Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial compensation, work stress and job promotion on the performance of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Regional Finance Agency. This research is motivated by low performance, financial compensation that does not meet needs, regulations that do not support work, low employee motivation, employees feel dissatisfied with applicable regulations both related to work implementation and financial compensation, and low achievement results. performance of institutions and employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Sungai Penuh City. The research method with a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observations and interviews. The respondents of this study were 40 employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Sungai Penuh City. The sampling method used the total sampling method where the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing was calculated using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 24.0 program. The results of this study found that financial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a significant effect on performance, promotion has a significant effect on employee performance, from the ANOVA test the value of Fcount > Ftable or 6.305 > 3.180 with a significance level of 0.001 or 0.05, then financial compensation, job stress, promotion together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Organizational culture on the performance of Bappedalitbang Kerinci employees (2) Leadership on the performance of Bappedalitbang Kerinci employees (3) Reward for the performance of Bappedalitbang Kerinci employees (4) Organizational culture, leadership and rewards together influence the performance of Bappedalitbang Kerinci employees. The population and sample in this study were all 35 employees of Bappedalitbang Kerinci Regency. The technique of determining the number of samples using total sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple regression by fulfilling the requirements of the classical assumption test of normality, and multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that (1) Organizational culture has a positive significant effect on the performance of Bappedalitbang Kerinci employees (2) Leadership provide a positive influence on the performance of Bappedalitbang Kerinci employees (3) Rewards have a positive influence on the performance of Bappedalitbang Kerinci employees (4) Organizational culture, leadership and rewards jointly have a positive effect on the performance of Bappedalitbang Kerinci employees.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Achievement Motivation, and Work Competence on Service Quality among employees at the Library and Archives Department of Sungai Penuh City, given the background of still-low achievement motivation, limited work environment facilities, and the need to improve employees technical skills. The study employed a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R ) via IBM SPSS 26.0. The results indicate that, individually, each of the variables Work Environment, Motivation to Excel, and Work Competence has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant combined effect with an R value of 0.797, indicating that 79.7% of the variation in service quality is explained by these three factors. In conclusion, employee service quality is influenced by a combination of a conducive work environment, high achievement motivation, and adequate work competence; therefore, efforts to improve service quality must be carried out in an integrated manner through the development of the work environment, the enhancement of motivation, and the continuous improvement of employee competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and investigate knowledge, beliefs, convenience, risk, and culture that directly and indirectly influence attitudes, convenience and usability regarding mobile banking and Behavioral Intention to use Jambi mobile banking services. This research uses survey and verification methods. The sample used is 400 units. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results of the study show that knowledge, comfort, and risk have a direct and significant effect on attitudes; risk and culture have a direct and significant impact on convenience; risk and culture have a direct and significant effect on usability; knowledge, convenience, risk, cultural attitudes, convenience, and usability have a direct and significant impact on Behavioral Intention; knowledge, comfort, and risk have an indirect and significant effect on Behavioral Intention through attitudes; culture has an indirect and significant effect on Behavioral Intention through convenience; knowledge, comfort, and culture have an indirect and significant impact on Behavioral Intention through usability. The study results recommend that future management should increase and maintain customer knowledge, trust, convenience, risk, culture, attitudes, convenience, and usability of mobile banking utilizing direct or indirect education through multi-media.
