Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan di Desa Cintaasih Kecamatan Cipongkor diukur berdasarkan kepuasan masyarakat menggunakan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat dengan hasil data dalam bentuk angka. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Cintaasih Kecamatan Cipongkor. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner atau angket. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment Pearson dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) untuk pelayanan di Desa Cintaasih Kecamatan Cipongkor adalah 2,87 dengan angka konversi sebesar 71,83. Maka kinerja pelayanan public berada dalam kategori mutu pelayanan baik. Hasil dari 14 indikator Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat dengan range nilai antara 0-100, adalah sebagai berikut: (1) prosedur pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 75,50 dengan kategori baik; (2) persyaratan pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 71,50 dengan kategori baik; (3) kejelasan petugas pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 75,00 dengan kategori baik; (4) kedisiplinan petugas pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 71,25 dengan kategori baik; (5) tanggungjawab petugas pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 74,75 dengan kategori baik; (6) kemampuan petugas pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 75,25 dengan kategori baik; (7) kecepatan pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 61,00 dengan kategori kurang baik; (8) keadilan mendapatkan pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 70,00 dengan kategori baik; (9) kesopanan dan keramahan petugas pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 75,00 dengan kategori baik; (10) kewajaran biaya pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 74,25 dengan kategori baik; (11) kepastian biaya pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 77,75 dengan kategori baik; (12) kepastian jadwal pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 63,00 dengan kategori baik; (13) kenyamanan lingkungan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 74,00 dengan kategori baik; dan (14) keamanan pelayanan memiliki nilai IKM sebesar 73,25 dengan kategori baik;. Abstract

People with disabilities often face various barriers to participating in the political process, both in the context of elections and in legislative activities. The role of the government is a key factor in overcoming these barriers through inclusive policies that ensure accessibility, equality, and non-discrimination for people with disabilities. The government can provide disability-friendly election facilities, special aids, and assistance to guarantee their right to vote. In addition, cooperation with disability advocacy organisations and public education are important strategies for changing stigma and supporting the creation of an inclusive political environment. With these measures, the political participation of persons with disabilities can be increased, enabling them to play an active role as voters and political decision-makers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the adaptive reasoning skills by students' creativity in solving mathematical logic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subject of the research was a 3rd grade student of IAIN Syekh Nurjati who was chosen by one of the students with high learning creativity, medium learning creativity, and low learning creativity. Use sampling techniques aimed at selecting subjects. The data collection techniques used were written tests, indirect communication techniques and interviews, while the tools in this study were adaptive reasoning tests, learning creativity questionnaires and interview guidelines. Use triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. Data analysis was carried out through data simplification, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that students with high learning creativity met four indicators, namely, guessing, giving reasons for the truth of the statement, drawing conclusions from the statement, and testing the validity of the argument but did not meet the indicators of getting a model from mathematical symptoms, students with moderate learning creativity only met two indicators, namely submitting allegations and verifying the validity of arguments; students with low learning creativity only meet one indicator, namely providing reasons or evidence for statements.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Understand the strategies and mechanisms used by Generation Z students in overcoming the Quarter Life Crisis phenomenon, 2) Examining the role of the social environment in helping Generation Z students overcome the Quarter Life Crisis, 3) Identifying the impact of the Quarter Life Crisis phenomenon on the daily lives of Generation Z students, and 4) Analyzing the obstacles faced by Generation Z students in overcoming the Quarter Life Crisis. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling, with 12 respondents. Research data was collected by interviews and documentation. The data validation technique used is source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show: 1) Generation Z students develop various strategies to overcome the Quarter Life Crisis which involve identifying life goals, making decisions, and maintaining social relationships, 2) The social environment has an important role in helping Generation Z students overcome the Quarter Life Crisis, 3) The impact of the Quarter Life Crisis on daily life includes feelings of being trapped in a monotonous routine and without direction,  and 4) Obstacles in overcoming the Quarter Life Crisis come from certain goals of parents, perceptions of the social environment, and difficulties in adapting to new environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola interaksi yang dilakukan oleh komunitas otaku Japan Freak UIN dalam membangun kembali solidaritas sosial yang mengalami penurunan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Interaksionisme Simbolik George Herbert Mead dan teori Solidaritas Sosial Emile Durkheim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perubahan yang terjadi pada pola interaksi komunitas JFUIN yang dilihat dari solidaritas sosialnya, Pola interaksi sosial dalam membangun solidaritas pada komunitas otaku JFUIN adalah gotong royong. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan bersama-sama atau bergotong royong, seperti halnya dengan berjualan makanan, kegiatan sosial, dan bekerja sama dalam mencari topik pembahasan yang menarik sehingga para anggota menjadi tertarik untuk mengikuti kopdar, solusi tersebut pada kenyataannya dapat membangun kembali solidaritas sosial komunitas Japan Freak UIN yang sempat mengalami penurunan.

Abstract

This article provides an overview of social change in modern society, covering drivers, types of change, impacts, and challenges faced. Factors such as technological development, globalization, urbanization, demographic change, and cultural change play a major role in social change. Social change can affect social structures, value systems, individual behaviour, and social group dynamics. Impacts include new opportunities and instability, while challenges include socio-economic gaps, meeting basic needs, cultural integration, changing social identities, and eradicating access to resources. This journal provides important insights for policymakers, researchers, and social practitioners in the face of ever-increasing social change.

They safeguard valuable digital content for future generations by guiding digital preservation and information management. This abstract underscores the pivotal role of librarians as advocates for digital literacy and custodians of digital heritage, driving endeavors toward a more inclusive and digitally resilient society. In an age dominated by digital technology, librarians play a crucial role in empowering digital citizenship by addressing the digital divide and preserving digital memories. Abstract

In today's digital age, the use of information technology (IT) has become commonplace in many aspects of life, including in education. This study deals with the use of IT as a tool for revitalizing religious learning in madrasah with the aim of improving the effectiveness and quality of teaching learning processes. In the context of the madrasah, religious learning is often considered monotonous and less attractive, so the use of IT is expected to enrich teaching methods and expand students' access to diverse learning resources. This research uses literary methods by searching for references in accordance with the context of the research. Research results show that IT has great potential in supporting more interactive and enjoyable learning. Some examples of successful IT implementations include the use of interactive learning applications, social media for learning discussions, the creation of digital content such as educational videos and podcasts, and the implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate student progress tracking. However, the study also identified barriers, such as infrastructure constraints, lack of training for teachers, and resistance to change on some sides. To overcome these obstacles, joint efforts between educational institutions, governments, and communities are needed to improve the availability of facilities, as well as conduct a comprehensive teacher training programme in the use of IT. Therefore, with adequate support and mature planning, IT can be a powerful tool in revitalizing religious learning in the madrasah, thereby producing a more dynamic, interactive, and adapted learning process

Abstract

This study aims to examine the potential and challenges of MSME exports KADIN Bandung City in the context of Islamic economics following the implementation of the IUAE-Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IUAE-CEPA). The increasingly dynamic development of economic globalization makes the role of MSMEs important as a driver of local and national economic growth. In the midst of these developments, the Islamic economic approach emerges as an alternative that has the potential to provide guidance in managing MSME exports in a sustainable manner. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of exports for MSMEs and the need for an in-depth understanding of the potential and challenges faced by MSMEs assisted by KADIN Bandung City in developing their exports after the implementation of the IUAE-CEPA Economic Agreement. By understanding these conditions, appropriate strategies and policies can be formulated to support the sustainable growth of MSME exports, especially in the context of Islamic economics. The purpose of this research is to identify the potentials that can be utilised and identify the challenges that need to be overcome by MSMEs assisted by KADIN Bandung City in expanding their export markets after the IUAE-CEPA economic agreement.

The analysis examines the primary education systems, digital infrastructure, and cultural perspectives, uncovering the diverse landscapes that shape the implementation and outcomes of digital literacy initiatives. Furthermore, the study identifies common challenges and opportunities, providing insights into the strategies employed and recommendations for enhancing program effectiveness. Through a systematic exploration, this research contributes valuable perspectives on the role of digital literacy in shaping the socioeconomic trajectories of primary education in Southeast Asia.
