Abstract

Abstact: This research was conducted to analyze item quality of written test for Senior High School in Biology Olimpiad at Riau dan Kepulauan Riau 2018. This research was carried out in October – November 2018. This research is a descriptive research, the data analyzed by quantitative method composed by difficult level, distinguishing power, fungtion of distractor, validity and reliability item and see domain cognitive by Taksonomi Bloom. Data source in this research are secondary data used participant answer sheet as the data. The result of quntitative method show that written test in the bad category based on clasification qualitative analyze, because only 15 items accepted, 76 items need to repaired and 9 items was rejected.Key Words: Analysis Item Quality, Wtitten Test, Taksonomi Bloom

Abstract

bstract: This research was conducted to identify variation of sugarconcentration on fermentation cincaluk rebon shrimp (Acetes erythraeus) and the designof Booklet of senior high school grade XII conventional biotechnology materials in Juni– September 2021. This research carried out in two stages: they are the experimentalstage: variation of sugar concentration on fermentation cincaluk rebon shrimp (Aceteserythraeus) and the designing stage of the Booklet: the analysis of the potentialdevelopment of senior high school grade XII conventional biotechnology material forteaching. The research used the experimental method by conducting experiments in theLaboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences Riau University, Pekanbaru.Sampling was carried out with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5treatments and 3 replications. The parameters in this research were water content,protein content and pH. Based on the results of Analysis of variance (Anova) at the levelof 5%, Showed that the fermentation of rebon shrimp with different sugar concentrationssignificantly affected the quality of cincaluk rebon shrimp (Acetes erythraeus). Givingsugar with a concentration of 15% produces the best quality of rebon shrimp cincalukand based on the analysis of potential research results variations in sugar concentrationin cincaluk fermentation can be used as a student guide booklet design on biotechnologymaterial for senior high school grade XII on the subject matter of conventionalbiotechnology products.Key Words: Cincaluk Fermentation, Sugar, Booklet

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to produce a Correlation of Student Self-Reliance Attitudes With the Tasks of Student Products on Biology Learning at SMAN 1 Class XI Pekanbaru City.This research was conducted at at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru in class XI in October 2017 until November 2017. This research is a descriptive research with correlational study type. The sample in this research is 35 students of class XI academic year 2017/2018. Sample determination was by random sampling using lottery technique. The research instrument used is a closed questionnaire consisting of 30 statements and 6 indicators of dependence on others, self-confidence, self-control, discipline, motivation, responsibility and the value of product tasks from biology subject teachers. Data collection is by spreading questionnaire to students to know the attitude of student independence to the task of product class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The results showed that there is a strong correlation between the attitude of independence with the tasks of student products in SMAN 1 Class XI Pekanbaru. So for high school biology teachers / equivalent to keep applying the product assignment in accordance with the material taught in a sustainable manner so as to guide students in helping the attitude of independence well in the implementation of learning.Key Words: Correlation, independence, product tasks
