Abstract

This account derives from various resources on basic concepts of bibliotherapy including its history, understanding, values, and limitations. Study on the basic concepts results in some explanation about the principles of bibliotherapy, the strategies of conducting bibliotherapy with accuracy based on the aim and its kind of problem faced. Results of the study will be beneficial for librarians, psychologists, and teachers who are interested in learning about how books serve as a tool needed by users, clients, or learners at large who have psychological troubles.

Tujuan dari pengembangan laboratorium manajemen pemsaran ini sebagai sarana mengembangkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam bidang public relation, memasarkan jasa … metode yang digunakan adalah  metode reseach and development (R&D) yaitu mengembangkan bahan ajar perkuliahan. karena laporan yang dihasilkan adalah berupa produk bahan ajar. Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dengan menggunakan variabel Suasana Toko dan Gaya Hidup pada Keputusan Pembelian pada Cafe Wiseman Pahoman Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dimana kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi yang digunakan adalah konsumen Cafe Wiseman Pahoman Bandar Lampung dengan sampel berjumlah 100 orang dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan bivariate pearson dan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan hasil yang diperoleh variabel suasana toko berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel gaya hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, variable suasana toko dan variable gaya hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, besarnya  pengaruh suasana toko dan gaya hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 0,256 atau 25,6%. Kata kunci: Dampak Positif, Keputusan Pembelian, Suasana toko, dan Gaya Hidup.

Abstract

Balanced score card is one of the most popular company performance measurement methods applied in various organisations. This performance measurement sistem was begun with strategic goal determination from finance perpective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective that was derivatived from vision, mision, and company strategy. Then it can be stated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) from each strategic goal. The objectives interrelated was shown at strategy map which needs evaluation with specific integrity technique. The approach that is usually used to find that integrity is AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) which pretend a independence link between the performance measurement elements. In fact, each perspective encounter dinamicaly interaction to reach performance. That is why in this research will be suggested the usage of MCDM (Multicriteria-Decision-Making) method Analytic Network Process (ANP) which accomodate perception that strategy perspective elemen that is become organisation has an interrelated effect to one another. The implementation of Performance Measurement System with Balanced Score card method in this industry is become studied got finance perspective can be stated two objectives and two KPI, for customer perspective stated four objectives and four key performance indicators, for internal business process perspective agreed seven objectives and nine key performance indicators. Perspective that is considered important is customer perspective (0.404). the second place is financial perspective (0.241), then internal business process perspective (0.227) and learning and growth perspective (0.128).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Akses data spasial yang cepat dan akurat mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk manajemen penanggulangan bencana. Infrastruktur Data Spasial (IDS) merupakan suatu cara untuk memudahkan pengguna untuk mengakses data spasial secara konsisten, mudah, dan aman. Dengan kata lain, IDS dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan data, kemudahan dalam akses, dan implementasi data spasial dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam hal manajemen penanggulangan bencana, BPBD dan stakeholder kebencanaan Kabupaten Bandung belum mengimplementasikan IDS kebencanaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan model IDS kebencanaan dan mengevaluasi kesiapan implementasi dalam manajemen penanggulangan bencana di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penentuan model IDS kebencanaan yang mengacu pada model IDS yang dirumuskan oleh Rajabifard kemudian didetailkan dengan indikator penilaian IDS yang dikeluarkan Badan Informasi Geospasial tahun 2016. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 18 stakeholder kebencanaan Kabupaten Bandung dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan penilaian melalui website. Hasil evaluasi dari kesiapan implementasi IDS kebencanaan Kabupaten Bandung adalah 45,8%. Kata kunci: Infrastruktur Data Spasial, Manajemen Penanggulangan Bencana, Kabupaten Bandung ABSTRACT Fast and accurate spatial data access has an important role in decision making for disaster management. Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) is a way to facilitate the users to access spatial data consistently, easily, and safety. In the case, SDI can improve data availability, ease of access and implementation of spatial data for decision making. In disaster management, BPBD and disaster stakeholders in Bandung District have not implemented SDI of disaster. The objective of this study is to determine the SDI model of disaster and evaluate the readiness of implementation in disaster management in Bandung District. The method used in this study is determining SDI model of disaster, referred to IDS model which is formulated by Rajabifard, and then the SDI model of disaster is detailed by SDI assessment indicator issued by Geospatial Information Agency (2016). The data collection has been taken on 18 disaster stakeholders in Bandung District with interview, questionnaire, and assessment through the website. The evaluation result of the readiness of implementation the SDI of disaster in Bandung District is 45.8%. Keywords: Spatial Data Infrastructure, Disaster Management, Bandung District

Abstract

Lamun memiliki fungsi sebagai daerah asuhan, pemijahan, tempat mencari makan dan juga sebagai habitat bagi biota laut (ikan, meiofauna, dan mikroalga epifit). Mikroalga epifit dapat berperan meningkatkan produktivitas primer dan bioindikator pencemaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui diversitas mikroalga epifit berasosiasi pada daun lamun Thalassia hemprichii di Pulau Lemukutan, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling terdiri dari tiga stasiun pengambilan sampel dimana setiap stasiun terdapat tiga titik dengan tiga kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 3 kelas, 25 ordo, 26 famili dan 28 genus mikroalga didominasi oleh kelas bacillariophyceae (66,05%), sedangkan kelas chlorophyceae (15,72%), dan cyanophyceae (18,22%). Genus yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah Isthmia, Navicula, Nithzchia, Synedra, Climacosphenia dan Merismopedia. Kelimpahan mikroalga epifit tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun III sebesar 4.260 ind cm-2. Kelimpahan pada ujung daun lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada bagian pangkal daun dengan kelimpahan tertinggi pada stasiun III yaitu 3.302 ind cm-2. Tingkat keanekaragaman (H"™) mikroalga epifit pada daun lamun dikategorikan sedang, indeks keseragaman (E) dikategorikan seragam, tingkat dominansi (C) tergolong rendah dan indeks similaritas (IS) dikategorikan sangat mirip.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved is to analyze the service attributes based on the level of expectationand level of performance according to advertisers in Lampung Post. The sample used is allthe consumers who ever put an ad in the daily newspaper Lampung Post. Analytical toolused is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which is used to measure the level of one'ssatisfaction on the performance of others with the Cartesian diagram as a depiction of theresults of the data. The results obtained from 23 service attributes are divided into fiveservice dimenasi 6 attributes that are considered important and determine the quality ofservice Lampung Post to advertisers are the cleanliness of Lampung Post office, the availabilityof garbage and toilets, the availability of Wifi facilities, the availability of parking, Availabilityof welcome greeters, and the tidiness of Lampung Post's physical and building forms. thesesix attributes must be more attention or even need improvement so that the company'sperformance increases and is directly proportional to the expectations of advertisers whocome directly to the office Lampung Post.

Abstract

Lecturers as instructors as well as educators are one of the components of PT that can form hardskills and soft skills from every student. Tridharma which is carried out by the lecturer is a form of lecturer performance to the DIKTI. In the performance of lecturers performance is regulated by Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 84 of 2013, Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 84 of 2013, Minister of Education and Culture Decree No.062/O/1982, No.0135/O/1990 and Minister of Education Decree No.184/U/2001. In the implementation of tri dharma lecturers are inseparable from students in their respective universities. Seeing this, the lecturer / student ratio is ≥ 100 for study programs that have a 1:30 IPA lecturer/student ratio and 1:45 IPS. The problem polemic is that the permanent lecturer and homebase status both have NIDN, lecturer lecturers do not have NIDK, extraordinary lecturers or non-permanent lecturers do not have NUP, different working hours, teaching with cut loads, guiding and testing (these are only a few colleges the only level that applies to homebase lecturers), academic supervisors, while for research and service are made the same. If viewed from the regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia number 26 of 2015 concerning the status of lecturers in Higher Education based on NIDN, NIDK; and this NUP violates but this is made to complete the ratio of lecturers and students as well as each lecturer can implement tri dharma in the field of research and service to the rules in simlibtamas. the type of research that will be conducted is quantitative research, the research method used is descriptive research. The type of data used is primary data and data collection techniques, namely the interview method. From the results of the validity test all produce valid, descriptive tests produce 100% and the results of SEM data processing result in a lecturer status policy significantly influencing the performance of the lecturer.
