Abstract

A car control device has been made with a voice application on an Android smartphone based on Arduino UNO. This tool uses HC-05 as a Bluetooth transmission media, Arduino Uno as the main controller and 2 DC motors as output. App Inventor is used to make a sound application on a smartphone, if the application receives a "forward" sound then both DC motors will advance. There are 5 voice commands that can be executed namely "forward", "backward", "right", "left" and "stop". From the results of trials that have been determined that this tool can control the car by giving voice commands that have been configured with a microcontroller with a considerable distance 3-5 meters.

Abstract

Keamanan file dokumen digital merupakan hal yang sangat penting sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini. Ada banyak metode dalam mengamankan data digital, salah satunya adalah Kriptografi. Algoritma Rinjdael atau Advanced Encryption Standart adalah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengamankan file dokumen digital. Algoritma Rinjdael ditetapkan sebagai AES sebagai pengganti Algoritma DES dengan lebih banyak kunci, yakni kunci 128-bit, 192-bit dan 256-bit. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengamankan file dokumen dengan menggunakan kombinasi dua algoritma, yaitu Algoritma Rinjdael dan Caesar Cipher. Kombinasi kedua algoritma tersebut akan mengembangkan proses enkripsi file menjadi lebih kompleks sehingga file dokumen digital menjadi lebih terjamin keamanannya. Proses enkripsi yang lebih kompleks dapat meminimalisir potensi serangan eksternal seperti ancaman Brute Force, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus or diabetes, occurs due to reduced production of the hormone insulin which functions to convert sugar into energy, and convert excess sugar levels in the body into fat. This condition results in the occurrence of hyperglycemia which transmits glucose in the urine. The more complex causes of diabetes are due to heredity, environmental factors include age, obesity, insulin resistance, physical activity, and unhealthy lifestyle of patients also play a role in the occurrence of diabetes. The purpose of this study is to produce a decision making system to determine diabetes medications best using the topsis method. The Topsis method is used to take the best alternative solution by paying attention to the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative solution, in determining the best diabetes drug based on predetermined criteria, so that it can be recommended as the next decision support system. The results of the application of the TOPSIS method can produce output in the form of ranking of diabetes drugs and determine diabetes drugs that have the highest preference value among other alternatives. The criteria used to determine the best diabetes drugs are 5, namely: Drug Efficacy, Drug Indications, Side Effects, Drug Prices, Drug Guarantees. Abstract

Keroncong, Pop, Dangdut, and Hip Pop. Music is basically to entertain and express themselves from feelings of sadness or happiness. Along with the increasing popularity of music, a lot of music lessons were made especially in Pematangsiantar. This makes consumers confused and needs information to decide which music lessons are suitable for their needs. So the author uses a Decision Support System with the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to facilitate decision making. MFEP is a method with emphasis on various factors and criteria that perform the calculation of weighting system where the calculation will be valuable for each factor that affects the decision making of data data to be processed. The MFEP method is also called a scaled score that requires a comparative norm to be interpreted qualitatively and this makes the advantages of the MFEP method. The previous criteria were Criteria Place C1 (C1), Music Facilities Criteria (C2), Price Criteria (C3), Criteria Schedule / time guidance (C4), Employee Service Criteria (C5). By using 4 Alternative Place of Music Les existed memematangsiantar include: Legato Art Center, Era Music Siantar, Grace Music Studio, C and C Music Education. Results of recommendation of Decision Support System in Recommending Place Les Music dipematangsiantar using method MFEP (Multifactor Evaluation Process). Which we write with first rank that is Legato Art Center .  It is expected that this research can help the consumer to get the right recommendation in choosing the place of music lesson in accordance with the cost of music lesson and music quality.Keywords: Decision Support System, Multi-Factor Evaluation Process, ranking, Music

Abstract

Indonesia Smart Card is a cash assistance from the government given to students whose parents are less able to finance their education. As a continuation and expansion of the objectives of the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program. KIP has the goal of increasing access for children aged 6 (six) to 21 (twenty one years). In Primary School 091329 in the recipient of the Smart Indonesia Card faces many problems As students who are entitled to receive assistance actually do not receive. because of that there were protests and demonstrations caused by Kartu Indonesia Pintar which were not on target. The criteria for Indonesian card recipients are smart social protection card holders, parents' income, no vehicles, no dependents, orphans. In its implementation, it certainly has obstacles in deciding who students get the smart Indonesian card. To solve the problem, a weighted Sum Model (WSM) decision support system can overcome this problem. By applying the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) which is relatively easy and fast, it is believed to be able to get the best results. Abstract

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS abbreviated) is a set of symptoms and infections that arise due to the destruction of the human immune system due to HIV viral infection. This study discusses about Rapidminer Application in Grouping Cases of AIDS Disease by Province with K-medoid Clustering Data Mining. The rise of AIDS cases in Indonesia has become a case that never escapes government attention. Attention to the ever increasing rate of death makes people worry about the spread of the AIDS virus. Sources of data and research are collected from the information document Number of Villages Who Have Health Facilities produced by the Social Security Administering Board. The data used in this study is data from 2008-2011 which consists of 34 provinces. Assessment criteria used are 2 ie 1). the average number of AIDS cases and 2). the average number of AIDS cases deaths were managed using 3 clusters ie high cluster level (C1), medium cluster level (C2) and low cluster level (C3). So that the cluster C1 obtained for Cases of AIDS Disease by Province as many as 4 provinces of Papua, DKI Jakarta, West Java and East Java, 9 provinces for cluster C2 and for cluster C3 as much as 20. Abstract

Pendeteksian gangguan jaringan internet indihome seringkali membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak semua pengguna jaringan internet indihome mengerti penanganan gangguan pada jaringan internet indihome. Selain itu administrator Indihome sendiri terkadang membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit dalam mendeteksi gangguan pada jaringan internet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi gangguan jaringan internet indihome. Sistem pakar ini dapat digunakan pengguna indihome untuk membantu mendeteksi gangguan pada jaringan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai asisten pakar oleh administrator indihome. Sistem Pakar ini dibangun menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Hasilnya direpresentasikan ke dalam Knowledge Based Table yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk pembangunan sistem pakar. Metode ini cocok dipakai di sistem pakar yang mendiagnosis suatu yang belum pasti dengan menggunakan perhitungan yang akurat untuk memastikan nilai keyakinannya. Manfaat yang didapat dari sistem pakar yang mampu melaksanakan diagnosis dengan singkat, tepat dan akurat kepada gejala kerusakan yang ada diharapkan bisa membantu karyawan dalam menyampaikan solusi dan penanganan secara akurat dari kerusakan yang terjadi pada jaringan internet indihome.

Abstract

This research aims to predict the number of exports of fruits by country of destination in the coming year based on data in the previous year. The application of a prediction is very important in conducting research. The method used in conducting this prediction is the artificial neural network (JST) with its Backpropagation algorithm. The architecture used in this study is 4-2-1, 4-4-1, 4-6-1, 4-8-1, 4-4-2-1, and 4-3-6-1. Test results obtained prediction of export of fruits according to destination country with 91% accuracy rate with 4-4-1 architecture

Abstract

In carrying out promotions, it is also necessary to pay for the manufacture of brochures, banners and other promotional media to provide information to prospective students and attract prospective students to register. Determining the location of the promotion is one of the success factors in promotional activities. In this study, the Artificial Neural Network will be used to predict the location of the promotion. Backpropagation is one of the best artificial neural network methods used for prediction, this method is widely used by researchers in predicting a problem. The data analysis tool used is Matlab or what we call the (Matrix Laboratory) which is a program to analyze and compute numerical data, and Matlab is also an advanced mathematical programming language, which was formed on the premise of using the properties and forms of matrices. From the results of the algorithm used, it is expected to get good accuracy results with some architectural experiments later. So that this research can be an indicator to optimize promotions in the following year in order to attract prospective students to register for AMIK and STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar

Abstract

Gizi pada anak balita merupakan masalah yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan terutama bagi orang tua dan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik data mining yaitu algoritna K-Means untuk mengclustering gizi balita dengan menggunakan 3 cluster yaitu gizi baik, gizi buruk, dan obesitas. Variabel yang digunakan adalah berat badan dan tinggi badan balita. Berdasarkan hasil dari 60 data, jumlah balita yang mengalami status gizi baik pada puskesmas kecamatan jawa maraja pada cluster 0 terdapat 28 balita, pada cluster 1 terdapat 27 balita yang mengalami gizi buruk , dan terdapat 5 balita yang mengalami obesitas pada cluster 2. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberi masukan pada pihak puskesmas agar lebih memperhatikan asupan gizi pada balita sehingga dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita.
