Abstract

Video as a tutorial medium is an effective alternative to complement practical learning tools in online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of video tutorials and increase student learning outcomes in online learning in men's clothing courses. This study used a pre-experimental and one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample is 40 students who program men's clothing courses. Data collection was carried out using a learning achievement test. The result of the data analysis showed that the result of student achievement in learning men's clothing before using the video tutorial could have been more optimal. It shows that some students still need to be more optimal in achieving learning outcomes. Then, the result shows a significant improvement in learning outcomes after implementing video tutorials. The result of inferential analysis, namely the paired t-test, showed differences before and after the application of video tutorials to the reasoning process, especially in the men's clothing courses in fashion design, Home Economics Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of teachers can be viewed from the level of professionalism in order to realize all matters related to teaching and learning activities for students. Teachers generally have difficulty in determining the suitable learning method in the classroom, especially teachers who are already old so they still use the old method, namely one-way learning that makes the class feel less alive so that it is no longer relevant to the times and requires innovation. Another problem for teachers is that they experience many problems regarding learning devices ranging from lack of knowledge in their manufacture to laziness in making them even though learning devices are a very essential component in teaching and learning activities. Most teachers also have a low level of self-awareness in submitting themselves to be supervised so that their teaching in the classroom gets an evaluation. Departing from these assumptions, the author is encouraged to conduct research with a focus on problems related to teacher constraints in madrasah Ibtidaiah YKUI Maskumambang Gresik in the perspective of educational supervision. Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah perkembangan motorik halus anak belom mampu meniru bentuk dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya kegiatan meniru bentuk dan kurangnya kegiatan memasak dalam menyelesaikan tugas, disebabkan ada beberapa faktor yaitu fasilitas memasak di TK ada keterbatasan maka anak bergantian untuk memakainya dan pembelajaran satu arah dan kurang menarik dampaknya kemampuan meniru bentuk anak tidak akan berkembang secara optimal. Upaya pemecahan masalah ini yaitu melalui model project based learning, metode demonstrasi, dan kegiatan fun cooking. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan aktifitas guru, mendeskripsikan aktivitas anak, dan menganalisis hasil perkembangan motorik anak. Peneliti ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dilaksanakan dalam 3 kali pertemuan. Objek dalam penelitian pada anak kelompok B TK Islam Bakti 1 Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 14 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aktifitas guru memperoleh skor 26 (sangat baik), aktivitas anak memperoleh persentase 100% (seluruh anak aktif), dan hasil perkembangan motorik anak memperoleh persentasi 100% dengan kategori BSB
