Abstract

This study will aim to analyze influence of Task Diversity and Work Environment on Employee Work Motivation, taking the number of respondents as a research sample of 68 respondents who are Civil Servants who work at the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Bireuen District to distribute questionnaires. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis where this analysis can be used to see the relationship and influence between the variables studied.Based on the analysis and calculation of the research results, a very strong and positive relationship was obtained between Task Diversity and Work Environment on Employee Work Motivation, with a correlation coefficient of 0,861 and a linear equation Y = 10,859 + 0,320X1 + 0,270X2. The results showed a partial effect, where the Task Diversity variable (X1) had a tcount of 4,807 which was greater than the ttable value of 1,99714 with a significance of 0,000.and the Work Environment variable (X2) has a tcount of 2,681 which is greater than the ttable value of 1,99714 with a significance of 0,009 and there is a simultaneous influence between Task Diversity and Work Environment on Employee Work Motivation which is indicated by the Fcount value greater than the Ftable value (93,038 3,14) with a significance level of 0,000.The results of the study also show that the value of R2 = 74,1% means that the variation in Employee Work Motivation at the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Bireuen District can be explained by the Task Diversity and Work Environment variables. The remaining 25,9% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance, by taking the number of respondents as a research sample of 31 respondents who are employees who work at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bireuen Regency to distribute questionnaires. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis where this analysis can be used to see the relationship and influence between variables. Based on the analysis and calculation of the research results, a strong and positive relationship was obtained between the Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.812 and a linear equation Y = 1.892 + 0.375 X1 + 0.439 X2. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence between the Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance. In this case 66% of the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bireuen Regency can be explained by the variables of Work Environment and Compensation. The remaining 34% is influenced by other variables outside this study.Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kepemimpinan dan Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, mengambil jumlah responden sebagai sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden yang merupakan Pegawai pada Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat dan Keistimewaan Aceh Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bireuen untuk dibagikan kuesioner penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dimana analisis ini dapat digunakan untuk melihat hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti.Berdasarkan analisis dan perhitungan hasil penelitian diperoleh hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier berganda dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,495 dan persamaan linier Y=90,646+0,564X1+0,253X2. Sehingga kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.Hasil dari penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa 24,5% kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat dan Keistimewaan Aceh Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bireuen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional. Serta besarnya variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada instansi tersebut di luar penelitian ini adalah sebesar 75,5%.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of motivation and workplace conditions on the job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen Regency Social Service. The aim is to find out how the work environment and employee motivation impact their job satisfaction individually and simultaneously. Before hypothesis testing and data analysis, the sample of this study consisted of 47 employees of the Bireuen Regency Social Service. Of the 47 people who responded, 24 were civil servants and 23 were honorary employees of the Bireuen Regency Social Service. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate how the variables discussed in the study interact with each other. Partially, the job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen Regency Social Service is positively and significantly influenced by their work motivation. In addition, the work environment of employees of the Bireuen Regency Social Service partially has a positive and significant effect on their satisfaction with their work. In addition, the work environment also has a substantial effect on their motivation to work, which has a unidirectional and significant impact on their satisfaction with their work. Motivation and work environment affect employee job satisfaction by 46.1%. Other variables not included in this research model have an effect of 53.9%. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction
