Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan sistem komputerisasi warkah pertanahan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Buton pada (aspek Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Kondisional, Partisipatif, tidak diskriminasi dan keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban). Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dimana peneliti sebagai instrument utama penelitian. Adapun sumber datanya yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan Teknik wawancara dengan 6 orang informan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik anaslisis data dengan Teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Adapun Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian kualitatif meliputi: Uji Validitas internal, validitas eksternal, reliabilitas, dan Objektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama Kualitas pelayanan warkah pertanahan sudah transparan, namun aplikasi Komputerisasi Kantor Pertanahan yang digunakan oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Buton tidak pernah menggunakan KKP Desktop tetapi langsung menggunakan aplikasi KKP Web; kedua kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Buton sampai saat ini masih dapat dipertanggungjawabkan proses pewarkahan tanah, namun belum menyediakan informasi berbasis digital terkait prosedur Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap; ketiga layanan warkah pertanahan di kantor pertanahan Kabupaten Buton kondisional namun belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektif dan efisiensi; keempat partisipasi pegawai kantor pertanahan melalui pelayanan warkah pertanahan dan masyarakat mengajukan permohonan pelayanan warkah pertanahan. Namun penyebaran informasi mengenai persyaratan pendaftaran Tanah, masih terbatas dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai syarat pendaftaran tanah; kelima, pelayanan badan pertanahan Kabupaten Buton tidak diskriminatif dan sesuai standar prosedur layanan, sehingga terhindar dari perlakuan pada individu atau kelompok yang diskriminatif, selain itu kami juga tidak membatasi kesempatan dan hak terhadap anggota dari satu kelompok, yang tersedia bagi anggota kelompok lainnya; dan keenam, pelayanan pertanahan memperhatikan keseimbangan antara hak dan kewajiban. Hak dan kewajiban tersebut diberlakukan bagi pegawai dan masyarakat sebagai pemohon layanan pertanahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at the 7493701 PT. Buton Bumi Mega Kilometer 4 public fuel station in Baubau City. This study is a quantitative survey study with a survey method. The design of this study begins with determining the research problem, collecting research data, and analyzing data. Data collected through questionnaires, all existing data are then analyzed quantitatively to see how much influence the service has on consumer satisfaction at the 7493701 PT Buton Bumi Mega Kilometer 4 public fuel station in Baubau City. The results of this study indicate that the results of simple regression testing state that service quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the PT Buton Bumi Mega Km 4 gas station in Baubau City. While partial testing of service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination value shows the amount of contribution given to the service quality variable to the consumer satisfaction variable at the PT Buton Bumi Mega Kilometer 4 gas station in Baubau City.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Organizational Performance of the Baubau City Library and Archives Service and the factors that influence the organizational performance of the Baubau City Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the organizational performance of the Baubau City Library and Archives Service is the quality of service provided by library officers is good but not yet as expected due to the lack of employees and skills, which affects efficiency and effectiveness. The quality of organizational performance of the Baubau City Library and Archives Service can be said to be good even though there are some employees who are still unable to complete their tasks on time due to limited abilities and the minimum number of employees, the attitude of cooperation built in the Baubau City Library and Archives Service is very good, seen from the involvement of employees in official activities helping each other in completing work, the initiative taken by employees is by providing good ideas and by carrying out tasks without waiting for orders from superiors. Factors that affect the Organizational Performance of the Baubau City Library and Archives Service are always based on organizational goals to be the direction and guideline for all organizational activities. The organizational culture of the Baubau City Library and Archives Service shows a good work culture with a positive and mutually helpful work climate, The leadership applied to the Baubau City Library and Archives Service is a leadership that can protect its subordinates by providing work motivation, providing clear direction, and always being open to input and discipline, Limited human resources are not an obstacle to the implementation of services at the Baubau Library Service because services are still carried out, but the addition of the number of employees is still carried out so that the workload can be overcome.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP) pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Buton Selatan dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan dan pembinaan terhadap tata kelola pemerintahan daerah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja APIP dalam aspek perencanaan audit, pelaksanaan pemeriksaan, serta tindak lanjut rekomendasi sudah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat kendala pada keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan teknologi pendukung. Implementasi sistem pengendalian internal yang efektif serta peningkatan kompetensi auditor menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengawasan. Dengan perbaikan pada aspek tersebut, Inspektorat Daerah diharapkan dapat lebih optimal dalam memastikan akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify Terapung Village's Website-Based Village Fund Financial Management's accountability. This study takes a qualitative and descriptive approach. Interviewing, observation, and documentation methods were used to gather data. Through data preparation, organization, reduction, and presentation, data approaches were examined. The findings demonstrated that Terapung Village, Mawasangka District, Central Buton Regency's village fund administration was not entirely responsible. Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 about Village Financial Management and the Regulation of the Minister of Villages concerning Priorities for the Use of Village Funds, which are established annually, serve as guidelines for the Terapung Village Government's village financial management. Nonetheless, the Regional Government, through the Community and Village Empowerment Office, imposes penalties on the management of village funds in the form of reprimands, delays in the distribution of village fund transfers, and even the Inspectorate of Central Buton Regency authorizes the return of certain funds. There are existing and clear outputs. Everything that is done is the needs of the community according to the results of the village deliberation and the results are benefit to the community. The Terapung Village Government hasn't yet assessed the initiatives' results, though. since it is not yet possible to determine with certainty how the fund management will turn out.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the Baubau Mayor's Regulation Policy on Boundary Line Guidelines in Baubau City. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The study shows that the implementation of the Mayor's Regulation policy Number 56 of 2022 concerning boundary line guidelines in Baubau City has been implemented, although there are still some obstacles in the field. This can be seen from the Standards and Policy Targets that are clear and easy to understand will be implemented well and more regularly, planned, organized, Adequate resources help in implementing a policy properly, effectively, the character of the policy implementers must be tough and strict to make the community obey the applicable legal sanctions, communication of the policy implementers is quite good, the disposition of the policy implementers related to spatial planning is good but sometimes gets rejection on the grounds that the policy is not appropriate, the socio-cultural environment in the implementation according to the character of the community towards accepting policies from the government is more open.

Abstract

Caries is a disease of hard tooth tissue, namely enamel, dentin and cementum, which is caused by the activity of microorganisms in fermentable carbohydrates. Federation Dental International (FDI) and WHO target that at least 50% of children aged 5-6 years should be free from dental caries in every country. The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research (Risksdas) show that the prevalence of cavities in early childhood is still very high, namely around 93%. This means that only 7% of Indonesian children are free from dental caries (Ministry of Health, 2021). This article aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the mother's education level with the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children at the Bukit Damai PAUDHI Kindergarten, Maluk District. The research method for this article is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is parents, guardians of students at HI BukitDamai PAUD Kindergarten in Maluk District, Kab. West Sumbawa, NTB as many as 20 parents/guardians of students. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between the level of maternal knowledge and the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). Also, there is a significant relationship between maternal education level and the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children with a p-value of 0.011 (<0.05). It is hoped that there will be a need for intensive dental and oral health checks on pre-school aged children, as well as providing counseling to mothers of toddlers, especially pre-school aged children.

Abstract

Research purposes For analyze participation voters Woman in General Election for Members of the Baubau City Regional People's Representative Council 2024. Problems​ study focused on gaps between height level participation numeric voters Woman with quality participation political in a way substantive , representative , and its influence to taking decision public . For answer problem said , research This use references theoretical from field administration public , participation politics , gender studies , and governance democracy . Data collected through interview in-depth , observation , and documentation with involving organizer elections , voters women , and members legislative women , then analyzed in a way qualitative use technique interactive data analysis . Research results show that mechanism administrative gender responsive elections , policies affirmative , and involvement meaningful Woman in institution organizer elections capable increase participation and trust Woman towards the democratic process . Although representation women in institutions legislative Still limited in a way quantitative , its existence give contribution substantive to policy more public​ inclusive and gender responsive . Research This conclude that strengthening commitment institutional , regulatory gender and culturally sensitive inclusive organization​ is key For overcome obstacle structural and cultural as well as speed up equality political women at the level local .
