The purpose of this study was to determine differences in motivation for athletes and non-athletes. This study uses a comparative or comparative design. The sample in this study amounted to 142 people, with details of 72 elite athletes who are members of the East Java regional training center, and 70 non-athletes, namely students in the third year of the Physical Education Study Program at STKIP PGRI Jombang. Achievement motivation of athletes and non-athletes was measured using instruments developed by researchers with a validity value of 0.765 and a reliability of 0.954. data were analyzed using an independent test sample test, with the help of SPSS 24. The results showed a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, differences in achievement motivation of elite athletes and non-athletes. Elite athletes show more enthusiasm to achieve achievements and overcome failure more quickly than non-athletes.

The background of this research is the less Endurance which belongs to the basketball players. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of training High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the improvement of Vo2max and endurance muscle to know how effective the training High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the improvement of VO2max and muncle endurance. This research is a kind of experiment research by using the design total population The population of this research is the men basketball player of STKIP PGRI Jombang which consist of 20 students. average age 19 years Height ± 166.31cm, weight ± 58.63kg. , 8 weeks for treatment (treatment). Post test measurements were taken 48-72 hours after the last treatment, measurement test :Vo2max MFT Multistage Fitness Test, Leg muscle endurance using Bench Jump. The result of this research can be known that the training design Interval Training gives the significant result to the improvement of Vo2max. Based on the result of analysis, (1) there is effect of High_intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the improvement of VO2max (sig. = 0.000 < α = 0.05). (2) High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the improvement of knee muscle endurance, (sig. = 0.000 < α = 0.05).

This form of service activity is carried out based on the need for student understanding of the components of badminton physical condition and applying the form of physical condition training in badminton, physical condition is a form of overall description related to the fitness of the human body and can also produce energy and be able to carry out every activity in sports optimally. In this service has a goal in this case students will have an understanding and knowledge related to the components of physical conditions and forms of training in badminton sports and the methods used are lectures and questions and answers, demonstrations and practices. The form of this activity includes preparing the material that will be conveyed in the activity, the implementation of this activity by delivering explanations related to the components of physical conditions and forms of training with field practice. Evaluation summarises events in activities related to the situation and input for these activities, the conclusion of this activity is that students get good benefits as well as understanding and knowledge of the components of physical conditions and forms of training in badminton.

The community service activities carried out have the aim that students have an understanding and knowledge related to the components of physical conditions and how to form training in volleyball, in the game of volleyball physical conditions as the main support for everyone in playing volleyball because it will have a positive impact on everyone to get good achievements, in the implementation of this activity using lecture, question and answer methods and demonstrations and practice, for this reason the implementation of this service students will get an explanation of material about physical conditions in volleyball which consists of endurance, strength, speed, agility, and explosive power. Every implementation of service activities there is an evaluation with the aim of being able to summarise related to the activity situation and also the suggestions obtained from the activity, in the results of this service activity with an increased understanding of students related to the physical condition material of volleyball that has been explained. For this reason, it can be concluded that the explanation of the physical condition material has a positive impact on a student's understanding and knowledge in the sport of volleyball.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model TGFU barbasis permainan tradisional terhadap keaktifan siswa, jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, desain one group pre test post test, sampel kelas viii pada tingkat smp, instrumen angket keaktifan siswa, teknik analisis data dengan mengunakan analisis deskritif dan uji paired samples test. Hasil penelitian pada uji beda diketahui bahwa dengan mengunakan uji paired samples test dengan memperoleh nilai sig 0.004 < 0.05, sehingga bisa diketahui dan dikatakan mempengaruhi keaktifian siswa. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adanya pengaruh model pgfu berbasis permainan tradisional terhadap keaktifan siswa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of PJOK teachers towards the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in PJOK subjects. The research design is descriptive qualitative, the population in this study were all PJOK teachers of Jombang State High School, totalling 2 teachers. sampling method with Purposive Sampling. Research instruments with a question with an interview with each PJOK educator. There are 30 questions with 2 aspects of the indicator. Data analysis carried out is data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of research related to indicators of knowledge and readiness of the results of the explanation are quite good and indicators of the obstacles and impact of the independent curriculum on PJOK learning with a good response will make the implementation of the independent curriculum well. The conclusion of the knowledge and readiness indicators is quite good, for the impact and obstacles students give a good response to the form of application of the independent curriculum by the PJOK teacher has been successful.

The purpose of this study was to determine how students and parents respons to online learning in physical education. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire distributed online on googleform, besides that the researchers also conducted interviews with physical education teachers and the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs to test the validity of the data. The data collected were two hundred and fourty students and two hundred and fourty parents, then analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that students and parents had the perception that online learning for physical education was not suitable and not effective because they had to practice directly to understand the material to the fullest. In addition, there were several obstacles, especially the availability and internet quota, students and parents admitted that they had to pay more to buy quotas. In addition, the most negative impact for students is that in the absence of practice, the mastery of movement and basic techniques in physical education material is not achieved.

The failure of volleyball psychomotor learning outcomes is because not all children can perform the basic movements of lower passing properly. The objective of this research is to measure the psychomotor learning outcomes of lower passing by applying problem-based learning as a learning model. The design of classroom action research with a two-cycle diagram was applied involving 29 children (Male=14, Female=15, Mage=11,034) as the sample of this research. Percentage calculation and descriptive statistics are the analysis techniques determined with the help of Microsoft Excel to review the proportion of completeted and non completed of psychomotor learning outcomes. The results of the study showed an increase in the average value from cycle I of 70.93 to 77.51 in cycle II. Meanwhile, the results of the frequency distribution of completeness also increased from cycle I of 65.50% (19 students) to 82.20% (24 students) in cycle II. The results in this study have contributed to affirming PBL as a model worthy of being used as an alternative learning strategy for volleyball lower passing, especially in the psychomotor domain. Self-confidence, motivation level, and learning burnout experienced by students are observational notes of obstacles that are not considered as objective measures in this study. Future researchers need to take into account these predictor variables in depth through multivariate analysis

This community service activity aims to optimise the role of Physical Education (PE) students in campus organisations through organisational management training which is carried out in a series of DIKLAT activities of the PE Study Program Student Association (HMP). PE students, in addition to being required to have academic competence and skills in the field of sports, also need to be equipped with managerial and leadership skills to support their involvement in student organisations. Therefore, this training focused on strengthening understanding and basic skills in managing organisations effectively and professionally. The training method was conducted through interactive materials, group discussions, and simulations of managerial practices such as work program planning, decision-making, and conflict resolution in organisations. The evaluation results showed that there was a positive increase in participants' understanding and enthusiasm in participating in organisational activities, with participants' responses increasing by 80% after the training compared to before the training. This improvement was measured through pre-test and post-test questionnaires and direct observation during the activities.Thus, this training provides a real contribution in forming the character of Physical Education students who are active, responsible, and ready to become competent leaders in campus organizational environments.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecemasan dengan keterampilan lompat harimau pada siswi sekolah dasar. Lompat harimau merupakan salah satu gerakan senam lantai yang membutuhkan keberanian, kekuatan, dan keterampilan motorik kompleks, sehingga seringkali memicu kecemasan, khususnya pada siswi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 88 siswi kelas VI SDN 2 Jatirejo Mojokerto. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup angket kecemasan yang telah dimodifikasi dari State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAI-C), serta lembar penilaian keterampilan lompat harimau. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho karena hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan distribusi data tidak normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecemasan dan keterampilan lompat harimau (rₛ = –0,026; p = 0,807 > 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor kecemasan tidak secara langsung memengaruhi keterampilan lompat harimau pada siswi, dan aspek latihan teknis serta pendekatan pembelajaran lebih berperan dalam penguasaan keterampilan tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pembelajaran PJOK yang efektif dapat meminimalkan dampak kecemasan melalui pendekatan yang menyenangkan dan suportif.
