Abstract

Tofu is a cheap staple food for people who are rich in nutritional content and relatively cheap purchasing power and of course all levels of society can consume it or buy it. Of course, tofu has been recognized by several neighboring countries, not only Indonesia, including Malaysia and Japan. In Anaiwoi Village, Tanggetada Subdistrict, a business was established with its production using soybeans as basic ingredients. Soybeans are used only to produce tofu and do not produce tempeh. The main objective of this study is to identify the home industry of “Karya Mandiri” tofu and tempeh through the identification of business profiles and marketing channels.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out by the economics faculty of Merdeka University Surabaya which consists of lecturers and students from two study programs, namely the management study program and the accounting study program. This program focuses on transferring soft skills in the marketing mix to MSMEs empowering mangrove fruit in the mangrove ecotourism area of Surabaya. This activity was chosen specifically as a result of the initial observation that there are still many holes in Somano's MSME promotion practice. The soft skill transfer was successfully implemented and received a positive response from MSME Somano. Various marketing mix knowledge that is transmitted can be easily understood and accepted, and some in the context of improving Somano's MSME marketing strategy are well received.

Abstract

This article discusses women's cooperatives, which have an important role in efforts to empower women and help  improve  the  welfare  of  their  members.  However,  women's  cooperatives  face  financial  reporting problems and a lack of knowledge and skills in preparing financial reports in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK-ETAP). This study aims to design and develop accounting software that can provide solutions to the problems of recording and reporting finances for women's cooperatives. This action research uses a qualitative approach, carried out in the cities of Malang  and  Surabaya  in  the  period  October-November 2022,  with  data  collected  through  interviews, observations and financial documents. The result of this research is a cooperative accounting reporting software (SiLaKop) that has been used in several KopWans in the City and Regency of Malang.

Abstract

Background: This study discusses how physical education is taught in inclusive schools in the context of physical education teachers, inclusive/disabled students, and its application in inclusive schools. Research Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the implementation of physical education in inclusive schools based on findings from various literature. Methodology: The PRISMA standards were used for a systematic review and meta-analysis covering the period from 2020 to 2025. The keywords “Implement”, “Physical”, “Inclusive”, and “School” were used in the search procedure. The search engine utilized a total of 348 articles were obtained from Scopus databases. After applying the Inclusion criteria, only 8 articles remained. Findings/Results: Various studies highlight the role of physical education teachers and understanding the factors influencing students with disabilities as key factors for success and effectiveness in promoting inclusive physical education implementation. Conclusion: The role of physical education teachers in inclusive schools is a frequently discussed topic in this review. Some limitations inherent in this review should be noted. For future research, it would be interesting to add new keywords or topics related to coaches and athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to test and empirically prove the role of employee engagement and the work environment in improving lecturer performance, as well as explore the intervening role of OCB at ITSK dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The research population of all lecturers was 83 people from 3 faculties. Data collection was carried out through surveys using questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using Smart-PLS software. The results of the study show that: (1) employee engagement triggers intrinsic motivation to provide optimal work results. (2) The work environment has an important role in supporting the productivity and effectiveness of lecturers' work. (3) employee engagement not only encourages lecturer productivity, but also strengthens teamwork dynamics through OCB behavior. (4) adequate facilities, a healthy work climate, and positive interpersonal relationships act as catalysts for the emergence of OCB behavior. (5) Lecturers who have a high OCB level will more easily meet the set indicators. (6) the involvement of lecturers and adequate work facilities can improve OCB behavior which has an impact on improving lecturer performance. The practical implications of this study remind us that the success of educational institutions is not only determined by technical factors such as curriculum or facilities, but also by humanistic factors that encourage lecturers to perform better.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of retained earnings and liquidity on dividend policy in telecommunications companies listed on the IDX, as well as the simultaneous effect of retained earnings and liquidity on companies in the telecommunications sector listed on the IDX in 2020-2023, with the criteria of still being actively listed on the IDX until 2023, publishing annual reports in the period 2020–2023, and distributing dividends in the period 2020–2023. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive causality approach. The study found that retained earnings have a positive but insignificant effect on dividend policy, liquidity has a positive but insignificant effect on dividend policy, and there is a less significant positive effect from retained earnings and liquidity simultaneously on dividend policy.
