Abstract

BUMDes sebagai lembaga keuangan desa yang menjalankan bisnis keuangan (Financial Business) yang memenuhi kebutuhan usaha-usaha skala mikro yang dijalankan oleh pelaku usaha ekonomi desa, BUMDes wajib membuat laporan keuangan seluruh unit usaha BUMDes secara akuntabel dan transparan yang dilakukan setiap bulannya. Selain itu, BUMDes juga wajib memberikan laporan perkembangan unit-unit usaha BUMDes kepada masyarakat desa melalui musyawarah desa yang sekurang-kurangnya dua kali dalam satu tahun.Laporan keuangan merupakan bagian dari pelaporan keuangan.Laporan keuangan menyediakan informasi yang relevan mengenai posisi keuangan dan seluruh transaksi yang dilakukan oleh suatu entitas pelaporan selama satu periode pelaporan. Oleh karna itu Tim pengabdi melakukan pengabdian kepada BUMDes maju Bersama dalam bentuk penyuluhan, pelatihan, uji coba dan melakukan monitoring evaluasi pada Desa Salo.

Abstract

West Sumatra is a province that has access to clean drinking water sources and access to proper sanitation below the Indonesian average, namely 68.83% and 52.77%, which is the sixth lowest. One of the districts that is high is Solok Regency. One of the sub-districts that is very densely populated and very heterogeneous and with a high incidence rate in Solok Regency is Kubung District, which consists of 2 Puskesmas working areas, namely Salayo Puskesmas and Tanjung Bingkung Puskesmas. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge of environmental management in reducing infectious diseases in toddlers against stunting to the community, cadres and sanitarians. The activity method is counseling and providing pocket books and pretest and posttest questionnaire sheets to measure community knowledge about how to manage the environment to prevent stunting. Results: there was an increase after being given counseling where 76.7% of the community already had a clean water source. The availability of toilets was 80% and 70% already used septic tanks. Conclusion: It is important to implement sanitation management in community life to prevent infectious diseases in toddlers due to poor sanitation, which can reduce the incidence of stunting in toddlers.

Abstract

Various principles of public service are applied in realizing a service process that is not complicated, so that it can satisfy the community. Based on empirical facts that the principles of public service at District Office of Mesjid Raya, Aceh Besar Regency it is related to simplicity have not been able to create simplicity in the implementation of public services. The problem is how the principles of public service and how the standards of public service at District Office of Mesjid Raya in Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with 5 informants consisting of 1 District Head, 1 District Secretary, 1 Head of the Village Community Service Section, 1 Head of the Government Section and 1 population service staff. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study prove that the principles of public service can be realized through a straightforward service process, so as to satisfy the public. On the other hand, the principles of public service are provided with adequate and definite service places, because the certainty of service places can avoid complaints from the public. Then, security will also create legal certainty as a basis for implementing public services, because without legal certainty, the services provided will be invalid. The public service standards carried out by the district office simplify the requirements set in the service. Then, the service procedure can accelerate the execution of services provided by district office officers, because execution is a process of acceleration in public services. Public service standards at district offices will simplify the registration process, so that public services can be provided in a more timely manner.

Abstract

Workers in the informal sector, such as waste pickers, face significant health risks due to exposure to waste containing dangerous pathogens. In Kuranji District, Padang City, especially in Gunung Sarik and Kalumbuk Subdistricts, workers at scrap yards are involved in various work processes, including weighing, sorting and maintaining mechanical equipment. Working conditions in these places often do not meet safety standards, such as the lack of use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, boots, helmets and gloves. The aim of this activity is to empower workers at used goods storage to promote Occupational Safety and Health (K3). The activity methods are counseling and demonstrations, providing Personal Protective Equipment and Posters, and pretest and posttest questionnaires to measure public knowledge regarding K3 culture to reduce the risk of work accidents to workers. Results: there was an increase in knowledge after being given counseling and workers were enthusiastic about asking questions during the counseling process. Conclusion: It is important to provide empowerment and education regarding Occupational Safety and Health (K3) culture to workers at used goods shelters in Kuranji District, Padang City, to reduce risks and improve their welfare.

Abstract

Administratively, public services are one of the functions of the government in providing convenience for the community to exercise their rights and obligations. Public services are one of the responsibilities of government agencies, both at the central, regional and village levels. According to Law No. 6 of 2014 in article 11, it is stated that the Village Government consists of the Village Government and the Village Consultative Body. Meanwhile, according to Aceh Qanun no. 5 of 2003, the Village Government in the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam is a community unit that is under the mukim and has the right to organize and build its own household affairs. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the service in Lambiheu Siem Village, Darussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency. How is the implementation of services in Lambiheu Siem Village, Darussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency. Theoretical Usefulness The results of this study can give birth to concepts and theories of administrative science, especially educational administration regarding organizational discipline and improving human resources. Practical Use The results of this study can contribute to decision makers in the implementation of discipline coaching in the community, especially for village officials, especially in Lambiheu Siem Village, Darussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method. The results of the study, The low level of effective and efficient service in Lambiheu Siem Village provides quality services to the community Slow and inefficient services, including the low work ability of Lambiheu Siem Village Apparatus due to the low level of education and training possessed by the apparatus is one of the inhibiting factors in the implementation of services in the village government. And the limited facilities and infrastructure to support the management of village services, such as the limited number of computers, inadequate work space in the hamlet government office.

Abstract

The principal is a leader who has great influence and can determine the progress or failure of the school he leads and has administrative skills, has a fixed stance, and has the right to carry out each of his duties. To become a good school leader, one must make efforts to improve teacher performance through several programs that can foster educators. Therefore, to lead a school, the principal is required to have a good personality or character and have the ability to lead an educational institution. The formulation of the problem of this research is First, How is the responsibility of the principal at Al-Misbah High School in Banda Aceh. Second, What are the obstacles to teacher performance at Al-Misbah High School in Banda Aceh. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The informants in the study were the Vice Principal, School Committee, School Teachers, Parents. Data collection techniques, observation, research, and documentation. Websites that can be accessed via the internet, books and other written journals. The results of the research that has been conducted indicate that the personality of the principal in carrying out his function must have ethics in developing and advancing the school through teachers, knowledge but it needs to be emphasized, it does not mean that someone with low education is absolutely low in knowledge, the principal must work harder to be able to build the intelligence and skills of teachers to be able to produce educators, and motivation for teachers so that their performance can be improved and accounted for so that it becomes quality and students can improve their learning achievements. The conclusion from the results of the research above is that the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance in order to be able to improve the qualities of teacher performance and knowledge, personality, and skills of teachers to be able to produce intelligent students.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan berasal dari kata “pimpin” memiliki arti memimpin, menunjuk, menunjukan jalan, mengapalai, melatih mendidik dan mengajari, selain memiliki pengertian menunjuk jalan, memimpin juga berarti mempengaruhi dan pepimpin mempunyai tanggung jawab baik secara fisik maupun spiritual terhadap keberhasialan aktivitas kerja dari orang- orang yang dipimpinnya. oleh karnanya kepemimpinan merupakan elemen yang sangat berpengaruh dalam rangka pencapainya tujuan organisasi, karena itu maju mundurnya sebuah organisasi hal itu sangat tergantung pada pemimpin. untuk itu sebuah organisasi sangat membutuhkan seorang pemimpin yang sangat berpengaruh dalam rangka pencapain tujuan organisasi. rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bangaimana gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap staf dan guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13 Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen Kendalam apa saja yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah Dasar terhadap Kemampuan Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13 Jangka Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di sekolah, Sekolah Dasar Negeri S13 Jangka Kabupatan Bireuen adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang sedikit militeristik di mana gaya militeristik ini juga mirip dengan tipe kepemimpinan otoriter yaitu gaya kepemimpinan di mana kepala sekolah selaku pemengang kekuasaan memusatkan segala keputusan dan kebijakan yang diambil dari dirinya sendiri secara penuh, namun juga tidak sepenuhnya di katagorikan dalam tata militeristik karna ada saatnya pengambilan keputusan harus melalui rapat dengan para staf dan guru sekolah untuk bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik di sekolah. Selanjutnya, Kemampuan guru dengan meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar negeri 13 jangka kabupaten bireuen, berlangsung dengan baik dimana kemampuan guru dalam hal pengembangan kepribadian sudah berjalan dengan baik terutama ketika guru berinteraksi dengan siswa disekolah, Sebagai Kesimpulan penelitian ini menjunjuk bahwakepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar pada sekolah.

Abstract

The operational readiness of the Trans Bus crew, usually on the punctuality of the bus crew, because they do not follow the existing schedule procedures, this leads to the departure stop and when arriving at the last stop for dropping off passengers. This is subject to administrative sanctions in the form of a Warning Letter (SP). Problem formulation: how are the administrative sanctions for its employees at Perum Damri Banda Aceh?. How is the work safety of the bus crew at Perum Damri Banda Aceh?. Research Objectives: To find out and analyze the administrative sanctions for its employees at Perum Damri Banda Aceh. To find out and analyze the work safety of the bus crew at Perum Damri Banda Aceh. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation techniques, interviews, documentation studies. The results of the study, minor violation sanctions are given advice for good in the future, previous discipline has not succeeded in changing their behavior. Obey the rules of behavior at work. Demonstrated by doing work in accordance with the position, duties, and responsibilities. Conclusion, the application of administrative sanctions for operational violations of Buses that do not comply with existing rules, apply administrative sanctions because they have to go directly to the field. Lack of awareness of the responsibility of the bus crew towards public service. Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the application of administrative sanctions against operational violations of buses that do not comply with the rules include conducting field inspections to conduct direct inspections or provide verbal warnings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengambarkan dan mendeskripsikan peristiwa maupun fenomena yang akurat terjadi dilapangan dan menyajikan data secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta atau fenomena yang terjadi dilapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun informasi penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah, 1 orang Sektretaris Gampong, 1 orang Kasi Pemerintahan dan Pelayanan, 1 orang Kaur Umum Perencanaan dan Keuangan, dan 1 orang Masyarakat Gampong sebagai informan penelitian. Analisis data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trigulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, menjalankan pemerintahannya dilakukan dengan penuh tanggung jawab, jujur, terbuka dan adil. Juga dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan untuk kemaslahatan bersama akan mengikut sertakan masyarakat melalui musyawarah Gampong untuk menampung aspirasi maupun ide-ide yang bersifat membangun. Serta demi memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal terhadap masyarakat, baik Keuchik, maupun perangkat Gampong saling berkoordinasi untuk saling evaluasi dan koreksi serta mencari solusi yang tepat tentang permasalahan yang sedang terjadi. Adapun dimensi dan indikator dari fungsi Keuchik yang diharapkan adanya profesionalitas, motivator, partisipasi, serta Peningkatan Kinerja Aparatur Gampong diterapkan adanya akuntabilitas seperti kewajiban pemberian pertanggung jawaban, melaksanakan tugas, serta efektivitas seperti menyikapi dinamika proses akan tetapi mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat dengan sesuai harapan.

Abstract

Penyaluran sarana dan prasarana kerja pada dinas bertujuan untuk mendukung kelancaran dan efisiensi pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi dari dinas tersebut. Penyaluran sarana kerja pada dinas melibatkan berbagai aspek, termasuk fasilitas fisik, peralatan, dan kebutuhan lainnya yang dibutuhkan oleh pegawai atau anggota dinas untuk melaksanakan tugasnya. Sesuai Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 7 Tahun 2006 Tentang Standarisasi Sarana Dan Prasarana Kerja Pemerintahan Daerah, bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dan kelancaran penyelenggaraan tugas pemerintahan daerah secara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna, perlu dilakukan penataan sarana dan prasarana kerja. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Penyaluran Sarana dan Prasarana Kerja Pada Dinas Pendidikan Aceh, dan Bagaimana Kendala dalam Penyaluran Sarana dan Prasarana Kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Aceh. Kegunaan Hasil Merupakan sumbangan peneliti dalam brain storming (curah pendapat) dan sebagai landasan berfikir bagi perkembangan Ilmu Administrasi Publik khususnya terhadap sarana prasarana dalam peningkatan mutu yang baik. Dan secara Praktis Penelitian ini Memberikan informasi dan sumbangan pemikiran serta masukan bagi para pengambil keputusan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang sarana prasarana dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan dan dapat memelihara prasarana yang telah ada dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian, Kelengkapan dokumen Penting bagi pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas pegawai terkait penyusunan Rencana Kebutuhan Barang Unit (RKBU) dan Rencana Tetap Barang Unit (RTBU) namun, Beberapa pemerintah daerah mungkin menghadapi tantangan dalam menyusun RKU yang komprehensif dan akurat. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman tentang proses perencanaan kebutuhan, keterbatasan sumber daya, atau perubahan kebutuhan yang tidak diidentifikasi, dijelaskan, atau disampaikan dengan jelas dalam dokumen RKBU. Dan masih terbatasnya Prsarana yang dimiliki dalam tugas-tugas kedinasan yang menyebabkan penyelesaian pelayanan, belum dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal.
