Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial risk and business risk can affect stock returns in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is an associative study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all transportation companies listed on the IDX during the period 2019-2023. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with the number of samples obtained being 10 companies. This study uses secondary data and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with SmartPLS program, and hypothesis testing using partial t-tests. The results of this research show that based on partial tests, financial risk and business risk do not have a significant effect on stock returns. The coefficient of determination value obtained was 3.2%, meaning that there are other variables that contribute to stock returns which were not examined in this research.

Abstract

Fluktuasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan ritel (subsektor ritel dan distributor obat) di Bursa Efek Kondisi perusahaan yang berfluktuaktif terlebih adanya penurunan kinerja keuangan perlu menjadikan peringatan terhadap kondisi financial distress. Penelitian ini menganalisis tiga emiten dengan menerapkan tiga metode, yaitu Grover, Fulmer dan Zmijewski. Data yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dan bersumber dari data sekunder, yaitu laporan keuangan serta laporan tahunan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan secara berkala di BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, yang mana sampel penelitian mencakup laporan keuangan perusahaan ritel (subsektor ritel dan distributor obat) yang telah diunggah di situs resmi BEI selama periode 2016-2024. Hasilnya menunjukkan kondisi yang beragam dari ketiga perusahaan sepanjang 2016- 2024. PT Duta Intidaya, Tbk (DAYA) konsisten distress (G-Score: -0,12; H-Score: -0,87; X-Score: 0,28), sementara PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk (EPMT) stabil non-distress (G-Score: 1,25; H-Score: 9,79; X-Score: -2,85). Sedangkan pada PT Millennium Pharmacon International, Tbk (SDPC) menunjukkan kondisi non-distress menurut Grover (0,44) dan Fulmer (3,39), tetapi distressberdasarkan Zmijewski (0,25). Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to initiate digital transformation in MSMEs under the guidance of Rumah BUMN South Sumatra by implementing a digital payment system using QRIS. Methodology/approach – This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach, which aims to see the application of fintech through digital payments as an effort to develop MSME businesses. The population in this study was 20 MSMEs assisted by Rumah BUMN South Sumatra, while the sampling technique used the census method, namely the entire population, was used as the research sample. The analysis method in this research uses path analysis with consumer interest as an intervening variable, data processing uses the help of the SEM PLS program 3.0. Findings – The results obtained that financial technology has a significant effect on consumer interest, financial technology has a significant effect on MSME business development, and consumer interest has a significant relationship with MSME business development with a positive correlation.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berimplikasi pada segala aspek kehidupan, ialah aspek yang mendatangkan akibat positif ataupun negatif. Akibat positif bisa dimaknai dengan menciptakan maslahat dalam kajian kontemporer dengan melaksanakan pertimbangan terhadap peta mafasid serta masaliḥ. Sebaliknya akibat negatif salah satunya dengan runtuhnya keadaan perekonomian. Dengan mengkaji akibat positif COVID- 19 serta teori maslahat bisa berhubungan dengan kaidah hokum (qawa’id fiqhiyyah) sehingga menciptakan pergantian dalam bingkai kaidah hukum, tercantum pula dalam upaya menciptakan suatu maslahah, islah serta istislah. Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji kemaslahatan yang terjalin dalam pengembangan bisnis kontemporer dan implikasi terhadap pengembangan bisnis kontemporer di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka, sumber data yang dihasilkan melalui literatur seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel terkait pembahasan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu implementasi qawa'id fiqhiyyah dipengaruhi transaksi ekonomi e-commerce sebagai wadah untuk meningkatkan pengembangan usaha, sebaliknya transaksi ekonomi dengan cara-cara tradisional mempunyai keterbatasan ruang khususnya saat pandemi COVID- 19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Time Management (X1) and Workload (X2) on Academic Achievement (Y) in part-time working students. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods and a Likert scale instrument of 1–5. Respondents were 100 part-time working students from various study programs. The results of the study indicate that the Time Management variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Academic Achievement (Y). In addition, Workload (X2) is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on students' Academic Achievement. A measurable workload can improve discipline, the ability to organize tasks, and motivation in completing academic responsibilities. Simultaneously, both variables, namely Time Management and Workload, have a significant effect on Academic Achievement. Based on these findings, it is recommended that students improve their time management skills by preparing a balanced study and work schedule.

Abstract

Well-organized archive management plays an important role in supporting the smooth running of administrative activities in a school environment. At SD Negeri 10 Talang Kelapa, the filing system for incoming and outgoing letters is still carried out manually, by recording them in an agenda book and storing the documents in binder folders. This method causes the archive retrieval process to take a considerable amount of time and poses a risk of document damage. To address this issue, this study aims to design an electronic archive storage system by utilizing Microsoft Access 2013 to improve the overall archive management. The study uses a system development approach through the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The system is designed to include user login features, input forms for incoming and outgoing letters, archive data search, and the creation of digital archive reports. The design results show that the developed system can assist the process of recording, storing, and retrieving archives more easily and quickly. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that administrative activities at SD Negeri 10 Talang Kelapa can run more smoothly and in an orderly manner. In addition, the system also provides support in maintaining the completeness and security of archived documents so they can be accessed again when needed.
