Abstract

This paper aims to investigate how the relationship between Transformationalleadership style and learning organization (OL))/learning organization(LO)/learning organization (OL) is measured in the literature. This systematicliterature review analyzes peer-reviewed publications. English which examinesthe relationship between leadership and Organizational Learning (OL)empirically. A total of 27 articles have been found in 42 journals. This paperprovides a holistic view of transformational leadership that has been linked toOrganizational Learning (OL) in various countries and industries. Researchmethods from the literature were also examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect the use of Media CD Interactive on the improvement of English vocabulary of early childhood and children's attention in the classroom in English lesson at Mutiara Harapan Islamic Kindergarten, Pondok Aren Tangerang. This research is a quantitative study using experimental research methods through classroom observation and written tests. The subjects of this study were group ‘A’ students as the experimental class by comparing the learning methods before the experiment implemented, which was the method of using Flashcard media to improve children's English vocabulary and puppet shows to increase children's attention in class.The type of statistics used in this study is to test the hypothesis of the Mean value of each dependent variable through the t-test. Through data processing that has been done, the experimental improvement of English vocabulary of children Interactive CD learning media has a better effect than the use of Flashcard and on the experiment of increasing children's attention in the class using media CD Interactive also has a better effect than the use of puppet show. This is evidenced by the Mean value of the use of media CD Interactive is greater than the use of previous learning media.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media CD Interaktif terhadap peningkatan kosakata bahasa inggris anak usia dini dan perhatian anak di kelas pada pelajaran bahasa inggris di TK Mutiara Harapan Islamic, Pondok Aren Tangerang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen melalui observasi kelas, tes tertulis. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswa kelompok A sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan membandingkan metode pembelajaran sebelum dilakukan eksperimen yaitu metode penggunaan media Flashcard untuk meningkatkan kosakata bahasa inggris anak dan puppet show untuk meningkatkan perhatian anak di kelas. Jenis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menguji hipotesa nilai Mean dari masing variabel terikat melalui Uji t. Melalui olah data yang telah dilakukan, pada eksperimen peningkatan kosakata bahasa inggris anak media pembelajaran CD Interaktif berpengaruh lebih baik daripada penggunaan media pembelajaran Flashcard dan pada eksperimen peningkatan perhatian anak di kelas media CD Interaktif juga berpengaruh lebih baik daripada penggunaan media puppet show. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Mean dari penggunaan media CD Interaktif lebih besar daripada penggunaan media pembelajaran sebelumnya.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is qualitative through literature study using policy analysis. This study examines in detail the analysis of higher education policy with the aim of describing the analysis of higher education policy on distance learning in Indonesia.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in some distance learning implementation processes, there are often limitations or obstacles encountered such as differences with the supposed learning process, many think that the obligation of educators in implementing online learning is much lighter than face-to-face learning. Distance learning has good size limitations, community connections and technical errors along with serverdowns and other errors that hinder the success of acquiring knowledge. Therefore, the government hopes that the creativity of teachers in providing learning can appeal to the interests of students so that it affects academic achievement. In addition, assistance is needed from the government to offer facilities that support the implementation of distance learning. In this way, the implementation can run smoothly and effectively. Oleh karena itu, pihak pemerintah berharap kreativitas guru dalam membekali pembelajaran agar dapat menghimbau kegemaran mahasiswa sehingga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik. Selain itu bantuan sangat diperlukan dari pemerintah untuk menawarkan fasilitas yang menyokong pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dengan begitu, pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan lancar dan efektif.

Studi ini mengkaji secara rinci analisis kebijakan pendidikan tinggi dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis kebijakan pendidikan tinggi pada pembelajaran jarak jauh di Indonesia. Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini merupakan Pendidikan Formal yang memberikan peran untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini untuk mempersiapkannya menuju ke pendidikan selanjutnya. Pada masa ini, dinamakan Fase Pondasi yang membantu anak usia dini mengoptimalkan enam aspek perkembangannya yaitu Agama dan Moral, Kognitif, Bahasa, Emosional, Motorik Kasar dan Motorik Halus. Oleh karena itu pendidikan usia dini dianggap penting sebagai pondasi untuk mempersiapkan anak-anak ke tahap selanjutnya, sehingga para guru PAUD perlu untuk memiliki berbagai kompetensi yang mendukung pencapaian-pencapaian tersebut. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertitik tolak pada peningkatan kompetensi guru di daerah Teluknaga, Tangerang dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi para guru dengan metode bermain. PAUD sehingga dapat membantu dalam menyiapkan fase pondasi pada anak usia dini. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pemahaman dan kemampuan guru-guru PAUD tentang metode pembelajaran yang efektif bagi siswa-siswi PAUD dapat ditingkatkan dengan dilakukan penyuluhan; pemahaman dan kemampuan guru dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam mempelajari pokok-pokok bahasan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of teacher motivation, teacher competency, and teacher work environment on the effectiveness of virtual (distance) learning at some state-owned Junior High Schools located in marginal villages within the Bogor region in West Java Province as the densest population province in Indonesia. The research was conducted at 5 state-owned junior high schools located in marginal villages within the Bogor region in West Java Province, using a survey research method. Research respondents in five state-owned Junior High schools with a total of 100 teachers, selected based on cluster sampling technique (area sampling). The results showed that teacher motivation affects negatively and did not affect significantly the effectiveness of virtual learning, competency does not impact significantly the effectiveness of the virtual learning, and work environment does not significantly influence the effectiveness of virtual learning

Abstract

Belitung Island has a long history in tin production and trading. The abundant tin content has attracted power from time to time to carry out exploitation. Although the victims are reportedly thinning tin, the news about the prediction of Thorium as a valuable mineral for energy production is expected to add to the history of mining in Belitung for thousands of years into the future. Several studies reveal that apart from having a positive impact, especially on the economy, mining also has a negative impact. Environmental degradation is getting worse every day and requires comprehensive handling. Although tin mining actually has a significant impact on the economic life of the community, mining activities do not guarantee a sustainable life for the community. The awareness that environmental damage is getting serious and worrying has not yet been collective-confrontational action directed at the responsible party. The common view of the people, government, and mining actors regarding economic dependence on tin affects the weakness of the framing process and the mobilization of reactions related to the problem of environmental damage. The contention of the people, government and mining actors took place in mutual compromise. This condition can threaten a threat to sustainable development. Contest analysis is needed to clarify the picture of the extent to which the dynamics of contestation can contribute to promoting sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in enhancing school quality management at MI Darul Hikam in Batu City. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study approach. Data are collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentary studies. Research respondents include school principals, teachers, staff, and parents of students. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive and qualitative analysis techniques. The results show that the role of the school principal is highly significant in enhancing school quality management. The school principal serves as a visionary leader, facilitator, motivator, and key driver in implementing various school quality improvement programs. Good support and communication from the school principal strengthen coordination among staff and teachers in achieving common goals. Furthermore, the school principal also plays a role in motivating teachers and staff to innovate and improve their performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, competence, and work environment on employee performance at the Southwest Aceh Regency Secretariat. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire using the Likert scale and involved 30 respondents who were secretariat employees. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the study show that discipline, competence, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. The reliability test of the instrument showed a Composite Reliability value of more than 0.7, which indicates that the research instrument has a good level of internal consistency. These findings show that improving discipline, competence, and a conducive work environment can improve employee performance at the Southwest Aceh Regency Secretariat. This research has implications for local governments in designing policies that focus on improving work discipline, developing employee competencies, and creating a more productive work environment to increase organizational work effectiveness.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki kekayaan budaya yang sangat beragam, yang menjadi identitas dan kekuatan bangsa. Namun, seiring dengan globalisasi, banyak kebudayaan lokal yang terancam punah. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam melestarikan budaya lokal, khususnya budaya daerah Aceh dan Papua. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi, pelatihan, serta pemetaan potensi budaya daerah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan berbagai pihak, seperti pemerintah lokal, masyarakat, dan akademisi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mulai memahami pentingnya pelestarian budaya melalui kegiatan yang melibatkan mereka secara langsung. Diskusi hasil pengabdian mencakup relevansi kebudayaan dalam membangun karakter bangsa dan ketahanan sosial, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam memelihara kebudayaan di tengah arus globalisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, meskipun terdapat kelemahan seperti penurunan partisipasi dalam olahraga tradisional dan permainan rakyat, terdapat peluang yang dapat dimaksimalkan untuk pemajuan kebudayaan melalui teknologi dan kebijakan publik. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perlunya kebijakan yang lebih mendalam dalam melibatkan masyarakat dalam kegiatan kebudayaan lokal. Kesimpulannya, melestarikan budaya daerah seperti Aceh dan Papua sangat penting dalam memperkuat identitas nasional dan mendukung keberagaman budaya Indonesia.
