Abstract

a b s t r a c tThe development of flood early warning technology has grown rapidly. The technology has led to an increase in technology in terms of communication and information. Internet of Things technology (IoTs) has provided a major influence on the development of early warning information system. In this article a protipe-based flood monitoring information system of Google Maps have been designed by integrating Ultrasonic sensors as the height of the detector, the Arduino Uno as a processor, U-Blox GPS modules Neo 6 m GSM module and as the sender of data is the height of the water and the coordinates to the station of the system informais flood. The design of the prototype produces information flood elevations along with location based Google Maps interface.Keywords:Flood, Arduino, Internet of Things Technology (IoTs), Ethernet a b s t r a kPengembangan teknologi peringatan dini banjir telah tumbuh dengan cepat. Teknologi tersebut telah mengarah kepada peningkatan di segi teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Teknologi Internet of Things (IoTs) telah memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan sistem informasi peringatan dini. Didalam artikel ini sebuah protipe sistem informasi monitoring banjir berbasis Google Maps telah dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan sensor ultrasonik sebagai pendeteksi ketinggian, Arduino Uno sebagai pemroses, modul GPS U-Blox Neo 6m dan modul GSM sebagai pengirim data ketinggian air dan koordinat ke stasion sistem informais banjir. Perancangan prototipe menghasilkan informasi ketinggian banjir beserta lokasinya berbasis antarmuka Google Maps.Kata Kunci: Banjir, Arduino, Internet of Things Technology (IoTs), Ethernet

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects on affective organizational commitment of the work environment, skill development, and empowerment as elements of internal corporate social responsibility (ICSR). PLS-SEM or SEM based on variance were utilized to analyze 300 surveys. The study found that organizational commitment is impacted by work environment, skill development, and empowerment in internal CSR. These findings imply that internal CSR, which encompasses skill development, empowerment, and work environment, is a critical component in strengthening organizational commitment to Islamic banking in Aceh. This is the first study to examine the relationship between internal corporate social responsibility and affective organizational commitment in Islamic banking.

Abstract

Abstract

This study explores the optimisation of business processes through the synergy of marketing innovation and structured risk management, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs often face challenges such as limited resources, market uncertainties and fluctuating raw material prices. By integrating marketing innovation with structured risk management, companies can improve operational efficiency and mitigate potential risks, creating a solid foundation for sustainable growth. Marketing innovation, particularly through digital platforms, enables SMEs to expand their market reach, attract new customers and remain competitive. Meanwhile, structured risk management ensures that innovative strategies are implemented safely and effectively. This synergy not only minimises operational and financial losses, but also enables SMEs to adapt to dynamic market conditions. The study highlights the importance of combining process optimisation with strategic innovation to increase productivity, reduce waste and remain competitive in the modern business environment. By adopting this integrated approach, SMEs can achieve long-term profitability and resilience in a rapidly changing economic landscape.

Abstract

This article examines the role of process innovation in improving operational efficiency within the plastic recycling industry, particularly among small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Operational efficiency serves as a key factor in ensuring both sustainability and profitability amid growing environmental concerns and the global shift toward a circular economy. Through an extensive literature review of international sources, this study highlights how the adoption of technologies such as sensor-based automatic sorting systems, energy-efficient washing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and supply chain digitalization can reduce production costs, enhance product quality, and increase production capacity. However, findings also indicate that several challenges persist, including limited investment capital, low technological literacy, infrastructural disparities, and regulatory uncertainty. Therefore, the success of process innovation in the recycling industry depends heavily on collaborative support from governments, research institutions, industry associations, and NGOs. This paper contributes both theoretically and practically by proposing a conceptual framework that links process innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainability, serving as a foundation for strengthening SMEs toward an inclusive and competitive green industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak media sosial dalam mengubah paradigma pemasaran menjadi bentuk digital. Melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap pengaruh media sosial terhadap strategi pemasaran digital saat ini. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana platform-platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Twitter yang telah menjadi katalisator utama dalam perubahan perilaku konsumen dan strategi pemasaran perusahaan. Metodologi penelitian mencakup survei, wawancara, dan analisis data untuk menggambarkan peran sentral media sosial dalam mencapai tujuan pemasaran digital. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru terkait dinamika transformasi pemasaran dalam era digital yang didorong oleh perkembangan media sosial.
