Abstract

This thesis aims to find out how the marketing strategy for health products at PT. Indonesian Alwahida Penawar Herb Stockist in a Gentile stockist and know how to review Islamic economic law in the marketing strategy of the company. The type used in this study is descriptive analysis, which describes the data that researchers collect both from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques. Research results namely The strategy used by HPAI stockists is a strategy that uses Sharia MLM. The marketing strategy undertaken by HPAI stockists also does not contradict Islamic economic law, which is seen from the absence of conflicting provisions on animals No: 75 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2009 concerning Sharia Tiered Direct Sales (PLBS).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the potential of gamification as an innovative pedagogical strategy to reduce Arabic speaking anxiety and improve speaking performance. Speaking anxiety remains one of the most prevalent and persistent barriers to acquiring proficiency in Arabic, often hindering learners’ active participation and communicative fluency. While cognitive outcomes in language learning have received increasing attention, emotional variables, particularly anxiety, have been comparatively underexplored. Guided by the central research question, how does gamification influence learners’ Arabic speaking anxiety and speaking skill development? this study adopted a qualitative research design involving classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation within an intensive Arabic language program. Thematic analysis was employed to identify recurring patterns and interpret participants’ experiences. The findings indicated a notable reduction in speaking anxiety by 78%, an increase in student engagement by 85%, a 72% boost in self-confidence, and a 25% improvement in pronunciation accuracy. Gamified elements such as rewards, collaboration, and progress tracking emerged as particularly effective, and 68% of participants perceived these features as beneficial to their learning process. These results highlight the dual function of gamification in enhancing both cognitive and affective dimensions of Arabic language acquisition, especially in speaking. The study offers practical implications for language educators in designing emotionally responsive and interactive learning environments. Further research is recommended to explore the long-term impacts of gamification across varied learner profiles and proficiency levels.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To determine the application of management functions in MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Academic Year 2018/2019. 2) To find out the quality of the teaching staff at the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Academic Year 2018/2019. 3) To find out whether there is an influence of the application of the management function to the improvement of the quality of the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung educators in 2018/2019 Academic Year. 4) To find out how much influence the application of the management function to the improvement of the quality of the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung teacher education year 2018/2019. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis using simple linear regression. After analyzing the data, it was found that (1) the application of management functions at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung was very good. (2) The quality of the teaching staff at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung is very good. (3) There is an effect of the application of management functions on improving the quality of MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung's teaching staff. (4) the influence of the application of management functions on improving the quality of MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung's teaching staff by 55.5%.
