Abstract

Electricity is a very important component of human life, especially in daily life. Electricity consists of several categories, one of which is the household category which we often encounter in the surrounding environment because it is used at home. Electronic devices are a necessity, when using electronic devices of course you need help with an electricity supply, and every house needs a device in the form of a KWH Meter (Kilowatt/Hour), but when using a KWH Meter (Kilowatt/Hour) currently users can only see electricity usage information. manually by looking directly at the token balance on the KWH Meter, this of course makes it difficult for users to know the contents of the token balance when they are outside the house, therefore a KWH (Kilowatt/Hour) usage monitoring tool is needed to find out how much it costs to use electricity. via Android. The result of this research is a system for monitoring the use of KWH (Kilowatt/Hours) Meters in the form of IoT (Internet of Things) devices and Android applications to help users find out information on power usage, voltage, current and electricity bills in real time.

Abstract

Universitas Nusa Putra is committed to providing the best services to students and prospective students through the implementation of technology. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study on the digital services of the university's communication and marketing department, which designed a chatbot based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) on the WhatsApp platform. Using PHP and Python, this chatbot provides information about new student admissions as well as academic and non-academic information in Indonesian and English. Functionality testing using black-box testing and questionnaires showed that the chatbot has an accuracy rate of 90% and a user satisfaction rate of 87.9%. These results indicate a positive reception towards the chatbot technology at Universitas Nusa Putra. Further development may include integration with social media platforms and the university's website, as well as enhancements in security and privacy.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Cigombong adalah sekolah menengah atas yang saat ini masih menggunakan KURTILAS yang berada dijalan Watesjaya, Kecamatan Cigombong Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Pada saat ini sistem absensi siswa di SMAN 1 Cigombong yang mengikuti mata pelajaran Lintas Minat bahasa inggris dan bahasa jerman masih menggunakan buku absensi dimana siswa akan menandatangani form kehadiran, yang memiliki kelemahan seperti mudah hilang, rusak dan juga siswa dapat memanipulasikan pencatatan. Oleh karena itu penulis mengusulkan absensi sistem face recognition yang membantu proses pencatatan data kehadiran, juga mempermudah pengajar dalam merekap absensi, dan memfasilitasi sistem informasi manajemen sekolah. metode yang dipergunakan pada pengembangan sistem absensi ialah metode waterfall yang dimulai tahap analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian serta dukungan. Pada face recognition penulis memakai face landmark untuk menyimpan data wajah siswa ke dalam database. sedangkan pada proses pengumpulan data beberapa metode yang dipergunakan ialah wawancara, observasi serta studi pustaka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan algoritma Apriori dan FP-Growth dalam menganalisis pola pembelian produk skincare dan kosmetik di Toko XYZ. Kedua algoritma ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi item-item yang sering dibeli bersama oleh pelanggan, yang dapat memberikan wawasan berharga untuk strategi pemasaran dan penataan produk. Data transaksi historis dari toko tersebut dikumpulkan dan diproses untuk menentukan set item yang sering muncul dan aturan asosiasi antara produk. Algoritma Apriori mengidentifikasi hubungan antar-item dengan iterasi kandidat berdasarkan nilai support dan confidence yang ditetapkan, sedangkan FP-Growth memanfaatkan struktur FP-Tree untuk efisiensi dalam pengolahan data yang besar. Hasil dari analisis ini diharapkan dapat membantu Toko XYZ dalam merancang promosi silang yang efektif, meningkatkan penjualan, dan memperbaiki pengalaman belanja pelanggan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana teknik data mining dapat diterapkan dalam konteks bisnis ritel kecil hingga menengah untuk mengoptimalkan operasional dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Network security has become very important to protect individuals, companies, and agencies from threats such as cyberattacks, and data theft. Therefore, understanding the importance of network security is essential. Based on the interview results, there is a server in the Sukabumi District Command Center managed by DISKOMINFOSAN Sukabumi District, the server is used as an application server. The server does not have a network security monitoring system that provides alerts when there is an attempted attack on the server in real time. One way to improve security on the server is to use an Intrusion Detection System (IDS). IDS is a system intended to detect suspicious activity or attacks on the network. One of the main goals of IDS is to provide warnings against security threats that may occur. Snort is one of the open-source IDS tools. Snort was created to identify network attacks and provide realtime alerts to administrators when identifying certain behaviors or attack patterns. In this study the authors used the SPDLC development method. Security Policy Development Life Cycle (SPDLC) is a system development method that focuses on network security. After testing, it can be concluded that snort can be used as an IDS installed on ubuntu server 22.04, with the rules that have been made snort can detect when someone tries port scanning to the server using masscan and can detect ping attacks aimed at the server in real time. With the script that has been created, snort can send alerts to network administrators using telegram in realtime so that these alerts can be followed up immediately.

Abstract

This research was motivated by observational data from researchers who were interested in the problems being faced by Toko Kembar Citayam. To overcome these problems, researchers conducted research at Toko Kembar Citayam which aimed to overcome and improve the quality of the store. The goal to be achieved in this study is to build a Web-based sales information system at the Depok Citayam Twin Store which is expected to facilitate to provide data information about the clarity of profit and loss and the effectiveness of subsequent sales. This research was conducted by the researcher himself who happened to work at the Depok Citayam Twin Store. Therefore, researchers have high ambitions to improve the quality of the store. The research design used is development (research and development / R D). With a case study approach at Toko Kembar Depok Citayam. Web-based sales information system development methods are made using prototype methods, and system development tools in the form of flowmaps, context diagrams, DFDs, and proposed database design tools in the form of ERDs. The author uses PHP, HTML, CSS, and Notepad for the database using MysQl

Abstract

Parking systems often use visual monitoring by parking guards via CCTV, who sometimes experience problems in finding available empty parking spaces. This can cause inaccuracies in directing parking users to available spaces, increasing traffic congestion around the parking area. Therefore, this research aims to design an object detection system using deep learning technology to ensure the availability of parking spaces through a web-based application using the Yolo v8 and prototype methods. Testing the essence of the system shows that object detection is carried out effectively, with box boundaries that correspond to the presence of vehicles in the parking lot. Web test results show consistency between the number of vehicles detected and the numbers displayed on empty and occupied parking slots. Usability testing involving 60 respondents showed a high level of satisfaction, with an average percentage of 91.20%, indicating the level of suitability of the system to user needs.

Abstract

Mental disorders represent a serious public health challenge, requiring effective approaches to prevention and early recognition. Limitations in access to mental health services, such as distance, cost, and social stigma, prevent individuals from getting professional help. The system developed in this research provides an early detection solution through collecting data from questionnaires and other health information. Implementation of the Certainty Factor method measures the level of belief in symptoms of mental disorders, while Forward Chaining produces diagnoses and recommendations for action. The system integrates data from various sources, including user activity on digital platforms, making a significant contribution to technology supporting the management of mental disorders. This research is supported by literature studies and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) for software design, strengthening the theoretical foundation in overcoming mental disorders..

Abstract

Discipline is one of the sources of employee performance appraisal of an organization or agency. Discipline is divided into 2 (two), namely discipline on time and discipline on behavior or actions in carrying out work which has an impact on job satisfaction, safety, productivity, and organizational stability. Attendance is a model for recording the hours of arrival and departure of a person. Attendance is generally used in a formal environment such as school or work. The purpose of using attendance is to monitor attendance data as well as a means to measure a person's level of discipline. This is of course quite important, especially in the work environment, because if a company has disciplined employees, the productivity level of the company will be even greater. There are various methods of doing attendance, ranging from recording data manually, through a finger print machine, or through the system. In general, an agency in the world of work prefers to use a finger print machine in doing attendance. This is based on the cheapness of the technology if implemented in the world of work. PT. MERSIFARMA initially used a finger print machine to perform attendance. However, the presence of the Corona virus (Covid-19) in 2020 certainly has an impact on the attendance system that uses finger print media. This is because the virus can be transmitted through fingerprints. On the basis of this problem, the researchers tried to develop a web-based attendance system application and raised it as a research. This application is expected to be able to minimize the risk of contracting the virus in the office environment. In addition to this, this system is also expected to be able to assist HRD in processing attendance data easily and in real time.
