Abstract

Tourism is one of the selling point that BandarLampung City has. The information about the location oftourist attraction and the supporting facility was given inbooklet and tourism map. The information distributionthrough those media haven’t use the technology thatappropriate to the current development.Some research methods were used in thisresearch such as, data collection methods and systemdesign methods. The data collection methods were donein several ways such as interview with the respondents,literature study and observation. The system designmethods use UML (Unified Modelling Language).The output from this research is a design ofgeographic information system that interactive with theuser and able to attract the tourist attention to visit BandarLampung City and the tourist attraction. With this designhopefully can bring more information about a touristattraction in Bandar Lampung City and gain more touristto visit Bandar Lampung City.KEY WORDS: Geographic Information System, Design, Tourism

Abstract

Universities hold a strategic role in society as the teaching university, the research university, and the bastion of civilization. In this decade, the challenges of the universities become more complex where a paradigm shift in the universities occur such as: (1) the shifting of the role of the universities due to the influence of the globalization; (2) the scarcity of resources in response to changes with the proper way; (3) the development of the science and technology which accelerates rapidly; and (4) the development of the rapid entrepreneurial culture. Some important and fundamental issues facing the universities college in Indonesia today is that the existence of the universities college in Indonesia still faces a number of obstacles in the policy, the implementation, the monitoring, and the evaluation. Moreover, the issue of quality and the relevance of outputs of the universities have not contributed optimally in the world of industry and society. The universities have not optimally been able to become the important sectorwhich can produce a significant number of entrepreneurs with the orientation of job creation and self-reliance. Based on the background of this grant research above, it can be concluded that the strategy of private universities towards the world class or high quality is studied. The method used was a qualitative research consisting of studying literature, conducting interviews, and distributing questionnaires to the informants in the universities in four provinces or cities in the area of The coordinator of The Private UniversitiesII of the southern sumatra and the analysis models. The following method used a quantitative method to measure the parameters of the performance of the universities and entrepreneurial growths of the universities. According to the results of the research in the first, second, and third year, a model to improve the e-governance-based quality to the universities through the research focus, the entrepreneurship, and the development of the resources was developed in the area of The coordinator of The Private Universities II of the southern sumatra. The final result of the improvement of e-governance-based quality in the universities in southern sumatra was the manifestation of the policy of the ministry of the higher education and research in implementing the management of the world-class universities, the scientific publications, and the reference textbooks. KEYWORDS: Quality, E-Governance, Research, Enterprise and Development

Abstract

The implementation of quality assurance is based on documents, namely academic documents and quality documents. Academic documents as a plan or standard. The academic document contains the direction/policy, vision-mission, educational standards, research, and community service, as well as academic rules. In contrast to academic documents, quality documents as instruments to achieve and meet established standards. The quality documents consist of quality manuals, procedure manuals, work instructions, supporting documents, and forms. [6] University Quality Assurance It is a Stakeholder concept where university quality assurance system is performed on the basis of internal quality assurance, external quality assurance and program implementation permit. Internal quality assurance is quality assurance conducted by university institution in the way that defined by implementing university. The parameters and methods of measuring the results are determined by the college according to its vision and mission. By carrying out internal quality assurance, the higher education institution should conduct an internal evaluation called periodical self-evaluation. Abstract

Pemilihan jenis pekerjaan seharusnya disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan minat yang dimiliki seseorang. Seseorang yang akan bekerja pada sebuah perusahaan mempertimbangkan umur, IPK, pendidikan, dan jurusan yang diambil. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan pekerjaan dapat membantu mahasiswa yang ingin memilih pekerjaan yang tepat sesuai dengan kemampuannya, sehingga bisa mempersiapkan diri untuk pekerjaan yang diinginkan atau yang disarankan oleh sistem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah FIS-Mamdani dengan 4 variabel input, 40 aturan fuzzy, dan 8 saran pekerjaan. Penalaran logika fuzzy mamdani digunakan untuk memproses data masukan yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menghasilkan keluaran berupa rekomendasi pekerjaan apa yang tepat bagi seseorang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem metode fuzzy FIS-Mamdani sebagai alternatif penyelesaian masalah dalam pemilihan pekerjaan bagi lulusan IBI Darmajaya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem mengimplementasikan metode fuzzy inference system(FIS) mamdani dalam pemilihan pekerjaan bagi lulusan IBI Darmajaya.Kata kunci : pekerjaan, fuzzy logic, FIS, mamdani, web.

Abstract

Algoritma Naive Bayes adalah metode yang dilakukan dalam bentuk klasifikasi data training dan data testing. Data tersebut dihitung dengan cara menghitung peluang dari suatu kelas masing – masing atribut yang ada, dengan menentukan kelas mana yang paling optimal sehingga menghasilkan suatu hipotesa. Salah satu penerapan naïve bayes adalah pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan konsentrasi skripsi dan rekomendasi Bahasa pemrograman pada mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Informatika Institut Infortmatika dan Bisnis (IIB) Darmajaya. Jurusan Teknik Informatika memilliki dua konsentrasi skripsi yaitu Intelegent System dan Multimedia. Selama ini  Mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Informatika dalam memilih  Konsentrasi Skripsi tidak berdasarkan keahlian yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dan nilai–nilai mata kuliah sehingga mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan skripsi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Algoritma Naïve Bayes yang memiliki 14 Variable Input, dan 2 Konsentrasi Skripsi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem menggunakan Algoritma Naive Bayes sebagai alternatif penyelesaian masalah dalam menentukan konsentrasi skripsi dan rekomendasi bahasa pemrograman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah impementasi Algortima naive bayes dalam menentukan konsentrasi skripsi dan rekomendasi bahasa pemrograman. Berdasarkan pengujian 29 data mahasiswa terdapat tingkat akurasi ketepatan data sebesar 96.5517 %.

Abstract

Acceleration class is the class known as Kelas Siswa Cerdas Istimewa (SCI). This class facilitates special students who take the Senior High School for 2 years. The selection of the Acceleration Class at State Senior High School 9 Bandar Lampung uses the average score through Microsoft Excel. The problem statement of this research was that the final result of this selection was printed, announced on the announcement board, or announced directly to students who passed the test so that the selection process was inefficient and unobjective. This problem raised the idea to make the systems for the selection process of this Acceleration Class. The method used in this research was the Fuzzy TOPSIS with the certain criteria i.e., the average score of UN, the average report card, the IQ test, the specialization test, the achievement, and the financial condition. The result of this research showed that 8 of 20 students successfully passed to the acceleration class by the consideration that the students who reached the passing grade was > = 0.7 and the students who did not reach the passing grade was < 0.7. Therefore, this research was also successfully generated the website-based system for the admission selection systems in the Acceleration Class.Keywords: Fuzzy TOPSIS, selection, acceptance,  acceleration class

Abstract

Higher education has a very strategic role in the midst of society. The strategic role is often formulated into three paradigms, namely teaching universities, research universities, and bastion of civilization. Strategic concepts towards a quality college will ideally occur if the Tridarma of Higher Education is increased supported by an information technology system, entrepreneurship, and reliable human resources (Sanusi, et al. 2016). The purpose of the strategy of developing competitiveness of information technology based on information technology is to determine criteria that have contributed to information technology and internal management. This reasearch is used AHP method with the number of respondents is 67 respondents. Criteria in this research are internal management & organization (sub criteria : staff performance, planning system, budget allocation, operating prochecure exellence, tranparant management system), academic athmosphere (academic society relationship, The quality of educational processes, Transparency & accountability in academic life, Motivation to work in all academic activities, Community invomen in academic & teaching-learning), and university competitive sustainability (Innovations, Networks, Reputation, Relevance, dan Commercialization).  This research produced the biggest criteria weight was academic atmosphere. Information technology has a contribution to internal management of 63.2%, while internal management has a large contribution to the academic atmosphere of 79.8%.Keywords: competitiveness, information technology, AHP, universities

Abstract

Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini merupakan masa yang sulit bagi UMKM karena mengalami penurunan pendapatan secara drastis. Faktor penyebabnya adalah pemasaran yang dilakukan selama ini masih konvensional, serta adanya pergeseran kebiasaan masyarakat yang berbelanja secara on-line karena kemudahannya. Berdasarkan situasi ini, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Pesawaran harus bergerak cepat untuk membantu UMKM dalam mengatasi masalah pemasaran online. Namun saat ini, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kabupaten Pesawaran masih belum memiliki website yang berisi informasi tentang profil beserta produk UMKM, dan belum ada marketplace online. Pengabdian ini melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk pengembangan website marketplace di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan kepada operator Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM untuk melakukan pengelolaan Website dan pelatihan pemasarann online ke UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar UMKM bisa bangkit dari keterpurukan dan bisa mengalami perkembangan. Selain itu, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kabupaten Pesawaran bisa memantau perkembangan UMKM dan menjadi dasar untuk pengambilan kebijakan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Perangkat pembelajaran yang terdiri dari media pembelajaran dan informasinya, merupakan salah satu alat penunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran di kelas berbasis multimedia untuk Siswa Sekolah Menengah Umum (SMU) khususnya kelas 12. Materi yang digunakan dalam perangkat pembelajaran khususnya biologi haruslah sesuai dengan kurikulum yang sedang berlaku saat ini.Perangkat pembelajaran untuk mata pelajaran biologi lebih banyak menggunakan gambar/alat peraga dan buku paket sehingga dianggap kurang sesuai dengan tujuan dari kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang ditetapkan, karena dalam setiap penyampaian materinya guru harus selalu berperan aktif karena guru merupakan mediator, sehingga menimbulkan adanya ketergantungan siswa terhadap guru. Kurikulum saat ini yaitu Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pembelajaran (KTSP) menginginkan terbentuknya siswa yang berpengetahuan, terampil, memiliki sikap dan nilai yang baik dan diwujudkan dalam kebiasaan berfikir dan bertindak Sedangkan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah CTL (Conceptual Learning) dimana menuntut siswa agar lebih mandiri dan kreatif.Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak pada penelitian ini menggunakan Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan studi pustaka. Implementasi dari model Waterfall ini dijelaskan melalui analisis sistem, konteks diagram, DFD, struktur tabel database, relasi antar tabel, dan rancangan input output. Untuk membuat Perangkat Pembelajaran Biologi  sebelumnya perlu dilakukan implementasi sistem untuk menentukan penentuan struktur database, struktur data, pengkodean dan user interface dengan menggunakan Macromedia FLASH 8 Professional  karena Macromedia FLASH 8 Professional. Database Management System (DBMS) yang digunakan adalah Notepad yang sebelumnya telah dihubungkan dengan Action script yang terdapat dalam Macromedia FLASH 8 Professional.Untuk merancang dan membuat website ini, penulis menggunakan Macromedia Flash profesional, Audio Studio, ACD See Pro, PHP Editor.
