Abstract

Food security is a condition of sufficient food availability, not only the availability of food at the regional level but also at household and individual levels to maintain nutrition. During the COVID-19 pandemic, people must be able to maintain their health by fulfilling the nutrients needed. Nutrients contained in food need to be maintained by good food processing. By having good knowledge of food processing, partners are expected to be able to provide good nutrition for all family members. This COVID-19 pandemic, the community is not only experiencing difficulties in the health sector but also experiencing difficulties in the economic field, with the holding of assistance in food management and security, the community will be equipped with knowledge on how to maintain food security by cultivating freshwater fish. Partners of this program are families who have been accompanied by medical students in the COME 1000 HAK Program with a total of 10 families. Each KK is accompanied by one student. This community service team provided assistance in the form of tarpaulin ponds, freshwater fish seeds and fish feed. In this service, the team collaborates with teams from Fishery Study Program, as resource persons on how to keep good fish to get optimal results. With this program, it is hoped that the community will have food security and process it properly which can meet the nutritional needs of the family.

Abstract

Pemerintah pusat mencanangkan pentingnya hemat energi serta berusaha untuk mengembangkanpembangkit listrik dengan menggunakan energi alternatif. Namun pemakaian energi alternatif secarakeekonomian sangatlah kurang. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut maka diperlukan integrasi beberapa energialternatif, salah satunya adalah Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) yang diintegrasikan dengan energi surya (PLTS),sehingga dapat memberikan peningkatan nilai keekonomian dan meningkatkan produktifitas pembangkit diBangli yang sekarang ini telah ada PLTS. Limbah MSW kabupaten Bangli terdiri atas 54 m3 berupa plastik, 36m3 berupa kertas/kardus yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku briket, 72 m3 berupa limbah organik,pertanian dan sisa makanan dan limbah bambu sebesar 36,1 ton. Berdasarkan integrasi tersebut dihasilkan totalenergi aktual sebesar 163,35 MWh atau 6,80 MW dimana PLTS menghasilkan 0,64 MW sehingga Energi yangdidapat dari integrasi adalah sebesar 7,44 MW.

Abstract

Energi Matahari merupakan energi terbarukan sebagai salah satu dari energi alternatif pengganti bahan bakar untuk pembangkit listrik. Suatu cahaya baik yang tampak maupun yang tidak tampak memiliki dua buah sifat yaitu sebagai gelombang dan sebagai partikel yang disebut foton. memanfaatkan energi matahari tersebut, didapatkan solusi yang mampu memaksimalkan tegangan yang disebut Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT). Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan daya Output yang diserap lebih optimal. Partial shading adalah Sebuah kondisi dimana panel surya menerima iridiasi yang berbeda. Partial shading menyebabkan penurunan efisiensi daya keluaran PV sehingga dapat menimbulkan kerusakan pada PV. Pencegahan kerusakan pada PV biasanya dilakukan pemasangan dioda bypass namun adanya dioda bypass menyebabkan kurva karakterisistik daya-tegangan memiliki puncak lebih dari satu dan teralalu tinggi. Puncak daya yang lebih rendah dinamakan Local Maximum Power Point (LMPP) sedangkan puncak daya yang lebih tinggi dinamakan Global Maximum Power Point (GMPP). Penggunaan metode Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) untuk mendapatkan daya maksimum dengan metode konvensional pada MPPT kurang mampu melacak GMPP dan sering terjebak pada LMPP karena kondisi partial shading. jika nilai tegangan tinggi menghasilkan nilai terlalu tinggi sehingga merusak komponen. metode Peturb and Observe dengan simulasi MPPT menggunakan kontrol PID ditujukan untuk menghindari terjebak pada puncak daya yang lebih tinggi sehingga tidak merusak komponen dan lebih optimal dalam mendapatkan puncak daya-tegangan optimum. Efisiensi pengisian daya baterai menggunakan MPPT meningkat hingga 138% dibandingkan tidak menggunakan MPPT.

Abstract

Coffee is a plantation commodity that is made into a drink as one of the products that is popular with the public. Many coffee drink innovations have been made, one of which is a clear coffee drink without dregs. The process of making clear coffee can be done by the distillation method, namely the process of condensing the steam produced by a mixture of coffee powder and water. This study aims to obtain the design results of a clear coffee machine without dregs using the distillation method. The design is carried out based on the results of a patented study on making clear coffee. The coffee machine is made with a heating tube for a mixture of ground coffee and water, a steam collector tube and a distillation tube. The design results obtained a heating tube with a diameter of 25 cm and a height of 27 cm for a process capacity of 13.25 liters. Heating is performed using an LPG-fueled heater. The distillation process is carried out by cooling the water using a 15 watt aerator pump. The trial was carried out by processing 500 grams of fine coffee powder mixed with 2000 ml of water. The trial results obtained 500 ml of clear coffee with an average process time of ± 25 minutes.

Abstract

Given Indonesia's growing population and economic development, the country is experiencing a greater need for fuel. There are now a number of alternative fuels available to lessen the ongoing need on fuel oil. One of the most affordable, cleaner, and readily available fuels worldwide is liquefied petroleum gas, or LPG. The geometric design of the burner, the flow dynamics contained in the non-premix flame flow structure and its function to stabilize the combustion process play an important role in the mixing process between fuel and air. The purpose of this research is to ascertain how nozzle thread changes affect the flame characteristics of burning LPG (liquified petroleum gas) fuel. In order to create an effective and efficient burner design, thread variations can be used to establish the properties of the diffusion combustion flame, such as flame stability and combustion temperature. Abstract

Ancaman penularan Virus Covid-19 salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh perilaku dan lingkungan kurang sehat pada suatu tempat manusia menjalani aktifitas. Seringkali tempat kerja belum cukup disiplin menjalankan protocol kesehatan. Minimnya pengetahuan dan kebiasaan memicu meningkatnya populasi yang rentan untuk tertular atau menularkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi tentang bahaya dan pencegahan penularan Covid-19 ditempat kerja. Edukasi yang diberikan meliputi langkah yang diambil atau protokol kesehatan dari pemerintah untuk diterapkan diantaranya, jaga jarak minimal 1 meter antar individu, selalu pakai masker jika beraktifitas di luar rumah, sering mencuci tangan, menggunakan handsanitizer dan lain sebagaianya. Dengan memberikan bantuan hand sanitizer otomatis mampu meminimalisir keborosan terhadap penggunaan cairan handsanitizer.

Abstract

Abstract – This paper discusses about a service shop at distric of Banyuwangi. The difficulty of service shop such as manajerial, spare-part order, and delivery system was experienced. Not only car repair shop, but also motorbike repair shop. The mobile spare-part application (MSPA) is proposed with the smartphone of integration system. The MSPA is directly connected an internet to track, to delivery, to suggest the near location based on the best service. The result shows that the MSPA can reduce a queing system, spare part ordering time, and the fast delivery. The system is designed to accomplish for any problem of service shops at Banyuwangi.
