Abstract

This research aims to optimize the promotion of tourist attractions in Simalungun Regency and Pematangsiantar City by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology based on Matrix Factorization. The lack of information about tourist spots in these areas has resulted in many attractions being relatively unknown to the public, making current promotional efforts less effective. Through the application of AI, it is hoped that the promotion of tourist attractions will become more efficient, providing users with a better experience in finding destinations that match their preferences. The data used in this study was collected through web scraping from Google Maps, including information about tourist spots such as name, location, rating, number of reviews, and category. This data was then processed using Matrix Factorization, which analyzes user preferences based on their visit history and ratings of tourist attractions. The ultimate goal is to generate personalized and relevant recommendations. The research was implemented in the form of an Android application, allowing users to easily access tourism recommendations via mobile devices. Testing results showed that the recommendation system successfully provided suggestions for tourist attractions that matched users' needs. The model was evaluated using Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), yielding a result of 0.0835 on training data and 0.2362 on validation data, demonstrating good performance. Overall, this research proves that Collaborative Filtering technology based on Matrix Factorization is effective for tourism recommendation systems.

Abstract

Smart city is a city built to create efficient, sustainable, fair and livable cities. Increasing the percentage of population survival in standard and emergency times or emergency medical services (EMS) is one of the main pillars of a smart city. This study develops previous research. The weakness of this model is that it needs to consider the dynamic travel time factor. The model only considers the fixed travel time between two locations, which may not represent the actual conditions on the highway. It is less flexible because it only finds one threshold value α for all λi. Researchers succeeded in developing a model to overcome the model weaknesses in (4) by adding new constraints that consider ambulance capacity and overcome the shortcomings of the model (5) by adding tighter limits on the value of α to minimize the difference between the values of λi and αλi. In addition, constraints can also be added to ensure that α is a realistic value and meets business requirements.

Abstract

Dalam mendukung terwujudnya E-Government cerdas dimana warga sudah menggunakan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (EKTP), pemerintah mulai mengintegrasikan EKTP dengan beberapa pusat layanan. Sehingga sistem akan dapat mengetahui riwayat perjalanan dan layanan yang digunakan oleh warga. Hal ini tentu saja akan bertentangan dengan hak privasi penghuninya. Sedangkan proses integrasi EKTP dengan sejumlah pusat layanan tentunya memiliki celah yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak yang tidak berkepentingan sehingga dapat disalahgunakan. Artikel ini akan mengulas bagaimana keamanan informasi pada sistem integrasi EKTP, artikel ini meninjau mekanisme apa saja yang dilakukan untuk mencegah aktivitas ilegal terhadap informasi yang dihasilkan.
