Abstract

The general objective of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a program that can increase accessibility to education, health, and social welfare services in supporting the achievement of the quality of life of poor families so that they become more feasible. The PKH is a poverty alleviation program and a social protection system for the poor that aims to support the achievement of development goals, with the support of beneficiaries which has become the goal of the PKH participants. The implementation of the PKH in Aceh Besar Regency is a condition that shows the activities of implementing cash assistance for the poor. So that, what determined beforehand was achieved. PKH is also expected to reduce the burden of spending on poor families in the short term and can also break the poverty chain in the long term in an area. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results, in general, the implementation of the PKH has been going very well. It can be seen from the condition of the recipients of PKH assistance, they used it to help with the social conditions and education of children, help with health and nutrition costs for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and children under 6 years old from poor households, and make PKH participants aware of the importance of these services. Keywords: implementation, government policy, PKH, poverty, social protection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems, internal control, and task complexity on performance at the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office. The populations of this study were all employees of the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office as many as 186 people and the sampling technique used the Slovin technique to obtain 36 employees. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the accounting information system, internal control, and task complexity simultaneously affected the performance of the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.595 indicates that the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 59.5%, meaning that the performance at the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office has a moderate and positive correlation with the accounting information system. internal control and task complexity of 87.6%. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.445 means that any change in performance variables can be explained by changes in accounting information system variables, internal control, and task complexity of 0.445 or 44.5%, and the remaining 55.5% is explained by other parties. Variable outside of this research can affect performance, for example, leadership style, financial accounting systems, internal control systems, financial management, and others.  Keywords: performance, accounting information systems, internal control, and task complexity.

Abstract

The plastic waste recycling industry plays a crucial role in reducing environmental impacts while creating economic value through recycling. This study aims to identify strategies for selecting recycled raw materials that can enhance the profitability of the plastic recycling industry. Using a literature review approach, the study explores various sources of raw materials, such as household, industrial, and commercial waste and analyzes their quality, contamination levels, and processing costs. The findings indicate that high-quality raw materials with low contamination levels, such as industrial waste, result in higher production efficiency and lower costs compared to other materials. Additionally, the adoption of modern technologies such as chemical recycling can increase production efficiency by up to 85%. This study contributes by providing a strategic framework for selecting appropriate raw materials, supporting both environmental sustainability and industry profitability.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Make A Match Learning Model Assisted by Diorama Media on Student Learning Outcomes on Water Cycle Material in Class V SDN 62 Banda Aceh. The formulation of the problem in this study is "is there a significant effect of the make a match learning model assisted by diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 62 Banda Aceh?". This study aims to determine the effect of the make-a-match learning model assisted by diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 62 Banda Aceh. The research uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is True Experimental with Posttest Only Control design. The research was conducted at SDN 62 Banda Aceh in Cot Mesjid Village. Sampling used the Random Sampling technique with a total of 62 students in class VA and VB. The data collection technique used a posttest test, while the data analysis technique used an independent t-test and SPSS Statistics 24. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. Then the decision criteria are H_a accepted and H_0 rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using the Make A Match learning model assisted by Diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 62 Banda Aceh

Abstract

The strategic implementation of alternative raw materials has emerged as a pivotal approach to enhance cost efficiency and sustainability within the craft industry. This study employs a literature review approach to examine the use of local materials, organic waste, and recycled materials as substitutes for conventional inputs in MSME production. The findings indicate that replacing traditional raw materials can reduce production costs by up to 50% while enhancing product competitiveness in environmentally friendly markets. This innovation also generates social impact through the empowerment of local communities and the establishment of shorter supply chains. Nevertheless, challenges such as supply instability, technical limitations, and a paucity of regulatory support persist as significant obstacles. Consequently, a collaborative effort among government entities, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), designers, and research institutions is imperative to fortify the sustainable innovation ecosystem. The study's findings indicate that the adoption of alternative material innovations is not only conducive to economic efficiency but also serves as a catalyst for more inclusive and environmentally sustainable development.
