Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder characterized by disturbances in thought, perception, and behavior. One of the major challenges in managing schizophrenia is the high rate of relapse, which is often influenced by the family’s level of knowledge and ability to provide home care. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between family knowledge and relapse among schizophrenia patients at the Psychiatric Clinic of Tk II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital, Manado.Methods: This research used a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 89 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test.Results: The findings showed that most families (76.4%) had poor knowledge, and most patients (79.8%) experienced relapse. The Chi-Square test revealed a significant relationship between family knowledge and relapse among schizophrenia patients (p = 0.000, p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between family knowledge and relapse among schizophrenia patients. Families with better understanding of schizophrenia are more capable of providing effective care and preventing relapse. Continuous education and family empowerment are essential to improve patient outcomes and reduce relapse rates.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Responden penelitian adalah 110 karyawan di Perum Bulog Kota Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. dengan pengolah data SPSS versi 24. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study presents a literature review that investigates the role of strategic planning in enhancing employee performance and strengthening supplier relationship management within the food and beverage (F&B) business sector in Semarang City. Strategic planning, as the independent variable, is critical in defining the company’s vision, mission, objectives, and policies, which directly influence the productivity, effectiveness, and engagement of employees, the dependent variable. By systematically analyzing a wide range of literature sources, including peer-reviewed journals, articles, and other reputable publications, this study highlights the multifaceted benefits of effective strategic planning. The analysis reveals that organizations that implement clear and well-structured strategic plans are more likely to experience improved employee motivation, higher performance levels, greater job satisfaction, and increased employee loyalty. Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of establishing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with suppliers, which contribute to operational stability, efficient supply chain management, and enhanced competitiveness in the F&B industry. The findings suggest that strategic planning and supplier relationship management are interrelated and mutually reinforcing processes that help businesses anticipate market demands, optimize resource allocation, and respond effectively to operational challenges. Ultimately, the integration of these two factors provides a sustainable competitive advantage, enabling F&B businesses in Semarang to improve internal performance while simultaneously strengthening external partnerships. This study underscores the necessity for managers and business owners to prioritize strategic planning and supplier relationship management as essential components of long-term business success in a highly dynamic and competitive market environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leverage, profitability, and company size on the possibility of financial distress of companies in the textile and garment industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2022-2024. Several companies were selected using purposive sampling, based on categories determined by the author, such as the availability of data on each company and other relevant factors. The calculations used to analyze the financial difficulties of companies include the Altman Z-score and Zmijewski models, which will then serve as proxies for the dependent variable of financial distress. The results show that the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable differs between the models applied. The Altman Z-score model showed results that were more consistent with theoretical expectations, indicating a more robust measure of financial distress in this context. These findings highlight the importance of choosing appropriate models for analyzing financial distress in the textile and garment sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Flexible Working Arrangement, Work Life Balance, and Job Satisfaction on Gojek driver performance in Semarang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to active Gojek drivers. The results showed that Flexible Working Arrangement, Work Life Balance, and Job Satisfaction have a positive effect on improving driver performance, both partially and simultaneously. This finding indicates that optimal management of these three variables can encourage drivers to work more productively, loyally, and professionally. This study illustrates that the success of driver performance can be improved through support for work flexibility, work life balance, and satisfaction in their work. Gojek drivers are advised to manage their working hours flexibly but in a structured manner in order to maintain a good work-life balance. Further research is needed to examine other factors that may affect driver performance, such as burnout, work motivation, rewards, and employment insurance.

Abstract

In an educational institution the principal has a very important role in determining the back and forth of an educational institution because the principal is one of the components of education that has the most role in improving the quality of education and is directly responsible for education management which is directly related to all processes in a school. The principal has a big role in the process of improving the management of educational institutions, one of which is the principal as the top leader who has the right to make decisions and gives authority to teachers and all school members, the principal also supervises and monitors all matters relating to the school in particular and educational institutions in general. The purpose of this research was to determine the role of the principal in the quality management of educational institutions at SMA Negeri 1 Kroya, Cilacap Regency. The research that the authors do is included in the type of qualitative research. In collecting data, the author uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research results, the data are collected and analyzed, then the data is reduced, then the data is presented in descriptive form and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the role of the principal in the management of quality improvement of educational institutions at SMA Negeri 1 Kroya is realized in the form of activities related to program achievement and school policy. In the management of improving the quality of educational institutions at SMA Negeri 1 Kroya, 4 stages are carried out according to the "PDCA" concept, namely plan (planning), do (implementation), check (checking), and act (follow up). Abstrak Dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat menetukan maju mundurnya suatu lembaga pendidikan karena kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang paling berperan dalammeningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen pendidikan secara langsung yang berkaitan dengan semua proses yang ada di suatu sekolah. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang besar dalam proses peningkatan manajemen lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya yaitu kepala sekolah sebagai puncak pimpinan yang berhak mengambil keputusan dan memberikan wewenang untuk para guru dan semua warga sekolah, kepala sekolah juga melakukan pengawasan dan monitoring terhadap semua hal yang berkaitan dengan sekolah pada khususnya dan lembaga pendidikan pada umumnya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam Manajemen Mutu Lembaga Pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Kroya Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian kemudian data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis, kemudian data tersebut direduksi, selanjutnya data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Lembaga Pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Kroya direalisasikan dalam bentuk kegiatan kaitannya dengan ketercapaian program serta kebijakan sekolah. Dalam manajemen peningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Kroya, dilakukan 4 tahap sesuai dengan konsep “PDCA” yaitu plan (perencanaan), do (pelaksanaan), check (pengecekan), dan act (penindaklanjutan).
