Abstract

Building resilience in adolescents is an important need, especially for those who spend most of their time at home with their families while facing the pandemic situation. Resilience enables adolescents to survive, adapt, and rise up when faced with difficult circumstances. This study aims to empirically examine the role of secure attachment and mindfulness in adolescent resilience in the new normal era. The study subjects were 220 junior high school students in Semarang City, Indonesia, who were selected using the convenience sampling technique. The study is based on correlational quantitative research using regression analysis. The instruments used were the Secure Attachment Scale, Mindfulness Scale, and Resilience Scale. The results show that there was a significant and positive relationship between secure attachment and mindfulness, and adolescent resilience in the new normal era (R2 = .56, F = 16169, p < .01). The findings provide useful suggestions for families to emphasize the development of psychological skills, especially resilience in adolescents, throughout the country.

Abstract

Pencarian jati diri pada remaja seringkali mengarah pada persepsi tentang body image dan bentuk tubuh yang ideal. Sungguh luar biasa bahwa kepercayaan yang tidak benar akan menjadi sumber kekurangan gizi. Umumnya, bentuk tubuh yang sempurna akan didapatkan dari keseimbangan asupan nutrisi dan pemilihan jenis makanan yang tepat. Asupan lemak dan serat yang cukup menjadi pertimbangan bagi remaja karena diyakini dapat mempengaruhi status gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan lemak, asupan serat, persepsi body image, dan status gizi pada siswa SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan melibatkan 93 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Asupan lemak siswa SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang kurang 41,9% dan lebih 46,2%, asupan serat kurang 98,9% dan lebih 0%, persepsi body image negatif 55,9% dan positif 44,1%, status gizi kurang 3,2% dan 17,2% lebih banyak. Ada hubungan antara asupan lemak dengan status gizi. Tidak ada hubungan antara asupan serat dengan status gizi. Ada hubungan antara persepsi body image dengan status gizi siswa SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang.

Abstract

Penambahan madu bunga randu pada kefir susu kambing akan mempengaruhi kualitas mutu, dilihat dari perubahan viskositas dan keasamannya. Selain itu, madu bunga randu juga meningkatkan kandungan gula total yang ada di dalam kefir susu kambing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui viskositas, keasaman, dan kadar gula total pada kefir susu kambing yang ditambahkan madu bunga randu. Bahan yang digunakan adalah susu kambing dan madu bunga randu. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAL,yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dan uji lanjut Duncan. Perlakuan berbeda yaitu P0 (tanpa penambahan madu), P1 (10% penambahan madu), P2 (15% penambahan madu), P3 (20% penambahan madu), dan P4 (25% penambahan madu). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan madu bunga randu memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap viskositas, keasaman, dan kadar gula total pada kefir susu kambing. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi madu bunga randu yang ditambahkan, mengakibatkan viskositas yang semakin rendah. Viskositas terendah ada pada P0 yaitu 193,53 mpa.s. Penambahan madu bunga randu dapat meningkatkan keasaman kefir susu kambing, dimana keasaman tertinggi dimiliki oleh P4 dengan pH 4,28. Penambahan madu bunga randu ke dalam kefir susu kambing meningkatkan kadar gula total. Kadar gula total terendah adalah P0 yaitu 3,48%, sedangkan rataan tertinggi dimiliki oleh P4 sebesar 4,56%. Kefir susu kambing yang ditambahkan madu bunga randu memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai viskositas, keasaman, dan gula total.

Abstract

The tradition of arranged marriages was still strong in Islamic boarding schools, so knowledge and attitudes related to preconception nutrition in female students need special attention. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of preconception nutrition counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of female students. The study was an experimental research with one group pre-post test. The sample in this study consisted of female students at Madrosatul Qur'anil Aziziyyah Islamic Boarding School, Bringin, Ngaliyan District, Semarang City, who had finished memorizing the Qur'an. Sampling was total sampling, as many as 30 female students. Counseling about preconception nutrition using leaflet that has been tested with validity test. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The effect of preconception nutrition counseling on female students knowledge and attitudes was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test. All respondents experienced an increase in knowledge after receiving counseling. Respondents experienced an increase in knowledge from less to enough (23.3%),  from less to good (73.3%), and from enough to good (3.4%). The majority of respondents also experienced an increase in attitude from less to enough (10%),  from less to good (10%), and from enough to good (60%). There was an effect of preconception nutrition counseling on knowledge and attitudes of respondents. Tradisi perjodohan masih kental terjadi di lingkungan pondok pesantren, sehingga pengetahuan dan sikap terkait gizi prakonsepsi pada santriwati perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konseling gizi prakonsepsi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap santriwati. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan one grup pre-post test. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri atas santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Madrosatul Qur’anil Aziziyyah, Bringin, Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Kota Semarang yang telah selesai menghafal Qur’an. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling, yaitu sebanyak 30 santriwati. Konseling seputar gizi prakonsepsi dengan menggunakan media leaflet yang telah diuji validitas. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Pengaruh konseling gizi prakonsepsi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap santriwati dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon. Semua santriwati mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan setelah mendapatkan konseling. Santriwati mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dari rendah menjadi cukup (23,3%), rendah menjadi baik (73,3%), dan cukup menjadi baik (3,4%). Mayoritas santriwati juga mengalami peningkatan sikap dari rendah menjadi cukup (10,0%), rendah menjadi baik (10,0%), dan cukup menjadi baik (60,0%). Terdapat pengaruh konseling gizi prakonsepsi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap santriwati.

Abstract

Manusia diciptakan Allah Swt di dunia ini sebagai khalifah atau pemimpin, jadi manusia tidak pernah terlepas dari peran mereka sebagai pemimpin. Dimensi kepemimpinan sangat penting untuk setiap upaya pembinaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Tafsir Ayat Tematik Pendidikan Islam: Kepemimpinan dalam Perfektif Al-Qur’an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan (library research). Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan metode tematik (maudu’iy), Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan bahwa ajaran Al-Quran dan Sunnah harus menjadi landasan kepemimpinan Islam, dengan meneladani Rasulullah saw dan khulafaurrasyidin sebagai acuan utama. Kepemimpinan yang dibangun oleh Rasulullah saw berlandaskan pada dasar-dasar yang kokoh yang pada prinsipnya bertujuan untuk menegakkan kalimah Allah Swt. Menurut perspektif ilmu pendidikan Islam, Allah memberi setiap manusia tanggung jawab untuk memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang mampu mencapai tujuan. Tuhan telah menciptakan manusia sebagai khalifah di Bumi. Tugas mereka termasuk mengoptimalkan potensi manusia dan sumber daya alam untuk kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran semua makhluk hidup di Bumi.

Abstract

This investigation examines how teacher preparedness in implementing the independent curriculum impacts student engagement and motivation in Islamic religious education at the junior high level. The primary objective of this paper is to determine the effect of teacher preparedness (designated as X) regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum on students' interest in learning (Y1) and its effect on their learning motivation (Y2), specifically within the context of Islamic religious education for junior high students. Employing a quantitative methodological framework, this research utilized simple regression analysis for hypothesis testing. A simple random sampling technique was applied to select the participants, comprising 95 teachers and 95 students drawn from the overall population. Data were collected through questionnaires. The outcomes of the study indicate the following: 1) With a calculated t-value of 3.195 exceeding the critical value of 1.665 (t_count = 3.195 ≥ t_table = 1.665), the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted. This signifies that teacher preparedness exerts an influence on students' interest in studying Islamic religious education (PAI). Furthermore, the R-squared value (R²) is 0.315, or 31.5%, suggesting that enhanced teacher readiness correlates with greater student interest in learning, and vice versa. 2) The computed t-value is 4.319, which is also greater than the critical value of 1.665 (t_count = 4.319 ≥ t_table = 1.665). Consequently, H₀ is rejected, and H₁ is accepted, indicating an influence of teacher preparedness on learning motivation. The R-squared value (R²) in this case is 0.409, or 40.9%. This leads to the conclusion that higher levels of teacher readiness are associated with increased student learning motivation. Therefore, fostering student interest and motivation in learning necessitates both adequate preparation for educators and active involvement from parents, with the expectation that this will enable students to cultivate their interests beneficially for their school, families, and community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organoleptic test results of Rhodomyrtus tementosa biscuits, total dietary fiber, and potassium. This research is a laboratory experimental research with a one-factorial RAL (Completely Randomized Design) design, namely the addition of Rhodomyrtus tementosa flour. There were four treatments with two repetitions of laboratory tests and one organoleptic test. The results of the organoleptic test analysis of biscuits with the addition of Rhodomyrtus tementosa flour showed that the preference parameters for color, texture, aroma and taste decreased with the addition of more Rhodomyrtus tementosa. The biscuit results from the selected formulation were P1 biscuits (3.73) with the addition of 25% Rhodomyrtus tementosa flour. Based on the results of the total dietary fiber and potassium test, it was found that there was an increase in the levels of total dietary fiber (17.69%) and potassium (157.73%) in Rhodomyrtus tementosa biscuits (P1) compared to the control (P0). Biscuits with the addition of Rhodomyrtus tementosa flour could be an alternative food product that is high in dietary fiber and high in potassium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil uji organoleptik dari biskuit karamunting terpilih, total serat pangan dan kalium. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen laboratorium dengan rancangan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) satu faktorial yaitu penambahan tepung buah karamunting. Terdapat empat perlakuan dengan dua kali pengulangan uji laboratorium dan satu kali uji organoleptik. Hasil analisis uji organoleptik dari biskuit dengan penambahan buah karamunting dari parameter kesukaan warna, tekstur, aroma dan rasa semakin menurun dengan semakin banyak penambahan buah karamunting. Hasil biskuit dari formulasi terpilih yaitu biskuit P1 (3,73) dengan penambahan tepung buah karamunting sebanyak 25%. Berdasarkan hasil uji total serat pangan dan kalium didapatkan hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan kadar total serat pangan (17,69%) dan kalium (157,73%) pada biskuit karamunting (P1) dibandingkan dengan kontrol (P0). Biskuit dengan penambahan tepung buah karamunting dapat menjadi alternatif produk pangan yang tinggi serat pangan dan tinggi kalium.
