Abstract

This study aims to create an android-based learning media that is feasible to be applied in research and used in assisting the learning process and to determine the effect of using learning media in increasing student understanding of Diesel Motor courses, this is because face-to-face learning is replaced by online learning The two-way learning process is difficult to do and causes a lack of understanding of students regarding Diesel Motor courses, to overcome this, interesting and interactive learning media are needed. The method in this study uses RD (Research and Development) with a learning media development model in the form of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), and uses aresearch one group pretest posttest design. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the research subject of 2019 Automotive Engineering Education undergraduate students who were contracting Diesel Motor courses, researchers took a sample of 40 people. The learning media products that have been made are suitable for use based on the validation of material experts and media experts with very feasible categories. The results of this study indicate an increase in learning outcomes when viewed from the average pre-test score of 31.20 and the average post-test score of 37.80 as well as the acquisition of a significance test using the t-test (Paired Sample t-test). with a significance value of 0.000, this increase is caused by the use of learning media that has been made, so the use of this learning media has a good impact in increasing student understanding of the Diesel motor course, in addition, this learning media also adds insight to students in using technology, especially Android for learning purposes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan risiko pembiayaan terhadap kinerja keuangan bank Syariah di Indonesia selama periode tahun 2018-2022. Likuiditas dan risiko pembiayaan diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci yang dapat memengaruhi stabilitas dan hasil keuangan lembaga keuangan Syariah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bank Syariah yang terdaftar di Indonesia selama periode 2018-2022 dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi linear berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan FDR terhadap kinerja keuangan bank Syariah di Indonesia selama periode tahun 2018-2022. Namun, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan Quick Ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sebaliknya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan Cash Ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan bank Syariah. Selain itu, risiko pembiayaan juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan bank Syariah di Indonesia selama periode yang diteliti. Dengan demikian, temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pengambil kebijakan, manajemen bank Syariah, dan peneliti di bidang perbankan Syariah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan kebijakan dan strategi manajemen guna meningkatkan stabilitas dan kinerja keuangan bank Syariah di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan risiko pemberian fasilitas KUR mikro/ultra mikro di Bank Syariah dan Bank Konvensional untuk sektor ekonomi perdagangan didaerah Kabupaten bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dan sampel adalah penerima pinjaman KUR Mikro - Ultra Mikro untuk sektor ekonomi perdagangan di BSI didaerah kabupaten bogor dan BNI didaerah kabupaten bogor, sebanyak 30 responden dengan 15 responden nasabah BSI didaerah kabupaten bogor dan 15 responden nasabah BNI didaerah kabupaten bogor. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan mendistribusikan secara online maupun offline kuisioner kepada nasabah penerima pinjaman KUR Mikro - Ultra Mikro untuk sektor ekonomi perdagangan di BSI didaerah kabupaten bogor dan BNI didaerah kabupaten bogor. Teknik analisis yang dipilih adalah uji T untuk mengetahui perbedaan jenis bank mana yang tingkat risiko kreditnya lebih rendah dengan menggunakan SPSS.  Pengujian data menunjukkan variabel (jenis bank) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel (risiko kredit) dengan model yang memenuhi asumsi validitas, normalitas, dan linearitas. Hasil analisis regresi dan uji T mengkonfirmasi bahwa bank syariah lebih efektif dalam mengelola risiko kredit dibandingkan bank konvensional.

Abstract

Produk perbankan syariah kini mulai beradaptasi dengan generasi milenial karena menjadi pangsa pasar utama saat ini. Seperti halnya produk pembiayaan properti dari Bank Syariah Indonesia yaitu Griya Simuda. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat generasi milenial untuk membeli produk Griya simuda di Bank BSI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli generasi milenial pada produk Griya simuda, penelitian ini menggunakan variabel harga, karakteristik KPR Syariah, Tingkat pendapatan, dan digital marketing. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu Masyarakat bogor rentang usia 25-45 tahun, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh antara harga, karakteristik KPR syariah, Tingkat pendapatan, dan digital marketing terhadap minat beli generasi milenial pada produk griya simuda di Bank BSI. Secara simultan harga, karakteristik KPR syariah, Tingkat pendapatan, dan digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli generasi milenial pada produk griya simuda di Bank BSI, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,612. Melalui hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi Bank BSI untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar produk Griya simuda diminati oleh generasi milenial.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of application of knowledge that has been obtained during lectures that is applied in social life. The KKN which was carried out in Sindangmekar Village, Wanaraja District, Garut Regency, West Java lasted for 1 month starting from August 1 to August 31 2022. Sindangmekar Village was the village chosen as the destination for the implementation of KKN by Group 7. The potential of the existing villages Most of them are in agriculture, where this is one of the livelihoods for the community. This is because agricultural land in Sindangmekar Village is more suitable for use in rainfed agriculture, where the agriculture relies on rainwater so that the type of plant that is widely cultivated is corn which is used as a livelihood for the surrounding community. But not only in the agricultural sector, the potential that exists in Sindangmekar Village is also in the textile sector, namely MSMEs that produce Muslim Clothing & Veils. KKN begins with the village observation process and sees the potential of the village which will be the main target in the implementation of KKN. The implementation of the KKN program is carried out in a balanced manner starting with planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results achieved from the entire KKN work program include developing community skills and helping in human resource development to increase the potential of the local village. As well as developing concepts in the processing and utilization of corncob waste for the community and students. Briefing on the importance of protecting the environment to avoid waste. And planting 1000 plant seeds as a form of greening activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran durian Indonesia yang efektif dan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan daya saing di pasar ekspor Tiongkok melalui integrasi analisis SWOT dan pendekatan STP. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya penetrasi ekspor durian Indonesia meski merupakan produsen durian terbesar dunia, serta adanya peluang pasar akibat dinamika perdagangan dan regulasi impor Tiongkok. Metode yang digunakan adalah campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan data diperoleh dari studi pustaka, publikasi resmi, dan wawancara praktisi industri. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menilai kekuatan kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari empat varietas durian terpilih, sementara pendekatan STP digunakan untuk menentukan segmen, target, dan strategi positioning sesuai preferensi konsumen Tiongkok. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan kontribusi terhadap strategi ekspor berbasis potensi varietas lokal serta rekomendasi kebijakan dan pemasaran untuk memperkuat posisi durian Indonesia di pasar global. This study aims to formulate an effective and sustainable marketing strategy for Indonesian durian to increase its competitiveness in the Chinese export market through an integration of SWOT analysis and the STP approach. The background of this study is the low penetration of Indonesian durian exports despite being the world's largest durian producer, as well as the market opportunities arising from trade dynamics and Chinese import regulations. The method used is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative, with data obtained from literature studies, official publications, and interviews with industry practitioners. The SWOT analysis is used to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of four selected durian varieties, while the STP approach is used to determine segments, targets, and positioning strategies according to Chinese consumer preferences. The research results are expected to contribute to export strategies based on the potential of local varieties, as well as policy and marketing recommendations to strengthen Indonesia's durian position in the global market.

Abstract

This study examines Adawāt al-Istifhām in the sentences contained in a novel titled ‘Alā Mā’idatin Dā’ish by Zahra ‘Abdullah. A total of 166 words categorized as Adawāt al-Istifhām were found, spread across various sentences. The purpose of this research is to describe the forms and meanings of Adawāt al-Istifhām from the perspective of ‘Ilm al-Ma‘ānī, as well as their I‘rāb Maḥallī from the perspective of ‘Ilm al-Naḥw. This study applies a qualitative descriptive method with a library research design. The data sources of this research consist of sentences in the novel ‘Alā Mā’idatin Dā’ish that contain Adawāt al-Istifhām. Data collection was carried out through comprehensive reading of the identified data, which was then analyzed using existing theoretical approaches, classified, and interpreted thoroughly before presenting the conclusions. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The Adawāt al-Istifhām found in the novel ‘Alā Mā’idatin Dā’ish by Zahra ‘Abdullah consist of ten (10) forms, namely: limādhā (لماذا), hal (هل), hamzah (أ), ayna (أين), mādhā (ماذا), kam (كم), kayfa (كيف), matā (متى), mā (ما), and man (من). (2) Their meanings are both literal (ḥaqīqī) and figurative (majāzī), including: amazement, prohibition, persuasion, wishing, equivalence, denial, command, transformation, reprimand, belittlement, warning, delaying, explanation, arrogance, and comparison. (3) The I‘rāb Maḥallī includes: having no syntactic position, occupying the position of jarr, functioning as an adverb of place (ẓarf makān), as a subject (mubtada’), and as a fronted predicate (khabar muqaddam).
