Abstract

The type of program of activities in this service is Community Empowerment Through Processing Plastic Waste into Premium and Alternative Solar in Buluagung Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency, namely to process plastic waste processed into fuel oil by using a plastic catalyst machine as a village innovation, because the BUMDes "Panji Samudera "Has been facilitated by the village with a machine that can process plastic waste into fuel oil. Conclusions in this empowerment 1) The need to optimize community participation in utilizing plastic waste processing equipment into fuel oil (BBM) in Buluagung Village so that by utilizing plastic waste in addition to reducing plastic waste but also can bring a source of income for the surrounding community. 2) The need for refreshment in the BUMDES organizational structure 'Panji Samudera', due to lack of coordination and synchronization of communication with the community, causing the underutilization of the use of existing plastic catalyst machines.

Abstract

The purpose of this community assistance is to increase communitywealth through the creative industry by utilizing guava Kristal c grade to be Dodol inKarangdoro village Banyuwangi. The method used in this community assistance is(PAR) participatory action research method with the approach and doing the trainingof utilization of guava Kristal grade c, guava Kristal that have bad shape butconsumable. This kind of guava Kristal is usually used as livestock feed or dumped bypeople. This training is given to mums, the member of PKK, Posyandu cadre, and groupof religious study. This training is named DJ KRIIS, the abbreviation of Dodol JambuKristal that become healthy snacks and can be made as a souvenir; therefore it canincrease community income.

Abstract

Penataan perilaku seks remaja tidak sehat menuju perilaku seks sehat dan bertanggungjawab yang kenyataannya harus segera dilakukan dan ditindaklanjuti, untuk itu Kita merasa perlu melakukan Penguatan Komunitas Muda Pesantren tentang Isu Gender, Seksualitas dan Kesehatan Reproduksi dalam Perspektif Islam. Penguatan ini akan diawali dengan Needs Assessment (pemetaan kebutuhan) di wilayah Jombang untuk melihat persoalan-persoalan apa saja yang terjadi dilapangan terkait kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualitas sehingga nantinya diharapkan ada pemetaan kebutuhan mengenai apa sebenarnya yang diperlukan untuk penataan tersebut dan juga pihak mana saja yang bisa sama-sama bekerjasama mendukung penguatan tersebut. Tidak dapat disangkal, terjadinya berbagai peningkatan kasus KTD, aborsi, IMS dan HIV/AIDS dikalangan remaja, disebabkan karena kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Indonesia sampai saat ini belum mendapat perhatian yang optimal dari orang tua, tokoh agama dan pemerintah, hal itu dikarenakan kesehatan reproduksi tidak dianggap masalah penting dan prioritas/mendesak. Remaja baik di kota maupun desa masih mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapatkan akses informasi, pendidikan dan pelayanan berkaitan dengan Kesehatan Reproduksinya. Sementara, disisi lain perkembangan teknologi informasi yang menyajikan berbagai informasi pornografi mudah diakses oleh remaja, sehingga mendorong remaja untuk melakukan hubungan seks bebas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study investment income that has been adjusted to the risk of deposits, mudharabah, which have Islamic bank and conventional bank obligations, to determine the level of ability of Islamic and conventional banks in the use of risk that can erode capital. This research uses empirical inquiring. The banks used as samples from this study are BRIS and BRI by looking at monthly publication reports on the BI website. From this research it is expected to provide information to the management and need in the banking industry. With this additional information, it is expected to be taken more accurately and can increase the level of expenditure from banks. This is very necessary considering the banking industry has a high level of expenditure. The high level of risk makes banking industry players continue to use methods to anticipate future risks. Expected after this research. Can be developed further.

Abstract

So many aspects of life are explained by al-hadith, including the aspects of Islamic economics. among them are about baraka or blessing of property, which are the characteristics of the Islamic economy. This type of research is a research library research, with primary data sources are hadiths that are in the al-Bukhari saheeh book and supported by secondary data sources that come from books or literature relevant to the study theme. Data collection techniques using documentation, while the analytical method using descriptive analysis of takhrij hadith which originates from the analysis of the quality of matan and the traditions of the hadith. By searching for the keyword lafadz يبارك (yubarak - blessed), the hadith found related to economic barriers are: Hadith al-Bukhari index number 5960, 2910, 1338, 1379, 2545. After analyzing the sanad and matan, it is known that the Hadith with the theme of wealth blessing with index 5960 in the book of Saheeh al-Bukhari is the quality of saheeh, maqbul and ma'mul bih; The blessing of property should be a top priority in the economic behavior of Muslims, this is a characteristic of the Islamic economy that cannot be ignored; Some ways to get blessings in property are with a strong belief that only Allah can provide sufficiency (not much wealth), obtain property with good business, lawful and not from begging.

Abstract

Industri tidak dapat lagi bersaing di pasar global dengan hanya mengandalkan harga atau kualitas produk saja, tetapi harus bersaing berbasiskan inovasi, kreativitas dan imajinasi. Pariwisata mempunyai kekuatan sinergik, karena memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dengan berbagai bidang terutama bidang industri kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi effect yang ditimbulkan dengan adanya Industri Kreatif terhadap kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Banyuwangi, (2) Menjelaskan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam upaya pengembangan Industri Kreatif, (3)Menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan dalam pengembangan Industri Kreatif. Industri kreatif sebagai pendukung sektor pariwisata merupakan multisektor yang mencakup berbagai kegiatan perekonomian. Keterkaitan industri kreatif dengan berbagai sektor ekonomi dapat mendorong laju pertumbuhan sektor-sektor tersebut. Kegiatan pariwisata akan menimbulkan permintaan (demand) akan barang dan jasa sehingga akan merangsang pertumbuhan produksi indsutri kreatif. Semakin banyak permintaan wisatawan maupun industri pariwisata, maka akan dapat semakin membangunkan produktifitas sektor-sektor ekonomi lainnya. Peranan industri kreatif sebagai pendukung sektor perekonomian di Kabupaten Banyuwangi menjadi topik yang penting untuk dibahas. Sektor ini di harapkan mampu memberikan perubahan kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Banyuwangi. Sebagai daerah yang sedang mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif sebagai salah satu alternatif pembangunan. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan akan diketahui seberapa besar industri kreatif dan ekonomi kreatif mampu menarik pertumbuhan sektor-sektor perekonomian lainnya.

Abstract

Language Intensive Program is a form of effort and innovation on the campus of the Darussalam Islamic Institute of Blokagung to equip students' mastery of foreign languages, especially new students. This program is directly handled by the IAIDA campus Language Technical Implementation Unit (UPT-B). This effort is the latest innovation at the tertiary level which may rarely be applied in other campuses. In addition, this program is still relatively young because it has only been running for 3 semesters. As a new program, enabling innovation to occur, this program is still undergoing changes in response to emerging problems. So that in the future it is really able to equip students with quality foreign language competences. In this case, by using a descriptive approach, the writer wants to describe the process as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Arabic learning which is packaged attractively in the Language Intensive Program in Campus institutions.

Abstract

The book of Sang Pangeran Nahwu Al-Ajurumiyah is an introductory book to the Kitab al Ajurumiyah written in Indonesian. This book is not a translation of the original book, but rather a translation like the interpretation of the Qur'an. This book is suitable for non-Arabic students, especially those in Indonesia who are still predicated as beginners in learning Arabic. This type of research is library research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses documentation. And the results of this study indicate that the book Sang Pangeran Nahwu Al-Ajurumiyah has met the criteria of a good textbook in terms of material, which is in accordance with the scientific theoretical basis according to Masnur Muslich, including material accuracy, material coverage, and material support. Then in terms of scientific theory according to Ali al Qosimiy, this book is suitable in basic material but in the layout of the basic material it is not appropriate, and has met the criteria in terms of supporting material and special material. Meanwhile, in the stage of presenting the material, the book has not yet reached conformity with the selection and repetition stages. However, it has reached conformity to the gradation and repetition stages.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the visionary leadership of the head of the vocational high school Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative approach (Qualitative Research). The technique of validating data through interviews, observation, and documentation (Triangulation) to examine related phenomena in the triangulation perspective include several compnen namely triangulation techniques and data sources. Type of case study research. The visionary leadership of the head of the vocational high school Darussalam uses 4 roles incluiding direction setterrs, coaches and mentors, change of agent, spokespersons. Supporting factors get support from the islamic boarding school of foundation Darussalam, work enthusiasm from educators and vocational education staff, enthusiasm for learning for vocational school students. Inhibiting factors include the lack of human resources for teacher and school employees, the geographical location of vocational high school , lack of disipline for teachers who still come late, student vocational high school lack entehusiasm for learning, discipline and lack of obedience to school qanuns.

Abstract

Eco-Islamic boarding schools or green Islamic boarding schools are efforts to provide a "green" label for Islamic boarding schools that have a contribution to environmental and natural conservation. Assistance for students at the Munzalan Mubarokah Islamic Boarding School in realizing eco-Islamic boarding schools is carried out with two programs, namely the land use program and the waste and garbage program. The method used in this assistance uses the ABCD approach method. The results of the assistance of the santri to create an eco-Islamic boarding school are as follows: the first activity is to use the land to become a vegetable garden, namely leek and strawberry plants. This activity went well and was implemented by 90%. The second activity of chicken coop renovation has been carried out 100%. The third activity is sorting organic and inorganic waste and making trash bins. The activities of sorting organic and inorganic waste can already be carried out by students, although some are still not used to it. It can be said that this activity has been carried out by 80%, while the activity of making trash cans has been carried out 100%. And the fourth activity is the eco-Islamic boarding school development book, which can be said to have been implemented 80%. So that it can be said that in general the assistance of santri in realizing this eco-Islamic boarding school has been carried out by 90% with all the support and also obstacles during this assistance activity.
