Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan respon lipolisis melalui peningkatan tingkat trigliserida serum pada atlit dan atlit non pengaruh latihan aerobik submaksimal. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah "faktorial pretest posttest-desain". Sampel 18-21 tahun, 5 wanita dan 5 wanita atlit atlit non. Kedua kelompok tunduk pada perlakuan yang sama, yaitu; Ergometer olahraga bersepeda dimuat. Loaded Ergometer olahraga bersepeda dilakukan per 3 menit semakin mencapai 70-80% Hrmax dan dipertahankan di kisaran ± 15 menit. Trigliserida tingkat diukur dengan menggunakan metode GPO / PAP. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan (P=0.612) antara tingkat trigliserida sebelum berolahraga (rata-rata = 139,8 mg / dl) dan setelah latihan (rata-rata=158,6 mg/dl) setelah latihan. Itu menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) tingkat trigliserida serum meningkat setelah latihan aerobik submaximal, tetapi tidak perbedaan yang signifikan untuk tingkat trigliserida meningkat antara twogroups. 2) tingkat trigliserida serum setelah latihan aerobik submaximal di atlet lebih tinggi dari non atlit, tetapi tidak signifikan.Kata Kunci: latihan fisik aerobik submaksimal; lipolisis; trigliseralida plasma The objective of this study was to demonstrate the lipolysis response through increase of serum triglycerides level in atlit and non atlit the effect of aerobik submaksimal exercise. Design used in this study was “faktorial pretest-posttest design”. Samples were 18-21 years old, 5 atlit  women and 5 non atlit women. Both groups were subject to the same treatment, i.e; loaded ergometer cycling exercise. Loaded ergometer cycling exercise was done increasingly per 3 minutes to reach 70-80% Hrmax and maintained in that range ± 15 minutes. Triglycerides level was measured using GPO/PAP method. No significant differences (P=0,612) between triglycerides level before exercise (mean = 139,8 mg/dl) and after exercise (mean=158,6 mg/dl) after exercise. It be conclude that: 1) Serum triglycerides level increased after aerobik submaximal exercise, but does not significant differences for triglycerides level increased between twogroups. 2) Serum triglycerides level after aerobik submaximal exercise in atlet higher than non atlit, but does not significant.Keywords: aerobik submaximal exercise; lipolysis; triglycerides serum

Abstract

 The purpose of this research was to determine the effect training of massed practice and distribute practice to the accuracy of shots on goal and a better workout between massed practice and distribute practice. This research uses pre test and post-test group design the experimental method or pattern matching by subject MS. The population of the research is Jatidiri Futsal players Semarang, 14 samples. Research sampling technique using total sampling technique. The data were then analyzed using paired t-test pattern with a significance level of 5%. Based on data analysis, showed the following results 1) mean test accuracy shots on goal massed practice group training Pree test 47.5 post-test 90. 2) mean test accuracy shots on goal to distribute practice group training Pree test 51.2 post-test 80. different test results using the t-test formula is 2.645 greater than 2.447 t-table so that significant results. The conclusion of this research is 1) massed practice and distribute practice training influential to the increase in accuracy shots on goal. 2) Massed practice training is more effective against shots on goal accuracy than distribute practice training. Suggestion is to improve the accuracy of shots massed practice can be used by trainers besides using the training by turns shooting at goal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar asam laktat sebelum latihan, setelah latihan, laktat setelah pemulihan selama 1 menit. Manfaat yang diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi latihan dan pemulihan yang tepat. Metode eksperimen rancangan the separate pretes-posttest control design digunakan pada peneletian ini. Sampel sebanyak 6 mahasiswa laki-laki yang bersedia dan memenuhi kriteria. Perlakuan berupa pengambilan darah sebelum latihan, latihan argocycle selama 5 menit dengan beban 7 watt,  setelah latihan darah tepi diambil lagi untuk mengetahui kadar asam laktat. Alat yang digunakan Accutrend Plus, Reagen MB Laktat dari Jerman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata usia (19.83 ± 0.75), tinggi badan (165.83 cm±9.33), berat badan (65.67 kg±5.82), laktat sebelum latihan (3.28 ±mmol/l 1.00), laktat setelah latihan (5.43 mmol/l± 1.75). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara laktat dan denyut nadi sebelum latihan (p=0.028), laktat dan denyut nadi setelah latihan (p=0.028), denyut nadi sebelum dan setelah latihan (p=0.028), laktat sebelum dan setelah latihan (p=0.028), laktat setelah latihan dan laktat setelah recovery selama 1 menit (p=0.046). Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan positif antara laktat dan denyut nadi sebelum latihan dan setelah latihan. Ada hubungan negative antara laktat setelah latihan dan sebelum latihan, denyut nadi setelah latihan dan sebelum latihan, laktat setelah latihan dan laktat setelah recovery selama 1 menit. The aims of this research is to know the different of lactate acid before, after exercise and after 1 minute recovery. The research use to recommendation for exercise to get good recovery. The separate pretes-posttest control design used in this research. The subject is six man that disposed to this research. The experiment are take periphery blood before and after exercise, than after 1 minute recovery. The exercise is 5 minute in argocycle with 7 watt load. The instrument are accutrend plus, Lactat reagen MB made in Germany and lancet. The result show that mean of age (19.83 ± 0.75), height (165.83 cm±9.33), weight (65.67 kg±5.82), lactate before exercise (3.28 ±mmol/l 1.00), lactate  after exercise (5.43 mmol/l± 1.75). There is significant relation between lactate and heart rate before exercise (p=0.028), lactate and heart rate after exercise  (p=0.028), heart rate before and after exercise (p=0.028), lactate before and after exercise (p=0.028), lactate after exercise and after 1 minute recovery (p=0.046). The conclusion is there are positive relation between lactate and heart rate before and after exercise. There are negative relation between lactate before and after exercise, heart rate before and after exercise, lactate after exercise and 1 minute recovery.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan gejala cumulative trauma disorders (CDTs) pada tenaga kerja bagian penjahitan konveksi Aneka Gunungpati Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan desain penelitian belah lintang. Populasi penelitian adalah pekerja bagian penjahitan konveksi Aneka sebanyak 57 orang. Sampel diambil secara purposif yaitu sebanyak 36 orang. Data dianalisis de-ngan menggunakan uji chi square. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuesioner Nordic Body Map dan pengukuran antropometri. Berdasarkan uji chi square diketahui nilai p 0,021 pada bahu kanan, 0,011 pada bahu kiri, 0,042 pada punggung, 0,021 pada pinggang dan 0,042 pada leher bagian bawah  (p<0,05). Itu berarti ada hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan gejala CTDs. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sit work attitudes with symptoms of CTDs in labor the sewing convection Aneka Gunungpati Semarang. This type of research is a survey of analytical or explanatory research with cross sectional research design. The study population was the sewing convection Aneka workers as many as 57 peoples. Samples taken in a purposive sampling as many as 36 peoples. The data analyzed using chi square test. Instruments used in research is a questionnaire nordic body map and anthropometric measurements. Based on the chi square test, p values equal to 0,021, 0,011, 0,042, 0,021 and 0,042 for right and left shoulder backbone, waist and lower neck, respectively. It means there is a relationship between working posture sit with symptom of CTDs.Keywords: Sit work attitude; Cumulative trauma disorders; Labor

Abstract

Angka kegemukan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, tidak hanya di Amerika dan negara Eropa, tetapi juga di Indonesia. Laporan WHO tahun 2003 menyebutkan, di dunia lebih dari 300 juta orang dewasa menderita kegemukan. Di Amerika 280.000 orang meninggal setiap tahunnya diakibatkan karena kegemukan. Di Jakarta diperkirakan 10 dari 100 orang penduduk menderita kegemukan. Obesitas 3 kali lebih banyak dijumpai pada wanita, keadaan ini disebabkan karena metabolisme pada wanita lebih rendah apalagi pada paska menopause. Paska menopause dimana sudah tidak ada ovulasi, sehingga sudah tidak ada fase luteal, merupakan salah satu alasan menurunnya metabolisme pada wanita. Obesitas mempengaruhi fungsi reproduksi wanita akibat adanya kadar leptin dan insulin yang tinggi. Kadar leptin yang tinggi mempengaruhi steroidogenesis di ovarium. Leptin menghambat kerja follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) dan insulin like growth factor-1 (IGF-I) di folikel, sehingga mengganggu sintesis estrogen di ovarium/folikel, tetapi tidak pada sintesis progeste-rone. AbstractObesity rates continue to increase from year to year, not only in America and European countries, but also in Indonesia. WHO report 2003, in the world more than 300 million adults suffer from obesity. In the U.S. 280,000 peoples die every year caused by obesity. In Jakarta an estimated population 10 of 100 peoples suffering from obesity. Obesity is 3 times more prevalent in women, this situation is caused a lower metabolism in women especially in post-menopausal. Post-menopause is no ovulation, so there is no luteal phase, is one of the reasons for the decrease in women metabolism. Obesity affects female reproductive function due to leptin and insulin levels are high. High leptin levels affect steroidogenesis in ovarium. Leptin inhibits the work of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and insulin like growth factor-1 (IGF-I) in the follicle, thereby disrupting the synthesis of estrogen in the ovaries / follicles, but not the synthesis of progesterone.Keywords: Health; Obesity; Women’s reproductive health

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah adakah hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan kejadian Cumulative Trauma Disorder (CTD) pada pekerja bagian pengamplasan di PT. Geromar Jepara. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan kejadian CTD pada pekerja bagian pengamplasan. Metode penelitian ini bersifat explanatory dengan menggunakan pendekatan belah lintang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja bagian pengamplasan sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner Nordic Body Map serta pengukuran antropometri dan alat kerja. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat (menggunakan uji chi square dengan α=0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan kejadian CTD (p=0.01) pada pekerja bagian pengamplasan di PT. Geromar Jepara. Simpulan penelitian adalah ada hubungan antara sikap kerja duduk dengan kejadian Cumulative Trauma Disorder (CTD). The problem was how to determine relationship between working posture of sit with the incidence of Cumulative Trauma Disorder (CTD) at sanding workers in the Geromar Co.Ltd. Jepara. The purpose of this research was to determine relationship between working posture of sit with the incidence of Cumulative Trauma Disorder (CTD) at sanding workers. The type of research was the explanatory research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were sanding workers as many as 30 people. The samples were taken by total technique as many as 30 peoples. Instruments in this study were questionnaire Nordic Body Map and anthropometric measurements and working tools. Data analysis was performed with univariate and bivariate (using chi square tests with α=0.05). Based on chi square test analysis, there was a relationship between working posture of sit with the incidence of CTD (p=0.01) at sanding workers in Geromar Co. Ltd. Jepara. The conclusion, there was a relationship between working posture to sit with the incidence of CTD.

Abstract

Badminton Movement Training is a compulsory subject that each scholar in the faculty of Sport Science, Sport Trainer Education, and Physical Health and Recreation Education at FIK UNNES Semarang must pass. The basic techniques in badminton movements training includes the technique of holding rackets, behavior and position, forehand stroke, backhand stroke, smash preparation, and stroke variation. Badminton is full of complex abilities and skills. Therefore, it is important to a badminton player to have best physical performance, and this can be gained only through a well and continuous programmed physical training so that the badminton player can have his or her best physical performance. This will give positive effect to his or her mental and psychic condition, and eventually affects to the performance of his or her playing technique directly. Training will affect both nervous and muscles system. To the nervous system, the effect of the training is to repair and to develop the structure and the function of synapses so their physiology grows better. Training movement pattern will also be recorded in the brain nervous system as motor-engram. The motor-engram will control muscles’ activities, especially those which need high skill. Abstract

High temperatures at the time of the fire have a considerable influence on the residual strength of existing concrete. So that it would also result in the use of the building after the fire. The purpose of the study was to assess the extent of the percentage reduction in the compressive strength and flexural strength in the postcombustion reinforced concrete beams with concrete cover thickness and combustion with different duration. The research method by giving a different duration of combustion in 6 hours and 8 hours to beam test specimen measuring 150 mm x 200 mm x 600 mm with a thick concrete cover of 2 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm with the quality of concrete fc' 22,5 MPa the test beam to the age of 28 days. The result taken from the test will be displayed in a graph of the relations between the length of the combustion duration and a decrease in flexural strength that occurs in any concrete covers. The result is the percentage decrease in the flexural strength smaller as thick blankets. The test results showed that the percentage decrease in the covers 2 cm on burning six hours by 19.72 % and 30.25 % in burning 8 hours. At 3 cm thick blanket large consecutive decrease 10.72 % at 6 hours and burning of 23.58 % on burning eight hours. At 4 cm thick blanket was 6.63% on combustion 6 hours , and 22.09 % on burning eight hours. While on the covers 5 cm was 5.97% at 6 hours and burning of 21.64 % on burning 8 hours. While the compressive strength after burning 6 hours is 19.26 MPa with decreased 15.44 % , and the compressive strength in the burning of 8 hours is 17.74 MPa to 22.11 % decline from the beginning without burning compressive strength of 22.78 MPaKata kunci : flexural strength, concrete cover, after fire concrete, concrete beams

Abstract

Latihan fisik berpotensi menimbulkan stresoksidatif.Stres oksidatif yang yang tidakbisaditangkaldenganantioksidanmenimbulkan aktivitas Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) dalam tubuh meningkat.Cuka apel dan ekstrak kulit manggis berperan sebagai antioksidanyangdapat menangkal radikal bebas. Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui Efektivitas pemberian Cuka Apel dan Ekstrak Kulit Manggis dalam menurunkan kadar Kolesterol akibat latihan fisik pada tikus putih galur wistar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan menggunakan “pretest-posttest control group design”. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah cuka apel, ekstrak kulit manggis, kadar kolesterol tikus putih. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 20 ekor tikus putih jantan yang dibagi 4 kelompok yaitu kelompok I sebagai kontrol, II dengan latihan fisik, III dengan cuka apel 0,54 ml/ekor/hari + latihan fisik, IV dengan ekstrak kulit manggis 29,7 mg/ekor/hari + latihan fisik. Sampel darah tikus diambil dari sinus orbitalis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di dua tempat, pemeliharaan dilakukan di Laboratorium Biologi FMIPA UNNES dan pemeriksaan kadar kolesterol dilakukan di Ultra Medica Semarang. Pengukuran kadar kolesterol menggunakan metode CHOD-PAP.Data kadar kolesterol dianalisis dengan menggunakan one way ANOVA. Hasilpenelitian : Hasil perhitungan delta kolesterol P1 (5,60±24,28), P2 (17,40±17,42), P3 (8±11,34), dan P4 (2,2±7.60) dengan nilai probabilitas 0,518. Uji beda hasil delta kolesterol tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan (p>0,05).Physical exercise has the potential to cause oxidative stress. Oxidative stress that can not be resisted with the antioxidant activity raises Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in the body increases. Apple vinegar and skin mangosteen extract acts as an antioxidant that can counteract free radicals. The aim of research want to know the effectiveness of the provision of apple vinegar and skinmangosteenextract in lowering cholesterol levels as a result of physical exercise in the rat strain wistar.This study was an experimental study using a"pretest-posttest control group design ". variable this study is apple vinegar, skin mangosteen extract, rats cholesterol levels. The samples used were 20 white male rats were divided 4 groups: a control group I, II with physical exercise, apple vinegar III with 0.54 ml /head/day + physical exercise, IV with skinmangosteen extract 29.7 mg /head /day + physical exercise. Mouse blood samples were taken from orbital sinus. The research was conducted in two places, maintenance is carried out in the Laboratory ofBiology FMIPA UNNES and cholesterol level checks done at Ultra Medica Semarang. Measurement of cholesterol levels using the CHOD-PAP. Data were analyzed using the cholesterol levels one way ANOVA. Result: The result of calculation delta P1 cholesterol (5.60 ± 24.28), P2 (17.40 ± 17.42), P3 (8 ± 11.34) and P4 (2.2 ± 7.60) with a probability value 0.518. Cholesterol delta different test results there is no significant difference (p> 0.05).

Result: The result of calculation delta P1 cholesterol (5.60 ± 24.28), P2 (17.40 ± 17.42), P3 (8 ± 11.34) and P4 (2.2 ± 7.60) with a probability value 0.518.
