Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in local economic growth, including in Gunung Anyar Tambak Village. Halal certification has an important role in business sustainability, access to wider markets, increasing competitiveness, adding value to products, and access to financing and government support for MSMEs. However, many MSMEs in Gunung Anyar Tambak Village still do not have halal certification for their food products. This activity aims to increase understanding and assistance as an effort to optimize the sustainable economy of MSMEs. Halal certification also supports the goals of SDGs point 8 regarding sustainable economic growth. Through halal certification assistance, MSMEs are expected to increase their competitiveness, reach more marketers, and contribute to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the local economic growth in the Gunung Anyar Tambak Village. Halal certification plays an important role in maintaining business sustainability, increasing market access, competitiveness, product value added, as well as obtaining financing and government support. However, many MSMEs in Gunung Anyar Tambak Village do not yet have halal certification for their food products. This activity aims to increase understanding and mentoring as an effort to optimize sustainable economic growth of MSMEs. Halal certification also supports the SDGs goal number 8 on sustainable economic growth. With halal certification mentoring, it is hoped that MSMEs can improve competitiveness, reach more marketers, and contribute to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Limbah ampas kopi merupakan salah satu limbah organik yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Di sisi lain, ampas kopi memiliki karakteristik yang memungkinkan untuk diolah menjadi produk bernilai guna dan ekonomis. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan teori AIDA. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan konsep ecopreneurship melalui pelatihan pembuatan lilin aromaterapi berbasis limbah ampas kopi sebagai produk ramah lingkungan. Program ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Balongsari, Surabaya, dengan sasaran ibu-ibu anggota Kelompok Kader Surabaya Hebat (KSH). Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, praktik pembuatan produk, hingga evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai jual serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya wirausaha berkelanjutan. Produk lilin aromaterapi yang dihasilkan tidak hanya memiliki potensi sebagai alternatif usaha rumah tangga, tetapi juga mendukung praktik ekonomi sirkular berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi antara edukasi lingkungan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis limbah mampu menjadi solusi inovatif dalam penguatan kapasitas ekonomi perempuan di wilayah perkotaan.

Abstract

Hasil survei status gizi indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2022, prevalensi stunting di indonesia turun sebanyak 2,8% dari tahun 2021 sebesar 24,4% menjadi 21,6% pada 2022 yang artinya indonesia masih berada diatas standar yang telah diberikan oleh WHO yakni < 20%. dengan masih tingginya angka prevalensi stunting maka perlu dilakukan kampanye kesadaran stunting. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan one by one (antar personal). Kegiatan kampanye kesadaran stunting bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada ibu yang menyusui, memiliki balita, dan ibu hamil. Hasil yang diperoleh dari target sasaran sebanyak 55 orang yang berpartisipasi dalam program kampanye kesadaran stunting. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat diharapkan mendapatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman baru terkait pentingnya pencegahan stunting setelah diberikan edukasi mengenai stunting yang diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada meningkatnya kesehatan dan kesejahteraan generasi calon penerus bangsa di lingkungan Kelurahan Jemberlor.

Abstract

The rise of environmental concerns has led to increasing interest in sustainable consumer behaviour, especially in urban retail settings. This study aims to examine the influence of green marketing, enviromental awareness, and price perception on consumers’ decisions to adopt eco-friendly products, specifically Ecobags, in the context of a modern retail environment. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling, involving 105 respondents who had previously purchased Ecobags at Indomaret stores in Surabaya, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings reveal that while green marketing has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on purchase decisions, both environmental awareness and price perception significantly influence consumers' decisions to adopt eco-friendly alternatives. Environmental awareness emerged as the most influential factor, indicating that sustainability-driven knowledge and concern are key drivers of pro-environmental behavior. Additionally, consumers' perception of price as aligned with quality and benefit contributes significantly to their purchasing decisions. These results underscore the importance of enhancing sustainability messaging and optimizing pricing strategies to encourage widespread adoption of green products in emerging markets.

Abstract

Global market demands encourage Udeng Pacul Gowang craftsmen to continuously innovate and improve the use of technology in all aspects so that their products can compete in the free market. Even though the potential for this business is quite large, many Udeng Pacul Gowang craftsmen still experience problems in achieving success in their business. The solution offered is to provide training in order to increase literacy and skills to manage Android-based digital financial accounting through the "Buku Kas" and social media marketing. This training aims to increase partner business profits by expanding market reach and having good and structured financial records for business management. The results of the activity show that the skills of the trainees have increased in terms of financial bookkeeping and digital product marketing.
