Abstract

Technometric is one of technology component contribution measurement method that consists of technoware, humanware, inforware and orgaware technology (ES-CAFE). The usage of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Proces) method has weaknesses in measuring the assumption of cluster criteria independency and other decision elements. This research analyzed the possibility of ANP (Analytic Network Process) implementation in technometric method for handling dependency relation among the technology components. ANP Method is AHP development method using feedback approach and decision components that are arranged in network shape not in linear hierarchy, so it is able to count interdependency relation between the technology component and elements in industrial system more completely. For testing the validation of a ceramic industrial object that will be used as an object of technology intensity measurement. The research result shows that measured technology component or almost all of the elements inside make multi direction relation, means there is an interdependency relation between the component and the elements. This technology coefficient contribution for industry is 0.81, with technoware component contribution 0.86, humanware 0.88, orgaware 0.8, and inforware 0.69.

Abstract

Abstract: The availability of consumable water is a basic human right. The State Water Supply Company (PDAM) Surya Sembada is the only government institution in charge in providing and managing drinking water facilities and infrastructure in Surabaya. PDAM Surya Sembada provides free fountain drinking (KASM) as their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that located in various strategic public places in the city including in Surabaya Zoo (KBS). However, there has never been any analysis on the product and service quality of the KASM in KBS. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the effect of product and service quality of the KASM in KBS on user satisfaction and loyalty using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Results of path coefficient analysis show that product quality affects user satisfaction, but it has no effect on user loyalty. Service quality affects user satisfaction and loyalty. User satisfaction affects user loyalty. It can be concluded that user satisfaction is affected by product and service quality, while user loyalty is affected by service quality and user satisfaction. Keywords: KASM, Product Quality, Service Quality, User Satisfaction, User Loyalty.

Abstract

Means of rail transport in developing countries became major commodities integrated transportation solutions, rail transport is efficient for the number of mass transit. It opens the market potential procurement of railway facilities by PT INKA, both in the domestic market or abroad. As a make to order-based manufacturing started in 2008 with a lot of project exports todeveloping countries, such as Bangladesh, Malaysia and Singapore. PT INKA export market opportunities potentially enough ahead to 2020, but delays in delivery schedule of the train is the main problem is always the case in recent years. Methods of lean manufacturing focuses on identifying and eliminating activities that do not have added value, the first step was the elaboration of a method VSM (value stream mapping) as tools to determine mapping the entire process of production, then weighted 7 waste via a questionnaire and the results of the ranking of waste are translated through the method of RCA (root cause analysis) and then do an analysis matrix mapping tools with value stream analysis tools (VALSAT) and there is a value added value ratio of 60.17% of the 84 activities of production and the total cycle time 29,905 minutes. As a tool to mitigate the improvement of waste carried out the translation of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and of design improvements value stream mapping - future state map can raise the value added ratio to 67.16% consists of 74 processes and production activities 26 795 minutes total cycle time. So this research can increase the productivity and know the activities that do not add value (Non Value Added) in line car body processes and eliminating waste (Waste) as one of the causes of train delays in delivery.
