Abstract

This study aimed to show the user interface design form of the context-input-process-product (CIPP) evaluation application based on weighted product as a measuring tool for the effectiveness level of blended learning in health colleges. This research approach was development research. The development model used was Borg and Gall. It focused on the design stage, initial trials, and revisions. The initial test of the user interface design involved 32 respondents. The tool for conducting it was in the form of a questionnaire, which contains 16 questions. The research was at the health colleges in Buleleng Regency. The data analysis technique of the initial test results was quantitative descriptive. It compared the percentage level of user interface design quality from the weighted product-based CIPP evaluation application with a quality standard which referred to a five scale. The results of this study indicated that the quality of the user interface design was relatively good. The research result’s impact on educational evaluation was new knowledge for pedagogic evaluators in maximizing the development of digital-based evaluation tools by integrating the decision support system method (weighted product) with the educational evaluation model (CIPP model).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the effectiveness level of the Provus-Alkin-amalgamation evaluation application based on Weighted-Product-Rwa-Bhineda modification through the results of field trials. This evaluation application was an evaluation tool formed by a combination of educational evaluation models (Provus model and Alkin model), decision support system methods (weighted product), and the concept of Balinese local wisdom (Rwa Bhineda). This research approach was developed, using the Borg and Gall model. The focus of the development phase in this study was field trials and revisions to field trials. The tool used to provide scores by respondents in field trials was a questionnaire. Subjects involved in field trials were 164 respondents. The research location was at several IT vocational schools in Bali. Data analysis was done by comparing the results of field trials with effectiveness standards referring to a five scale. The results showed that the percentage of effectiveness was 81.20%. It proved that the Provus-Alkin-amalgamation evaluation application based on Weighted-Product-Rwa-Bhineda modification was good. The impact of the results of this research is as a trigger to develop innovations in educational evaluation by integrating various fields of science (multidisciplinary science) in the form of one digital application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan AR (Augmented Reality) di SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja, 2) Mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan respon siswa terkait kelayakan aplikasi media pembelajaran interaktif dengan AR di SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (research and development). Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi data ahli isi, ahli media, uji coba kelayakan, dan respon siswa serta guru di SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Instrumen pengambilan data adalah kuesioner untuk ahli isi, ahli media, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Uji validasi ahli isi memperoleh skor 1,00 dengan kualifikasi sangat layak, 2) Uji validasi ahli media memperoleh skor 1,00 dengan kualifikasi sangat layak, 3) Uji coba perorangan dengan 2 siswa memperoleh kualifikasi sangat baik, 4) Uji coba kelompok kecil dengan 6 siswa memperoleh kualifikasi sangat baik, 5) Uji coba kelompok besar dengan 23 siswa memperoleh kualifikasi sangat baik. Uji responden menunjukkan: 1) Respon siswa sebanyak 31 orang memperoleh hasil sangat positif, 2) Respon guru Informatika juga sangat positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, media AR dalam pengenalan komponen CPU komputer dianggap layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Informatika kelas VII di SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan latar belakang SES dan gender dengan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak usia 6-12 tahun di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan multiple linear regression, penelitian ini menelusuri hubungan antara hasil asesmen literasi dan numerasi dengan berbagai variabel SES dan gender. Data ini diperoleh menggunakan asesmen Pengukuran Mandiri Literasi dan Numerasi PSPK (PEMANTIK) dari 20.523 anak yang tersebar di 21 provinsi dan 79 kabupaten/kota. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bahwa latar belakang pendidikan dan pekerjaan orang tua, terutama ayah, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak. Selain itu, kemampuan numerasi anak laki-laki lebih tinggi di usia sekolah pada laki-laki ketimbang perempuan, sedangkan kemampuan literasi anak perempuan di usia sekolah dasar lebih tinggi ketimbang anak laki-laki. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi yang disesuaikan berdasarkan latar belakang SES dan gender, khususnya pada tingkat sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak sebagai pondasi  pendidikan anak di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Tourism in Bali faces challenges such as overcrowding, poor management, and diverse visitor preferences, which hinder effective decision-making for tourist destinations. This study introduces an Android-based DSS using the MAGIQ-ARAS. The MAGIQ method simplifies the weighting process, while the ARAS method evaluates alternatives to produce utility-based rankings. Together, MAGIQ-ARAS provide a structured approach for generating tourist recommendations tailored to user preferences. The research follows a combination of the CRISP-DM framework for data preparation and the Waterfall Model for system development. Field studies, interviews, and literature reviews informed the design of a mobile application that integrates MAGIQ and ARAS. Black-box testing verified functionality, and accuracy testing using a confusion matrix evaluated the alignment between recommendations and user preferences. The results demonstrate the system's effectiveness, achieving 90% accuracy in matching recommendations with user preferences. Black-box testing confirmed that all features, including preference weighting and interactive navigation, operated as intended. The system simplifies MCDM and enhances user satisfaction through its efficient and user-friendly interface. The study concludes that the MAGIQ-ARAS-based mobile application offers a reliable solution for tourist recommendations. Future work should explore real-time data integration and expand application to other tourism regions to enhance adaptability and usability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan latar belakang status sosial ekonomi (SES) dan gender dengan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak usia 6-12 tahun di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda, penelitian ini menelusuri hubungan antara hasil asesmen literasi dan numerasi dengan berbagai variabel SES dan gender. Data diperoleh dari asesmen Pengukuran Mandiri Literasi dan Numerasi PSPK (PEMANTIK) terhadap 20.523 anak yang tersebar di 21 provinsi dan 79 kabupaten/kota. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan dan pekerjaan orang tua, terutama ayah, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak. Selain itu, anak laki-laki memiliki kemampuan numerasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan anak perempuan, sementara anak perempuan memiliki kemampuan literasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan anak laki-laki. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi yang disesuaikan berdasarkan latar belakang SES dan gender, khususnya pada tingkat sekolah dasar, guna meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak sebagai fondasi pendidikan di masa depan. Literacy and numeracy of children aged 6-12 years: The role of socioeconomic status and gender based on the PEMANTIK assessment Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between SES background and gender with literacy and numeracy skills in children aged 6-12 years in Indonesia. Using descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression, the study examines the correlation between literacy and numeracy assessment results and various SES and gender variables. Data were obtained from the PSPK Independent Literacy and Numeracy Measurement Assessment (PEMANTIK), covering 20,523 children across 21 provinces and 79 districts/cities. The findings indicate that parental education and occupation, particularly the father’s, significantly affect children's literacy and numeracy skills. Furthermore, boys tend to have higher numeracy skills, while girls outperform boys in literacy at the primary school level. This study highlights the importance of tailored interventions based on SES and gender backgrounds, particularly in primary education, to enhance children's literacy and numeracy skills as the foundation for their future education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality (AR) guna meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi sistem komputer di SMP Negeri 1 Seririt. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya ketidakseimbangan antara tingginya antusiasme siswa dan rendahnya pemahaman dasar yang mereka miliki terhadap materi Informatika, meskipun mereka memperoleh nilai tinggi dalam ujian. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, media pembelajaran berbasis AR dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan mudah dipahami. Media ini dirancang menggunakan platform Assemblr Edu dan perangkat lunak Blender 3D untuk membuat objek tiga dimensi yang relevan dengan materi sistem komputer, yang memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan elemen-elemen tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan melalui uji ahli isi dan media, uji coba dengan siswa, serta uji respon dari guru dan siswa. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas media yang sangat baik, dengan persentase penilaian 95% pada uji perorangan dan kelompok kecil, serta 85,89% pada uji kelompok besar. Selain itu, hasil uji respon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi, minat, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis AR dapat meningkatkan partisipasi, dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Informatika di tingkat SMP, serta berpotensi untuk diimplementasikan lebih luas dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate a digital literacy instrument for students in Informatics Engineering Education using a bifactor model. The instrument is designed around three primary dimensions: Digital Professional Competency, Integration of Technology in Teaching, and Collaboration and Digital Media Literacy. The results indicate that the general factor (G) makes a dominant contribution, accounting for 85.87% of the total explained variance, while the contributions of the specific factors were comparatively low: 5.30% for Digital Professional Competency, 2.03% for Integration of Technology in Teaching, and 6.81% for Collaboration and Digital Media Literacy. This finding suggests that the instrument is more effective at measuring digital literacy as a holistic competency rather than its specific dimensions. However, the low contribution from the specific dimensions highlights the need to revise certain items to enhance their measurement sensitivity and accuracy. This study provides a significant contribution to the development of valid and reliable digital literacy instruments capable of supporting evidence-based decision-making in technology-enhanced education.

Abstract

The practice of contextual learning in Indonesia is a method that is often used. This study aims to determine the average value of elementary school students with contextual learning. Meta-analysis is used to calculate the average score of elementary school students with contextual learning. The scope of the article is contextual learning research conducted on elementary school students in Indonesia. The publication year is limited to 2016 to 2021. This study uses 44 data sources for articles and theses with the result that the aggregate proportion of students who complete their studies with contextual learning is around 79.25. These results prove that contextual learning can obtain learning outcomes above the national minimum completeness criteria.

Abstract

This study’s purpose was to demonstrate the design of a digital test for the “educational evaluation” course based on the sengkedan (swales) concept that has good quality. This research approach was a development that used the Borg and Gall model with more focus on the design development stage, initial design trials, and revisions. Subjects involved in the initial testing of the digital test user interface design were 42 respondents. The tool used to conduct initial testing of the digital test user interface design is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive quantitative. The results showed user interface design of a sengkedan concept-based digital test for the “educational evaluation” course was quite good. The impact of this research on evaluators in the education field was a positive thing that added to their insights in developing a digital test. The evaluators will finally understand the importance of designing the user interface before finalizing the physical application to minimize errors.
