Abstract

Program sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi UMK dalam pendampingan sertifikasi produk halal. Program yang dilaksanakan di Desa Plintahan, Kabupaten Pasuruan ini menerapkan metode pendekatan partisipatif untuk melibatkan UMK, pemerintah daerah, lembaga pengembangan ekonomi, dan masyarakat setempat secara aktif. Program ini merupakan serangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan diskusi kelompok. Materi sosialisasi mencakup pemahaman tentang konsep halal, proses sertifikasi, manfaat bagi UMK, dan langkah-langkah praktis dalam memperoleh sertifikasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman UMK tentang pentingnya sertifikasi produk halal dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan memperluas pasar. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif peserta dalam kegiatan sosialisasi menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dalam memperoleh sertifikasi halal. Implikasi dari program ini adalah perlunya pendampingan dan dukungan lebih lanjut untuk memastikan penerapan praktik halal yang berkelanjutan di kalangan UMK, serta mendorong terciptanya ekosistem bisnis yang lebih berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Diharapkan, pendekatan partisipatif dalam memperkuat kesadaran dan partisipasi UMK dalam upaya mendapatkan sertifikasi produk halal dapat memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out by the economics faculty of Merdeka University Surabaya which consists of lecturers and students from two study programs, namely the management study program and the accounting study program. This program focuses on transferring soft skills in the marketing mix to MSMEs empowering mangrove fruit in the mangrove ecotourism area of Surabaya. This activity was chosen specifically as a result of the initial observation that there are still many holes in Somano's MSME promotion practice. The soft skill transfer was successfully implemented and received a positive response from MSME Somano. Various marketing mix knowledge that is transmitted can be easily understood and accepted, and some in the context of improving Somano's MSME marketing strategy are well received.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the calculation of production costs in determining product prices by CV. Citra Karya Media with the full costing method. The problem in this study is "What is the cost of production in determining the price of goods sold in refrigerator products that meet all elements using the full costing method in CV Citra Karya Media? This calculation aims to determine the cost of goods manufactured Cabinets calculation calculated by CV Citra Karya Media by using the full costing method Types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data Data sources used are primary data and secondary data data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation.The analysis method used is descriptive analysis.This results indicate that the costs are not calculated by the company in accordance with the full cost theory, some costs that are not calculated by the company such as indirect labor costs, electricity costs, property taxes, and building depreciation.Therefore it is important for the management of CV. make the right decision.

Abstract

Employees in general have the potential to make a good contribution to the company, therefore human resources (HR) become one of the important production factors in a company in achieving its goals. Each organization or company continues to strive to improve the performance of its human resources. The more qualified and high-performing human resources, the higher the company's performance and company goals can be achieved properly. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work performance, education and training and work experience simultaneously and partially on the career development of employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Area National Hospital Surabaya. The sample of this research is the employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Area National Hospital Surabaya, with a total sample of 60 respondents. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS programs or software. The results showed that jointly (simultaneously) showed that work performance, education and training and work experience affect employee career development, partially work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee career development, while partially education & training and work experience has no positive and significant impact on employee career development.

Abstract

Good human resources will drive the company to progress and develop. Human resources are the main factor affecting company performance. Companies with superior human resources will be able to properly organize every activity within the company, employees will be able to work optimally and the results achieved will be in accordance with predetermined standards. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at Tanjung Kodok Lamongan Beach Resort Hotel. The sample of this research is the employees of Hotel Beach Resort Tanjung Kodok Lamongan, with a total sample of 50 respondents. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program or software. The results showed that simultaneously (simultaneous) showed that leadership style and compensation had an effect on employee performance, partially leadership style had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Business competition in the current era of globalization is getting tougher. Intense competition makes companies try to maintain their human resources. Human resources are company assets that are very valuable, therefore the existence of human resources is very necessary in achieving company goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and perceptions of supervisor support simultaneously and partially on turnover intention at PT. Jepe Press Media Utama. The sample of this research is the employees of PT. Jepe Press Media Utama, with a total sample of 80 respondents. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program or software. The results showed that simultaneously (simultaneous) showed that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and perceptions of supervisor support had an effect on turnover intention, partially organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and perceptions of supervisor support do not have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality, Company Image and Experiential Marketing on Consumer Loyalty of ACE Hardware BG Junction Surabaya simultaneously and partially. The analysis technique uses Multiple Regression Test (multiple regression) with the SPSS program. The results showed that the variables of service quality, company image and experiential marketing had a joint or simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at ACE Hardware at BG Junction Surabaya. For Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Company image does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Experiential marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are important assets that must be managed properly by the company in order to make an optimal contribution. Keeping employees motivated is very important because motivation underlies each individual to act and do something. With high work motivation, employees will be more active in carrying out their work. Companies need to commemorate motivation and job satisfaction by going through Training, Welfare, Work Motivation, Promotion, and Salary, Co-Workers, Bosses, Jobs, Work Environment, and targets, on time, quality of work used by the company. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation analysis research. Descriptive research does not provide treatment, manipulation, but describes a condition as it is. The research location was taken by all employees of PT Jepe Press Media Utama. Several indicators of the Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance, the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, and the Effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the variables of motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of PT. Jepe Press Media Main. This is based on the calculation results of the F test, by comparing F count and F table, it is obtained that F count (92.782) is greater than F table (3.115), and the significance value is 0.000 less than the significance level of 0.05.
