcomes that: With this research, employees who work in client offices will find it easier to take attendance because they do not need to go to the head office first but can take attendance directly at the client's office. With this research, the process of absenteeism, absence from work due to leave, permission, sickness, and calculation of overtime at the company becomes faster and easier because employees can do attendance, apply for leave, permission, overtime, and sickness directly via the Android application without having to open a browser first. formerly. With this Android application, it can add to the company's brand as a provider of HR management services.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the benefits of the barcode system in private banks. Researchers employ a quantitative approach, which is a form of survey research. The research design uses a descriptive analysis method. To collect data, the author conducted interviews, distributed questionnaires and observations, and tracked documents related to the barcode system in the bank. The population in this study were employees of the Operation Division. This research employed the non-probability sampling technique. Researchers used SPSS. By using a barcode system, employees gain several significant benefits. First, the barcode system makes it easier to maintain IT equipment at the bank by providing accurate information about the status and location of the devices, as well as creating a greater sense of responsibility for the devices used. Apart from that, using barcodes also helps overcome the problem of data redundancy, maintain data security, speed up the process of calculating asset depreciation, and speed up the decision-making process. Implementing the barcode system also makes it easier and faster to process asset stock-taking using the asset inventory application, thereby increasing overall work productivity. However, the test results show that using the barcode system is not practical in improving the performance of employees. The calculated t value reveals no significant difference in performance before and after the barcode system implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of extrinsic reward and intrinsic reward on affective commitment. Primary data, collected through surveys of respondents from the target population, served as the data source. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, observations, and surveys using questionnaires. The respondents targeted for the survey are employees who have permanent employee status and have worked for at least one year are targeted for the survey. This study employs descriptive research methods. Sampling employed non-probability techniques, such as convenience sampling. The research results revealed a positive and significant impact of both extrinsic and intrinsic rewards on affective commitment. This shows that giving rewards, both in extrinsic and intrinsic form, can increase employee emotional commitment to the company. Apart from that, the results of the analysis also show that affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on knowledge transfer. This emphasizes the importance of having employees with high emotional commitment, because this can increase their ability to share knowledge and information with colleagues. To develop these findings, companies can consider improving reward programs that can increase employee affective commitment, both through extrinsic and intrinsic rewards. Apart from that, companies can also pay attention to other factors that can increase affective commitment, such as a supportive work culture, opportunities for development, and recognition of employee contributions. In this way, companies can create a work environment that supports knowledge transfer and improves overall performance.

Abstract

Health is the most important thing in human life. Regarding this issue, whether or not the tools used in daily activities are sterile plays a very important role, especially the tools that are consumed. The aim of this activity is for mothers and posyandu cadres to optimize themselves in terms of sterilizing baby equipment through training in making baby detergent. This activity was carried out on October 16 2024. In the initial stage, education was provided regarding the sterilization of baby equipment, then continued with a question and answer process. The final stage was a demonstration regarding the process of making baby detergent. The participants were very enthusiastic about community service activities. Especially when making baby detergent. It is hoped that after making baby detergent, the participants can create their own jobs so that the participants can be productive even if they only work at home.
