Abstract

ABSTRACT The petrochemical industry, especially the petrochemical industry in Teluk Bintuni Regency, West Papua Province, is an industry engaged in natural gas processing by considering the needs of the Upstream Plastic Product Industry Market and its use in supporting human activities. It is hoped that the integration of the upstream-downstream industry can build a strong supply chain. This is in line with the application of industry 4.0 according to the roadmap of Making Indonesia 4.0, which aims to increase the competitiveness of the national industry in the global arena. Examples of upstream petrochemical industry products include methanol, ethylene, propylene, butadiene, benzene, toluene, xylene, coproduct fuels, petrol pyrolysis, fuel oil pyrolysis, raffinate, and C4 mixtures. The analysis developed is using an Industrial Tree Model and porter's value chain analysis and supply chain analysis. The results of this research are seven points.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang membentuk kualitas pelayanan, meliputi: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty. Variabel yang membentuk kepuasan pelanggan, meliputi: loyalitas dan rekomendasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen Toserba Yogya Purwakarta dengan jumlah sampel 120 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan wawancara yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Mei 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: kinerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai C.R. 8,390.

Abstract

Jumlah kebutuhan air berbeda-beda untuk masing-masing kegiatan tersebut, persyaratan mutunya bergantung pada jenis aktivitas yang bersangkutan. Seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat, kebutuhan air juga mengalami peningkatan, baik dari sisi jumlah maupun mutu. Hal ini yang telah terjadi permasalahan umum bagi distributor dalam menentukan optimasi rute perjalanan, tidak kecuali distributor dalam pengiriman produknya ke pelanggan. Selain permasalahan tersebut daya tampung tiap kendaran juga menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam tujuan  pengoptimalan proses pengiriman. Dengan Metode Nearest Neighbour memiliki kriteria pendekatan berdasarkan jarak titik terdekat, diharapkan dari pencairan jarak/titik terdekat menghasilakn waktu tempuh yang minimum sehingga dapat meminimialisi keterlambatan dalam pengiriman permintaan. Sedangkan metode Saving Matrik merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam  menetukan jalur atau pengiriman produk outlet dengan  cara menentuksn jalur yang harus dilalui dan jumlah alat angkut berdasarkan kapasitas dari alat angkut tersebut agar diperoleh jalur terpendek dan biaya transportasi. Dari hasil penelitian adalah optimalisasi pengaturan rute pengiriman di PT.Aisyah Berkah Utama

Abstract

in the future Indonesia will become a battery producer for electric vehicles in the world with one abundant main ingredient, namely nickel. PT "X" is a company that will be engaged in the production of electric vehicle batteries, especially for electric motorbikes, the product produced is an electric battery with a power capacity of 8 kWh and plans to build its industry in the JIIPE Gresik area, with a production capacity of 48,216 units or 385,728 kWh. With a total investment cost of Rp. 118,224,586,566, -, of which 70% is financing with loans to bank financial institutions. From the results of the financial feasibility analysis, an IRR value of 44% was obtained with an NPV value of Rp. 984,601,222, and the return on investment is 3 years, and according to the criteria above, the EV motor battery factory construction project can proceed to the next stage

Abstract

Abstract: With the increasing demand for herbal medicine and efforts to reduce the import value of herbal drugs, PT Tugu Semar Production plans to enhance production by establishing a new factory. The planning utilizes the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method and conducts a financial feasibility analysis related to the investment. The prospective location is in Blitar, with a production capacity of 100 liters or 500 bottles. The research also encompasses a financial feasibility analysis using capex data of Rp. 4,539,800,000 and first-year opex of Rp. 3,646,980,053. The financial feasibility analysis results in an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 21%, indicating the financial viability of the investment. With a significant IRR, the project estimates a return on investment within 4 years and 8 months. These findings provide a comprehensive insight into the success of herbal medicine factory planning using the SLP method and instill confidence that this investment holds high financial feasibility potential. The implications of this research are expected to offer strategic guidance to PT Tugu Semar Production in decision-making concerning the development of the herbal medicine factory in Blitar. Abstract

Industrialization is an alternative development model needed by the country to spur economic processes. Apart from accelerating the economy, the development of industrialization also has impacts that need to be watched out for, including the presence of a waste industry. One of the companies that manages the waste, namely PT. AJU is also a service company for the procurement and sale of metal waste (metal scrap) in Karawang. The metal scrap studied is canned metal scrap, which is wasteful in the procurement and sales process. So that efforts are made to minimize the waste that occurs. This research uses the Value Stream Mapping method with VALSAT analysis. Based on the research results, the most common types of waste are waiting (28%), inventory (24%), and movement (20%). Then the mapping tools that will be used based on the results of converting the questionnaire scores into the VALSAT matrix are Process Activity Mapping (33%), Supply Chain Response Matrix (20%), and Demand Amplification Mapping (17%). The Value Added Ratio (VAR) before the repair has a value proportion of 3%, while after the repair analysis the VAR value becomes 9%.

Abstract

Penyimpanan produk pupuk urea non subsidi pada gudang bagging PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek masih bisa dioptimalkan. Hal ini karena pada penyimpanan beberapa kemasan produk seperti penyimpanan kemasan 5kg yang tidak bisa ditumpuk mengakibatkan pada periode tertentu penyimpanan porudk ini cukup banyak menggunakan space pada gudang. Penyimpanan pada produk 25kg, 50kg dan Jumbo dilakukan secara acak dengan mengisi slot kosong hal ini seringkali terlihat produk tercampur dengan kemasan lain. Maka dilakukan penelitian untuk perbaikan pada tata letak penyimpanan tersebut yang bertujuan menghasilkan jarak perpindahan produk dan ongkos material handling yang minim serta mengoptimalkan kapasitas area penyimpanan produk tersebut. Metode class based storage digunakan dalam menetukan produk-produk yang sering masuk-keluar gudang sehingga memudahkan pembuatan layout usulan. Dibandingkan dengan layout exisiting, layout usulan menggunakan metode tersebut menghasilkan penurunan perpindahan jarak sebesar 56%, 3% pada ongkos material handling yang dikeluarkan serta kenaikan 9% pada kapasitas penyimpanan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the elements that affect user satisfaction and the degree of user satisfaction with the online ticket application. This study makes use of the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model's development model, which includes three DeLone and McLean variables system quality, information quality, and service quality along with five EUCS model variables: content, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use. The population of this study is made up of frequent users of Android-based online ticketing applications. Respondents were selected from as many as 175 respondents to be the research sample using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS tools. The results showed that users were satisfied using the online ticket application, and out of eight hypotheses, two were rejected and 6 were accepted. So that the factors that influence user satisfaction in online ticket applications are accuracy, ease of use, timeliness, system quality, information quality, and service quality.

Abstract

Tofu factory “X” is a tofu factory located in Purwakarta Regency, West Java. Purchasing soybeans in large quantities is very risky, because the price of soybeans is very fluctuating. The impact received is when purchasing the price of soybeans purchased when the price is high but when making production at a later date the price of soybeans is falling. This will greatly affect the price of tofu later, because the price sold does not match the market price. The dynamic system model for the availability of soybeans at the “X” tofu factory is in the first scenario the existing model of soybean inventory at the “X” tofu factory. Then the second scenario run is to increase the safety stock by 0.05 or 5%. As for the third scenario used is to use lot size using sack units, in each sack containing 50 kg. Based on the results of the scenarios that have been run, the best scenario that has been simulated in this dynamic system has been chosen. The conditions that occur in this first scenario are models that match the existing. In this first scenario can provide a profit of Rp. 491,898,600.00. Compared to the second scenario of Rp. 467,765,400.00 and the third scenario of Rp. 480,605,800.00.ABSTRAKPabrik tahu “X” merupakan pabrik tahu yang terletak di daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. Pembelian kedelai dalam jumlah banyak sangat beresiko, karena harga dari kacang kedelai ini sangat fluktuaktif. dampak yang diterima adalah ketika melakukan pembelian harga kedelai yang dibeli saat sedang harga tinggi namun ketika melakukan produksi dikemudian hari harga kedelai sedang turun. Hal ini akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap harga tahu nantinya, karena harga dijual tidak sesuai dengan harga dipasar. Model sistem dinamis untuk ketersediaan kacang kedelai pada pabrik tahu “X” adalah pada skenario pertama model eksisting persediaan kacang kedelai di pabrik tahu “X”. Kemudian skenario kedua dijalankan adalah dengan menambah safety stock sebesar 0,05 atau 5%. Sedangkan untuk skenario ketiga digunakan adalah menggunakan lot size menggunakan satuan karung, dalam setiap karung berisikan 50 kg. Berdasarkan hasil skenario yang telah dijalankan, telah terpilih skenario terbaik yang telah disimulasikan pada sistem dinamis ini adalah skenario pertama. Kondisi yang terjadi dalam skenario pertama ini adalah model yang sesuai dengan eksisting. Pada skenario pertama ini dapat memberikan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 491.898.600,00. Dibandingkan dengan skenario kedua sebesar Rp. 467.765.400,00. dan skenario ketiga sebesar Rp. 480.605.800,00.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of promising mineral wealth, one of which is copper, but its processing into cathodes is still minimal while domestic demand is not yet sufficient. In accordance with the strategic downstream investment plan for mineral commodities, especially copper, which has been included in the state downstream document, it requires a comprehensive financial feasibility document, especially for PT. X. The analysis in this research uses a reference capacity of 25,000 tons of cathode. This research aims to determine the technical factors in building a copper cathode factory, determine the amount of investment required in the form of CAPEX and OPEX, and determine its financial feasibility. The method used in financial feasibility analysis at PT. This X is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). Based on the research results, it was found that the total CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) costs that had to be incurred were $ 330,589,628 and the total OPEX (Operational Expenditure) costs that had to be spent was $ 312,257,456 with an NPV value of $ 27,505,439, an IRR value of $ 27,505,439. 15.1%, and PP value for 6 years 10 months. Therefore, the project to build a copper cathode factory at PT. X is worth continuing.
