This research aims to enhance the reading ability of students at MIN 21 Meulaboh by implementing the Examples and Non-Examples method. It is a quasi-experimental study with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The population of this study consists of 16 students in the second grade of MIN 21 Meulaboh. Data collection techniques include observation sheets for student activities, teacher observations, and pre-test and post-test assessments. The data analysis results before applying the Examples and Non-Examples method showed that students' reading ability obtained an average score of 79.68. After applying the Examples and Non-Examples model, the average score increased to 92.81. The hypothesis testing results for the second-grade students showed a calculated t-value greater than the critical t-value (24.75 > 1.75), indicating the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho) and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). These findings demonstrate the influence of implementing the Examples and Non-Examples model in improving students' reading ability at MIN 21 West Aceh

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kreativitas guru bidang studi kelas V di MIN 16 Aceh Barat dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru bidang studi kelas V di MIN 16 Aceh Barat dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru bidang studi kelas V di MIN 16 Aceh Barat dalam mengembangkan kreativitasnya. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan minat belajar siswa melalui kreativitas guru dinilai belum maksimal, guru memang telah memanfaatkan media belajar dengan baik pada mata pelajaran tertentu, walaupun ada beberapa mata pelajaran lain yang belum menggunakan media yang mendukung pembelajaran. Akan tetapi guru mencoba menciptakan suasana belajar yang mendukung siswa agar semangat dalam belajar. Kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa yaitu guru masih belum maksimal dalam mengatur dan mengontrol siswa ketika sedang belajar. Selain itu, terbatasnya media dan sumber belajar milik sekolah yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru serta singkatnya waktu yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

In the current era of globalization, the continuous development of information and communication technology has resulted in many changes in various sectors. Ease of access to information for various communities has changed the way they interact indirectly. Starting from communication to business transactions and work can be done efficiently without being constrained by distance. The advantage of doing business via the internet lies in the ability to expand marketing reach. In offline businesses, they are usually limited to certain areas in terms of marketing products or services. However, with the help of internet media, anyone can reach a wider global market. FStore.id is an online shop company in Sukaraja Village, Medan Maimun District, Medan City. Initially, this company focused on advertising promotions for fashion products and providing digital marketing services, relying on the marketing capabilities of the business owner. As time goes by, the company expands its business by purchasing products from suppliers on an ongoing basis. Then, the company formed a team and founded FStore.id as a step in developing this business. Finally, FStore.id invited the marketing team to collaborate with the investment system, and the cooperation agreement was regulated in a written agreement document. There are situations where capital owners should not be directly involved in running the company's operations. In practice, there is involvement of capital owners in business operational activities, even though it is not in accordance with the initial agreement in the cooperation agreement. The management is required to follow all instructions given by the investor, even though these are not included in the official agreement. If the manager does not comply with these instructions, the investor has the right to terminate the collaboration without approval. Collaboration between the FStore.id onlineshop business and the owner experienced problems, especially regarding unilateral changes to the contract and unilateral actions on the part of the investor so that the owner of the capital took an action which could be said to violate the agreement to maintain the stability of the company. The main objective of this research is to analyze elements of sharia economic law related to the implementation of syirkah contracts in the Fstore.id online business. This research method uses qualitative research, trying to understand the research object according to the facts in the field without engineering/manipulating the data. The author wants to see how the syirkah contract is applied to the Fstore.id online shop and evaluate its conformity with sharia principles using a combination of Sharia Economic Law and Positive Law.

The phenomenon that occurred in 2017 based on the BPK's Opinion on the Financial Report of the Banda Aceh City Government was Fair Without Exception or "Reasonable Without Exception", however, the BPK found that there were weaknesses in the internal control system in the preparation of the Banda Aceh City Government's financial reports, including: inventory management is not yet fully adequate; management of fixed assets is not yet fully capable; and the management of grants and social assistance is not yet fully capable. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of Banda Aceh City Regional Work Units. This research is causative associative quantitative research. The data collection technique uses questionnaire data by distributing questionnaires to Banda Aceh City the performance of regional apparatuses with a population of 92 employees in the Goods/Services Management and Accounting Sectors. Testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the research show that understanding the regional financial accounting system, regional financial administration and management of regional property have an influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of regional apparatuses of Banda Aceh.

As technology advances, it encourages small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to utilize technology in marketing their products to boost the regional or national economy. The Lampisang area has SMEs that run similar businesses but compete despite being neighbors, without promoting the name of the region. The One Village One Product (OVOP) program is expected to enhance local potential in a specific area/region, thereby addressing poverty and unemployment. The main objective of this community service is to provide an understanding of the products produced by SMEs in Lampisang village, Aceh Besar, to promote their village as One Village One Product. This aims to improve the competitive advantage of small and medium industries in Lampisang village, Aceh Besar, through this counseling. It is expected that this community service will give SMEs new ideas and insights on how to increase the competitive advantage of small and medium industries in the village. This service is conducted through counseling with the One Village One Product (OVOP) approach to enhance the competitive advantage of small and medium industries in Lampisang village, Aceh Besar. Data collection techniques involve field surveys and information from village officials, followed by interviews with SMEs based on the gathered data. The counseling is conducted face-to-face, with a question-and-answer session providing solutions to any problems encountered so far. The findings during the counseling show that many SMEs have never heard of OVOP. Thus, in the future, SMEs have suggested that community service continues with different themes to help them become more confident and motivated in running their businesses.

Abstract Etrepreneurship management, especially in an educational organization, is the creative and innovative use of economic potential with the courage to face risks to gain profits that are useful for the success of the program in the educational organization. One of the Dayah that develops entrepreneurial management is Dayah Serambi Aceh. There are several types of businesses run by Dayah Serambi Aceh, namely grocery stores, bookstores and hardware store. This research aims to determine the entrepreneurship management carried out by Dayah Serambi Aceh which includes the functions of planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation as well as to determine the obstacles faced by managers in carrying out entrepreneurial activities. This research used a qualitative approach with seven research subjects. The data collection techniques are through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the entrepreneurship planning carried out by Dayah Serambi Aceh includes planning the type of business, the amount of business capital, the location of the business and the schedule for implementing the business. Then implementation is carried out by establishing a work contract for managers for each business with an incentive distribution of 60% of profits for Dayah Serambi Aceh and 40% of profits for managers calculated from annual sales profits. Furthermore, supervision is carried out by the leadership of Dayah Serambi Aceh by making regular visits to each business. And evaluation is carried out by assessing business performance, determining business development prospects and fixing things that are still obstacles in carrying out entrepreneurial activities. The obstacles faced by business managers are insufficient knowledge and expertise in the field of entrepreneurship and marketing reach which is still narrow in scope.

With the development of technology and the emergence of various communication platforms, interaction can become easier. Especially in the online learning period, almost 90% of educational and non-educational interactions are carried out through WhatsApp Groups. The purpose of this paper is to find out directly the use of WhatsApp Groups in building communication between parents and teachers and to find out the obstacles faced by parents and teachers in using WhatsApp Groups at SD IT Teuku Umar. This type of research is field research (field research). Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the use of WhatsApp Group was used as a means to support student learning activities outside of school hours. So that it will make children enthusiastic about learning when they are at home. The obstacles faced by parents and teachers in the use of WhatsApp Groups are in the technical part, namely the package quota runs out and internet network disturbances, the ethics of using groups in the WhatsApp Group application, the lack of response from students' parents due to their busy lives and there are still parents who do not understand the information. given from the teacher to the parents of students

Boredom in the teaching and learning process is very often occurring, especially in elementary school-aged children, this can be understood because, their age in the playing period. So to overcome the boredom, teachers need to know some ice-breaking methods. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the application of ice breaking and its relationship to the return of student learning concentration as well as the obstacles faced by teachers in the application of ice breaking. This type of research is a literature study. Teknik data collection used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is an analysis article. The results showed that (1) icebreaking can be applied to all subjects even in student tutoring services. Ice Breaking can be combined with learning methods such as joyful learning methods or other game techniques (2) because after doing these activities, the concentration of student learning becomes good and can stimulate student absorption, learning interests, learning attention, learning outcomes and can foster student learning spirit (3) Obstacles faced include teachers less mastery of types of ice breaking, less creative, and charcoal there is soft skill training based on ice-breaking
