Almost all hospitals schedule nurses' work shifts manually, which is not effective, mistakes in scheduling nurses in hospitals can make them not work optimally so that they are prone to making mistakes and will endanger every patient in the hospital. In the research will be proposed integer linear programming model and branch and bound method, the purpose of this study is to develop an optimization model of nurse scheduling problems at the hospital. The optimization model will minimize the total deviation of nurses' working days from the standard workdays, the optimization model implemented in hospitals is processed using LINGO software.

Advances in information technology encourage the emergence of unlimited textual information with the use of online media developing so rapidly that the emergence of the need for information presentation without reducing the value of the information presented. Basicaly the concept of the dataset is a general form of almost every discipline, where the dataset provides empirical basic information for research activities. Sentiment analysis is done to see opinions or feelings about a problem or identify and classify information trends from the problem. The dataset analysis in determining sentiment classification is a model of sentiment classification that has relevance to the dataset with the use of machine learning techniques with supervision that learns from experience to predict output from labeled input data and output from machine learning. The results of experiments and tests that have been carried out on machine learning techniques with supervision can classify sentiments in the tweet text properly and the level of accuracy can still be improved to a better direction with data namely baseline 100 (days) and 83 (weeks), naivebayes 100 (days) and 82 (weeks), maxent 100 (days) and 83 (weeks), and SVM 100 (days) and 83 (weeks).

Dapat dipahami, bahwa setiap menjelang hari besar keagamaan terjadi kenaikan harga barang dan jasa hampir diseluruh daerah di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali di Kota Tegal. Upaya pengendalian inflasi daerah yang dilakukan olehTim Pengendalian Inflasi Daerah (TPID) yang dilakukan tidak lebih sebagai kegiatan rutin sehingga seringkali tidak efektif dalam mencapai sasaran pengendalian inflasi yang diharapkan. Sebagai bagian manajemen risiko pengendalian inflasi di Kota Tegal, maka perlu dilakukan inventarisir komoditas-komiditas apa saja yang berkontribusi baik secara frekuensi maupun andil mempengaruhi inflasi di Kota Tegal dalam setiap momentum hari besar keagamaan nasional, sehingga penanganan inflasi yang dilakukan lebih effektif dan terukur. Penulis mengambil data inflasi pada momentum hari besar keagamaan Idul Fitri, Natal dan Tahun baru Â 4 (empat) tahun dari tahun 2015-2018 yang diolah secara sederhana menggunakan program microsof excel dan dipetakan melalui 4 (empat) kuadaran yaitu kuadran I, II, III, dan IV yang menunjukkan frekuensi dan andil 10 (sepuluh) komoditas yang sering muncul dalam inflasi di moment idul fitri. Selanjutnya dipilih prioritas komoditas paling besar frekuensi dan andil yang terdapat di kuadran I untuk dilakukan treatment melalui perumusan strategis hal-hal yang perlu dilakukan.

This study aims to determine whether job rotation and work mutationÂ influence employee performance at BMT KJKS Anda Salatiga. Samples inÂ this study are 31 respondents. This research uses primary data which areÂ collected through interview and questionnaires. Multiple regression analysisÂ is used as an analytical method in this research. The research shows that jobÂ rotation influences employee performance partially but work mutation doesÂ not. Job rotation and work mutation on does not influence employeeÂ performance simultaneouslyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruhÂ rotasi dan mutasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di KJKS BMT ANDAÂ Salatiga.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawanÂ KJKS BMT ANDA Salatiga sebanyak 37 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitianÂ ini sebanyak 31 responden. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah primer.Â Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisisÂ yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikanÂ bahwa secara parsial rotasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Mutasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan rotasi kerja dan mutasi kerja secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan

Inclusive education has become an increasingly important aspect in addressing the dynamics of the industry 4.0 era. To realize inclusive education at PTPN IV Dolok Ilir School, the utilization of digital technology, particularly the school website, is being employed. Inclusive education aims to provide equal and sustainable access to education for all students, including those with special needs. The application of technology in the form of a school website has opened up broader access for students, parents, and educational stakeholders. In the context of PTPN IV Dolok Ilir School, this website serves as an information hub providing a variety of learning materials, schedules, announcements, and interactions among teachers, students, and parents. Furthermore, this website system ensures high transparency in facilitating better communication between the school and students' families. The key role of digital technology in assisting in the creation of an inclusive educational environment at PTPN IV Dolok Ilir School results in increased access to education, student empowerment, and greater parental involvement in supporting their children's educational development. The broader implications of this approach include a positive contribution to the quality of education in an era dominated by technological change and ensuring that no student is left behind in reaching their full potential.

Shirt sablon activities are the most exciting activity for the moment, given that the shirt will always be sought and bought by the community. Shirt templates are techniques of printing pictures, photos, cartoons, typography and various other design results to the shirt surface. Which means the core of the next shirt making besides thinking about the material is the design that will be sued. This activity aims to improve skills and capabilities in terms of increasing the economic value of a pure shirt into a shirt that has a sale value, economically of course this skill can be a sufficient supply to plunge into an industry if later Master and Students of SMPS PTPN 4 Dolok Ilir want to plung into the world of creative industry confectionery and templates. The result achieved is the independence of SMPS PTPN 4 Dolok Ilir in the enterprise world both at school and in the community.

In the world of education now learning methods do not only use conventional methods such as from textbooks and teacher explanations, but also with effective and efficient learning methods using information technology. An example is multimedia-based learning media. Community service is one way that can be used to carry out information technology socialization. The community service that will be carried out in this study is entitled Easy and Interesting Mathematics Learning Through Animation. For elementary school students, with the aim of helping students in the learning process of mathematics that is more interesting interactive and fun, because in general lower elementary school students view mathematics lessons are difficult and boring learning. In this service, a learning media for mathematics will be created that includes the problem of building and space in accordance with the existing curriculum. Learning applications that are built include material, training, and tests, in accordance with applicable competency standards. Furthermore, training will be given to several elementary schools, as a briefing on how to use this learning system application so as to increase student motivation and ultimately improve student achievement and improve education quality.

In general, junior high school students view mathematics as a difficult and boring subject. In addition to students, teachers also experience difficulties in delivering material, including time constraints in delivering quite a lot of material, and a lack of student interest in learning mathematics when using conventional learning methods such as from textbooks and explanations from the teacher. With these considerations, the proposer wants to apply knowledge and technology by making mathematics learning media tutorials so that they can increase understanding and attract students' interest in learning and help improve the quality of mathematics education and teaching. The result achieved is that community service for active learning and ICT should be reproduced because there are still many schools that have not implemented it. Meanwhile, from the progress of the times, namely Industry 4.0, ICT-based learning is very much needed.

Biogas is renewable energy that can be used as substitute of LPG and generator fuel. The utilization of waste into biogas has been implemented in Tadukan Raga Village, Sinembah Tanjung Muda (STM) Hilir District, Deli Serdang Regency since 2018 by building a facility for processing biomass into biogas by utilize rumen waste and cow dung at pilot scale. This facility has been handed over by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry to the community to manage independently. However, there is a problem in the lack of understanding of the community in the management, development and maintenance of this facility. This problem resulted in the abandonment of the biogas plant so that production and operations not running and some equipment requiring repairs. The purpose of this program is to strengthen and empower observer groups and users of biogas production facilities in Tadukan Raga Village. Therefore it is necessary to carry out: an analysis of the sustainability of the biogas plant program and the use of biogas as an alternative to overcoming livestock manure pollution in the program of Desa Binaan USU 2022, repair of biogas reactor and piping and the use of biogas stoves modified from LPG stoves.
