Abstract

Rice husk waste, often produced by the rice milling industry, creates a problem. To utilize rice husk waste, one of the uses is to make a product in the form of particle board by heating and pressing with a hot press machine. This study aims to design and build a hot press machine to make a rice husk particle board with a press using a pneumatic system. The method for making a hot press machine is by making a machine design, load calculations, and static simulations on the frame, then manufacturing using a fabrication and assembly process. The results of the design and manufacture were obtained with machine dimensions of 1372x800x700mm, maximum heating temperature of 175oC, a pneumatic system using two double-acting actuators, von Misses stress results from an even load of 143 N on the frame, obtained a von Misses stress of at least 2.405e-1N/m2 and The maximum Von Misses Stress of 1.856e6N/m2is still a safe limit because above the yield strength value of the material used, the maximum displacement value is 1.098 mm. The safety factor is 2.01.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis mengenai permasalahan perlindungan hukum terhadap pemenuhan hak-hak perempuan di Kota Parepare. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara holistik perlindungan hukum terhadap permasalahan hak perempuan di Kota Parepare. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pegumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta mengolah data-data yang diperoleh dari lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan hak-hak perempuan di Kota Parepare belum berjalan optimal dikarenakan masih adanya beberapa kasus pelanggaran hak-hak perempuan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak optimalnya pemenuhan hak perempuan di Kota Parepare seperti faktor pendidikan, faktor ekonomi, faktor sosial budaya, dan faktor pasangan. Upaya perlindungan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Parepare terhadap hak perempuan ialah dengan menerapkan legal framework mengenai hak perempuan, membentuk Peraturan Daerah, melakukan advokasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat Kota Parepare sebagai bentuk pencegahan dan penindakan.

Abstract

Sale and purchase transactions with a barter system are still being carried out in the Panca Lautang District, Sidrap Regency. In the transaction, during the harvest season, the baje seller visits the farmers who are harvesting to exchange rice baje, peanut baje, kukubima, hemaviton, milk, jordan bread, and m+milk for grain. The problems contained in this thesis are about buying and selling transactions with a baje barter system in Panca Lautang District, Sidrap Regency, as well as a review of Islamic law on buying and selling transactions with a baje barter system in Panca Lautang District, Sidrap Regency. qualitative research using a normative approach. In collecting data, field observations, interviews and documentation methods were used, the data analysis used was qualitative analysis. Islam is because in the pillars of barter in the ijab qabul there is an element of unwillingness from one of the parties, namely the buyer or the owner of the grain who feels that the selling value of the grain is more expensive than the price of the exchanged baje, but they still carry it out because the baje seller does not leave the location if the transaction has not been carried out. And one of the barter conditions is not fulfilled, namely the conditions between the two parties who barter both need it, in this case when the owner of the grain is visited once they want to do a barter transaction because they need a baje for the harvest car employee, but if twice or more the seller of the clothes exchanges the sale of his clothes for grain, then the owner of the grain no longer needs the clothes.

Abstract

Budget planning is a very important thing to be done by the government, both at the central, provincial and village levels. The Government Regulation on Villages has required villages/villages to prepare a Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBG) in a participatory manner. APBG is determined annually by the Keuchik together with Tuha Peut. APBG is a manifestation of the face of the village government, because APBG was born from the combination of political processes and participation. APBG is said to be good if the allocation of spending is more for the needs of residents/community empowerment, especially those living below the poverty line. Conversely, APBG is said to be bad if there is a difference. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the Mechanism of the Village Government in the Process of Preparing the Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Durung Village, Mejid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency and What Obstacles Arise in Preparing the Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Durung Village, Mejid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency and the purpose of this study is to Describe the Mechanism of Preparing the Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Durung Village, Mejid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency and to Describe the obstacles that arise in the preparation of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget and its resolution in Durung Village, Mejid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency, the method used in this study is a qualitative method that uses a descriptive approach.

Abstract

The Banda Aceh City Cleanliness and Beauty Environmental Service (DLHK3) has a task in public services, namely handling the problem of city waste, but the waste problem has not been fully resolved. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of community quality and waste management in the implementation of the Cleanliness, Beauty, and Order (K3) program in Jaya Baru District. This study uses a qualitative method, data collection through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results of the study are the level of community quality towards the implementation of the Cleanliness, Beauty, and Order (K3) program is quite satisfactory, the speed of access to complaints made via the web, telephone, email and even social media to help the community so that complaints can be handled quickly. DLHK3 guarantees cleanliness services in Banda Aceh City by placing officers who have knowledge and ethics of politeness in each division. Division of areas/zones for cleaning officers in each zone and providing communal containers and containers that are spread across several locations in the Banda Aceh City area. Waste management is carried out by collecting and transporting waste with three operational hour zones at 06.00 to 10.00 (zone I), at 08.00 to 12.00 (zone II) and at 20.00 to 24.00 (zone III). DLHK3 carries out waste sorting using the 3R management method "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" This waste management is carried out to distinguish between organic waste and inorganic waste. Environmental waste management, DLHK3 also carries out the Waste Collecting Point (WCP) method, namely sorting waste from its source, using a collection schedule, supervision, coaching of village cleaning/sanitation officers and special transportation according to the type of waste.

Abstract

The principal is a leader who has great influence and can determine the progress or failure of the school he leads and has administrative skills, has a fixed stance, and has the right to carry out each of his duties. To become a good school leader, one must make efforts to improve teacher performance through several programs that can foster educators. Therefore, to lead a school, the principal is required to have a good personality or character and have the ability to lead an educational institution. The formulation of the problem of this research is First, How is the responsibility of the principal at Al-Misbah High School in Banda Aceh. Second, What are the obstacles to teacher performance at Al-Misbah High School in Banda Aceh. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The informants in the study were the Vice Principal, School Committee, School Teachers, Parents. Data collection techniques, observation, research, and documentation. Websites that can be accessed via the internet, books and other written journals. The results of the research that has been conducted indicate that the personality of the principal in carrying out his function must have ethics in developing and advancing the school through teachers, knowledge but it needs to be emphasized, it does not mean that someone with low education is absolutely low in knowledge, the principal must work harder to be able to build the intelligence and skills of teachers to be able to produce educators, and motivation for teachers so that their performance can be improved and accounted for so that it becomes quality and students can improve their learning achievements. The conclusion from the results of the research above is that the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance in order to be able to improve the qualities of teacher performance and knowledge, personality, and skills of teachers to be able to produce intelligent students.

Abstract

Efektivitas Kerja Sekretariat Umum berkaitan erat dengan karakteristik organisasi. Karakteristik organisasi diharapkan mampu memperbaiki struktur organisasi agar lebih baik, sehingga roda organisasi dapat berjalan dengan baik pula. Secara empirik efektif kerja belum mampu memperbaiki struktur organisasi Sekretariat Umum Polda Aceh, sehingga dapat menghambat penyelesaian tugas dengan baik. sedangkan harapan melalui pimpinan lembaga, dapatg menyusun strategi tugas sesuai dengan karakteristik organisasi dan lingkungan. berdasarkan Rumusan Masalah 1) Bagaimana karakteristik organisasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pada staf Sekretariat Polisi Daerah Aceh, 2) Bagaimana karakteristik lingkungan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pada staf Sekretariat Polisi Daerah Aceh. adapun Tujuan penelitian 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik organisasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pada staf Sekretariat Polisi Daerah Aceh. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik lingkungan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pada staf Sekretariat Polisi Daerah Aceh. Dalam upaya memperoleh data lapangan mengunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif (descriptive qualitative research) dan teknik pengumpulan data dan/atau pisau analisisi melalui observasi, wawancara dan analisa dokumen sekaligus memperoleh data lapangan dengan mamanfaatkan informan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian, dalam membangun efektifitas kerja sekretariat Umum Polda Aceh dalam tataran pelaksanaan tugas yang dilaksanaan personil kepolisian negara berkaitan karakteristik pekerja belum memperhatikan tingkat usia pekerja, padahal usia pekerja yang tidak produktif dapat mengganggu penyelesaian tugas sebuah organisasi. Karakteristik organisasi juga belum mampu menerapkan system teknologi dalam menjalankan roda organisasi, sehingga dapat menghambat dalam pelayanan publik. Selanjutnya, karakteristik organisasi juga belum mampu memperbaiki spesialisasi pekerjaan.

Abstract

The operational readiness of the Trans Bus crew, usually on the punctuality of the bus crew, because they do not follow the existing schedule procedures, this leads to the departure stop and when arriving at the last stop for dropping off passengers. This is subject to administrative sanctions in the form of a Warning Letter (SP). Problem formulation: how are the administrative sanctions for its employees at Perum Damri Banda Aceh?. How is the work safety of the bus crew at Perum Damri Banda Aceh?. Research Objectives: To find out and analyze the administrative sanctions for its employees at Perum Damri Banda Aceh. To find out and analyze the work safety of the bus crew at Perum Damri Banda Aceh. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation techniques, interviews, documentation studies. The results of the study, minor violation sanctions are given advice for good in the future, previous discipline has not succeeded in changing their behavior. Obey the rules of behavior at work. Demonstrated by doing work in accordance with the position, duties, and responsibilities. Conclusion, the application of administrative sanctions for operational violations of Buses that do not comply with existing rules, apply administrative sanctions because they have to go directly to the field. Lack of awareness of the responsibility of the bus crew towards public service. Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the application of administrative sanctions against operational violations of buses that do not comply with the rules include conducting field inspections to conduct direct inspections or provide verbal warnings.

Abstract

Salah satu tugas dan peran Kepala desa adalah sebagai penasihat dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik desa (BUMDes). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran kepala desa dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik desa (BUMDes) di Gampong Tanjong Kccamatan Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik desa (BUMDes) di Desa Tanjong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala desa dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik desa (BUMDes) yaitu sebagai stabilisator, innovator dan pelopor. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya kepala desa Gampong Tanjong belum menunjukkan hasil yang maksimal hal ini dikarenakan unit usaha yang masih kurang, partisipasi masyarakat masih kurang dan kinerja Badan Usaha Milik desa (BUMDes) belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan SOP. Namun dalam hal ini kepala desa Gampong Tanjong sudah berupaya dengan maksimal demi mewujudkan pengelolaan dana desa dengan baik. Adapun kendala yang dimiliki oleh kepala desa dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik desa (BUMDes) yaitu kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang berkompoten selain itu jenjang pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat dan pengurus Badan Usaha Milik desa (BUMDes) masih minim. Adapun saran yang dapat peneliti berikan kepada pihak pengelola Badan Usaha Milik desa (BUMDes) Gampong Tanjong adalah agar dapat melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dan meminta bantuan dari lembaga tekait untuk proses pengelolaan dana desa dengan maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pelestarian kebudayaan aceh di masyarakat kota Banda Aceh yang menjadi wilayah kerja Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Banda Aceh; serta untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan untuk penyusunan strategi pelestarian kebudayaan di masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh agar sesuai dengan data kebudayaan yang valid dan akurat. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian lapangan (field research) dan sesuai kebutuhannya juga melakukan kajian perpustakaan (library research). Kedua teknik penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk melengkapi data satu sama. Berdasarkan uraian yang telah dijabarkan pada empat bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa jawaban atas permasalahan dalam penelitian yang fokus pada judul Strategi Pelestarian Kebudayaan Aceh di Masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh (Studi Kasus pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Banda Aceh).
