Abstract

Teknologi pendidikan merupakan rumpun keilmuan dalam memfasilitasi belajar dan meningkatkan kinerja untuk memecahkan masalah pendidikan. Keilmuan ini secara tertulis berbicara mengenai sumber belajar sebagai upaya dalam pemecahan tersebut. Sumber belajar diklasifikasikan menjadi enam, yakni (1) pesan, (2) bahan, (3) orang/manusia, (4) alat, (5) teknik/metode, dan (6) latar/lingkungan. Unsur-unsur alami dalam biologi juga mampu didayagunakan sebagai sumber belajar yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran. Mulai dari struktur, fungsi, pertumbuhan, evolusi, persebaran hingga taksonominya berperan sebagai sumber belajar yang tidak hanya terpaku dalam bidang biologi saja namun bidang lainnya juga yang saling berkaitan. Maka dari itu, penulis tertarik mengkaji kajian unsur-unsur biologi yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dengan mengedepankan analisis karakteristik teknologi pendidikan. Karakteristiknya terdiri dari (1) pendekatan sistem, (2) pendayagunaan sumber belajar, dan (3) orientasi pada pebelajar. Harapannya dari tulisan ini dapat menjadi suatu alternatif bacaan dalam memilih serta menggunakan unsur-unsur biologi dan dikembangkan dengan landasan karakteristik teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian dan Pengembangan dilakukan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Media Cell Thru Augmented Reality yang multirepresentatif pada matakuliah Biologi Sel yang valid dan praktis. Model ADDIE digunakan dalam pengembangan produk yang disusun. Tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan dan Evaluasi dilakukan dengan lengkap, namun tahap Penerapan belum dilaksanakan. Data kuantitatif yaitu data hasil uji validitas dan kepraktisan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data kualitatif yaitu data saran dari validator, praktikan, dan responden dianalisis secara kualitatif, dan dievaluasi sebagai dasar revisi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk telah valid, dengan rata-rata dari validator ahli materi, ahli perangkat dan ahli media berturut-turut adalah 100%, 96.75%, 97.33%, serta produk telah diperbaiki sesuai saran. Produk juga dinyatakan telah praktis dengan rata-rata 96.82%. Hasil produk yang dikembangkan dapat dilanjutkan pada tahap berikutnya.Abstract. Research and Development was carried out to produce a product in the form of Cell Thru Augmented Reality Media which is multi-representative in Cell Biology courses that are valid and practical. The ADDIE model was used in the development of the products that were prepared. Analysis, Design, Development and Evaluation stages are carried out completely, but the Implementation stage has not been carried out. Quantitative data, that is, data from validity and practicality tests, were analyzed descriptively. The suggestions from validators, practitioners, and respondents, was analyzed qualitatively, and evaluated as a basis for product revision based on qualitative data. The results showed that the product was valid, with an average of 100%, 96.75%, 97.33% from material expert validators, device experts and media experts respectively, and the product had been improved according to suggestions. The product was also declared practical with an average of 96.82%. The results of the developed product can be continued at the next stage.

Abstract

Banyaknya permasalahan kesehatan mahasiswa indekos pun menjadi tanggungjawab dari pemilik indekos. Namun sayangnya masalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan serta tidak adanya sarana untuk melakukan pengecekan kesehatan menjadi kendala pemilik kos. Tujuannya memberikan pelatihan kepada pemilik indekos dalam melakukan screening dan monitoring kesehatan terhadap para penghuni indekos sebagai salah satu upaya dalam mencegah kematian mahasiswa rantau akibat masalah kesehatan tertentu. Jenis pelatihan screening dan monitoring yang diberikan kepada para pemilik indekos adalah berbasis personal health record dalam bentuk website SIMOLIN (Sistem Monitoring Online) yang akan mempermudah dalam mengawasi kesehatan penghuni indekos. Pada pelaksanaannya pengusul melakukan analisis mitra kemudian mengurus administrasi dan berkoordinasi dengan mitra. Kemudian memberikan materi dasar serta mengadakan forum group discussion. Pada tahap pelatihan pengusul mengajarkan bagaimana cara membuat sistem personal health yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan berlangsung pada Juli s.d Agustus 2023 dengan 4 sesi pelatihan. Para pemilik indekos dilatih memaksimalkan penggunaan website untuk memasukkan data. Pengusul membuka konsultasi mengenai masing-masing permasalahan pada kosnya sehingga solusi dan saran dapat tepat sasaran. Masalah terselesaikan dengan mampunya pemilik indekos melakukan pantauan data kesehatan mahasiswa rantau di indekosnya dan meminimalisir terjadinya permasalahan kesehatan parah pada penghuni indekos. Evaluasi keberhasilan program pengabdian menggunakan evaluasi hasil melaui implementasi IPTEKS oleh peserta pelatihan serta feedback positif pasca implementasi dan Evaluasi Proses pada partisipasi kehadiran keseluruhan peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Purpose: The implementation of this dedication activity aims to study and present various issues about the management of waste industry waste, the potential use of this waste as organic fertilizer, and actions to make Kampung Industri Tempe Sanan an environmentally friendly area. Methodology: This activity uses ABCD (Asset-based Community Development) Method. The fermentation and compositing methods used in this study were done with the preparation of a compressor tube, a compound activator such as EM4, and waste of tempe. Results: Waste composting not only minimizes the impact of waste but also produces nutrient-rich fertilizer, which is fundamental to plant growth. Local communities are actively involved, practicing participatory approaches in the collection, processing, and utilization of fertilizers, helping to raise their ecological awareness and economic capacity. The implementation of these initiatives is a real proof of the harmonious blend of industry, environment, and community. Environmental and socio-economic well-being increased, marking the successful transition of Village Industries to a sustainable and environmentally friendly model. People not only understand the value of the environment but also develop new skills that contribute to local economic development. Limitation and Contribution: This activity is limited to process soybean husk waste and only up to the manufacturing stage. This occasion impacts to Kampung Sanan’s household production waste processing. Kampung Sanan is not only a concrete example of effective waste management but also a symbol of community integration and cooperation in creating a greener, healthier, and more productive environment. It reflects the tremendous potential of multisectoral collaboration in achieving environmental and economic sustainability.

Abstract

Purpose: We developed a guidebook for writing scientific papers to improve the achievement and literacy of MAN 1 Mojokerto students. The purpose of this community service is to increase students’ knowledge and references to improve their writing skills. Methodology/approach: The service was conducted through the asset-based community development (ABCD) method followed by 5D steps. Results: The training participants were MAN 1 Mojokerto students. MAN 1: Mojokerto students initially had no knowledge of writing. They had difficulty in writing scientific papers. MAN 1: Mojoketo students had difficulty understanding the structure of scientific papers, good scientific criteria, and how to develop scientific ideas. After training using the scientific writing guide, the students felt more confident in writing scientific papers. Students did not experience these difficulties. Limitations: The scientific writing guidebook contains procedures for writing scientific papers and specifically discusses several models of scientific papers, namely, popular scientific articles, scientific essays, and scientific papers in competitions. Contribution: The guidebook for writing scientific papers is considered by students to be easy to understand and helpful in improving their skills and understanding related to scientific papers. At the end of the program, students were able to write scientific papers. Therefore, the scientific writing book can improve students' understanding of scientific work, thereby increasing their achievement and literacy.

Abstract

The application pattern of downstream strategies for oyster mushroom derivative products as rice substitute food is an innovative initiative aimed at enhancing the value of oyster mushrooms as an alternative food source. This study examines the process of processing oyster mushrooms into various rice substitute products, such as mushroom flour, mushroom rice, and other processed products. The methods used include technical training, product trials, and market analysis. The results show that oyster mushroom derivative products have high potential as a healthy and nutritious food alternative. The potential and problems in the field were identified through the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. Meanwhile, the implementation pattern consists of market identification and analysis, product development, production and operations, distribution and logistics, marketing strategy, and continuous evaluation & development. Collaboration between government, academics and the private sector is very important in supporting the development of the oyster mushroom industry and its derivative products. The implementation of this downstream strategy is expected to positively impact the welfare of oyster mushroom farmers and the sustainability of the local food industry.
