Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada standar kompetensi sistem starter dan pengisian di SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TKR 12 B SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen, yang berjumlah 21 siswa terdiri dari 20 siswa laki–laki dan 1 siswa perempuan. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya persentase keaktifan siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Persentase keaktifan siswa pada observasi awal sebesar 80,42 % meningkat menjadi 86,67 % pada siklus I, dan menjadi 90,42 % pada siklus II.  Hasil belajar juga mengalami peningkatan dari nilai rerata pada data awal  sebesar  66,22 meningkat  menjadi 85,25  pada siklus I dan 88,45 pada siklus II. Dari hasil belajar juga diketahui persentase siswa yang lulus mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal mencapai 100% dari jumlah siswa.     Kata Kunci : Keaktifan, Hasil belajar,  TGT

Abstract

Environmental carrying capacity with the other methods has been used by other countries especially developed countries. One of method was based on ecosystem services which developed by MEA in 2005. This approach looked environmental carrying capacity through benefits that people could get on it. In the other hand, environmental carrying capacity based on ecosystem service could integrated in spatial urban regional planning or other developing plan. Ecosystem services are benefits that humans getfrom ecosystems. Sustainable development era has increased demand on ecosystem services information to be incorporated into various development policies and planning. This research Purpose to assessing spatial distribution of ecosystem services for clean water supply as basis of management for sustainable resources. The research method was an ecosystem service approach using two estimating variables, land cover and ecoregion as the landscape ecosystem. Each estimator variables assessed of Ecosystem services by expert judgment with coefficient values. This research specifically discusses the comparison of the results of maps of ecosystem services formulated through experts' judgement on land use based proxy and a combination of land cover and ecoregion. We use Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with pairwise comparison method to asssess the potential of ecosystem services from land cover and ecoregion. The case study area is south tapanuli district, while the type of ecosystem services analyzed is type of clean water supply. The results of the calculations show that the index of ecosystem services resulting from acombination of land cover and ecoregion produces a more accurate map of ecosystem services with qualitative information. The coefficient values were processed and analyzed by using GIS technique to produces spatial distribution of Ecosystem Services values which were divided into five classes of the ecosystem services : very high, high, medium, low, and very low. The results showed that south tapanuli district have great potentials to provider the ecosystem services for clean water supply with medium to very high class value of ecosystem services (36,17% of the South Tapanuli District).

Abstract

Central government authority which governing mastery, ownership, use and utilization of land and natural resources sectorally, authoritarian, and centralized in granting licenses for utilization of natural resources to business entities resulting in 3 (three) main problems, that are land tenure inequality, agrarian conflicts in natural resource management, and environmental damage. In 2018 in Riau Province, precisely in Siak Regency, Government implements land redistribution exconcession (HGU) of PT. Mahakarya Eka Guna (MEG) for community through the land objected of agrarian reform program (TORA) in order to rearrange the imbalance of mastery structure, ownership, use and utilization of land toward which more fair. So that land can be a source of livelihood and welfare for the community. TORA Program location is majority are in the function area of the peat swamp ecosystem Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) with peat depths of more than 3 meters, so the management of peatlands must follow government regulations related to regional function. The condition is currently being carried out land clearing on the exconcession land in TORA program to immediately utilization land, while the public does not have enough information and knowledge about the most profitable choice of plants.

Abstract

The study of the sustainability level of  Bukit Betabuh Protection Forest, is intended to determine the status of sustainabilty, and lever attributes in the management of Bukit Betabuh protection Forest. This study was conducted with a multi-dimensional scaling analysis (MDS) approach with the help of Rapfish software. The research was conducted from August-september 2019 in the Bukit Betabuh Protection Forest area. Research objectives are analyzing the existing condition of Bukit Betabuh Protection Forest, Analying the sustainability status of Bukit Betabuh Protection Forest, Analyze levers that take effect Bukit Betabuh Protection Forest, and Designing the formulation of Bukit Betabuh Protection Forest.The research methods include : 1) Data collection methods (surveys, field measurements, sampling, intervies, and library research), 2) Data analysis methods (descriptive analysis of the ecological characteristics of protected forest, economic and social communities around the Bukit Betabuh Protection Forest, MDS analysis with Rapforest techniques to determine the level of sustainabillity in the management of the Bukit Batabuh Protection Forest). Based on the research that has been done, it turns out that the management of Bukit Batabuh Protection Forest shows that there is an imbalance in the dimensions (ecological, economic and social). The sustainability status of Bukit Batabuh Protection Forest is currently multidimensional, including the catagory of moderately sustainable with a sustainability index value of 55 %. Meanwhile, the result of the analysis of each dimension showed that the ecological dimension of the sustainability  index  was  63,4 %  and  the social  dimension was 61,25 %  which  meant that it was quite coninous. Whle yhe economic dimension of sustainability index is 43,0 % which means it is not sustainable.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to describe the attitudes and collaborative activities of students with the Collaborative learning model based on gender in class VII Babussalam Pekanbaru. The study was conducted at Pekanbaru Babussalam Middle School in August to September 2019. The population was all students of class VII Babussalam Pekanbaru. The research samples were determined by purposive sampling, namely VII1 male students and VII4 female students. The parameters measured were collaborative attitudes measured by questionnaires and collaborative activities with observation sheets. The research data consisted of primary data and secondary data. The data collected was analyzed descriptively. The instrument used consisted of learning instruments data collection instruments. Collecting data in this study by distributing questionnaires before and after learning. Observation sheet is done during the learning process 5 meetings. The results showed that there were differences in students' attitudes and collaborative activities using Collaborative Learning. The score of the collaborative attitude of the male class before using the Collaborative learning model was 3.18 and the women's class was 3.40. the score of the collaborative attitude of the male class after using the Collaborative Learning model was 3.23 and the women's class was 3.39. The average score of collaborative activity of male students is 3.38 (very high category) and female classes is 3.37 (very high category).Key Words: Collaborative Attitudes, Collaborative Activities, Collaborative Learning, Gender

Abstract

Abstrack: This research aims to determine the activity of rhizosphere bacterialActinomycetes degrade palm oil liquid waste. The method used in this research isexperimental, using a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 timesreplicates. The degradation treatment of palm oil liquid waste as follows: (1) palm oilliquid waste sterile without bacteria (control), (2) palm oil liquid waste sterile +bacteria Actinomycetes type I, (3) palm oil liquid waste sterile + bacteriaActinomycetes type II, and (4) palm oil liquid waste sterile + bacteria Actinomycetestype III. Rhizosphere bacterial Actinomycetes type II proved the most potential todegrade palm oil liquid waste compared with rhizosphere bacterial Actinomycetestypes I and III. Rhizosphere bacterial Actinomycetes type II can reduce the BOD23.67 mg/L, COD 748.33 mg/L, TSS 21.67 mg/L, pH 7.3, and the total number ofbacteria 80x1010 CFU/mL during incubation day 14. The longer incubation time thecontent of BOD, COD, TSS decreased and pH values towards neutral.Key Words: rhizosphere bacterial Actinomycetes, palm oil liquid waste degradation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce an Ethnoscience-Based Electronic Handout on Biodiversity Materials for Class X SMA. The research was carried out at the Biology Education Study Program, FKIP UNRI and at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru for students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru from August to December 2021. This type of research used the ADDIE model. The instruments used are validation sheets and response questionnaires. The results showed that the well-developed electronic handouts were appropriate to be used as additional teaching materials in the learning process in schools to increase students' knowledge and understanding of biodiversity materials in facilitating students to build their own knowledge. The results of the validation of the Ethnoscience-Based Electronic Handout on Biodiversity Materials for Class X SMA shows that the electronic Handout that has been developed is in the very valid category with an overall average score of 3.51. The results of the first stage of the trial obtained an average score of 3.37 and the results of the second stage of the trial obtained an average score of 3.38 in the very good category.Key Words:Electronic Handout, Ethnoscience, Biodiversity.

Abstract

Abstract : Research has been conducted to determine the composition and structure of tree and pole strata vegetation in the mangrove forest of Teluk Pambang Village, Bengkalis Regency in March-November 2018. The research used a survey method and Belt Transec along 100 m with an observation plot measuring 20 x 20 m for tree strata and 10 x 10 m for pole strata. The parameters in this study are the composition of type, density, frequency, dominance, important value, and diversity index. The result of research showed that there were 15 species of mangrove forests in Teluk Pambang Village, namely Xylocarpus granatum, Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora stylosa, Bruguiera cylindrica, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Bruguiera sexangula, Bruguiera parviflora, Ceriops tagal, Ceriops decandra, Lumnitzera littorea , Sonneratia alba, Sonneratia caseolaris, Avicennia alba, and Scyphypora hydrophyllacea. The important value index of influential tree strata are Xylocarpus granatum (St.I), Bruguiera cylindrica (St.II and III), Rhizophora apiculata (St. IV) and Sonneratia alba (St.V). In the pole strata of the influential species, Bruguiera cylindrica (St.I, II and III), Rhizophora apiculata (St. IV) and Avicennia alba (St.V). Diversity index of mangrove tree strata and pole vegetation in the mangrove forest area of Bengkalis Regency, which ranged from 0.64 to 1.98 for tree strata and 1.01-2.13 for pole strata. The results of the study can be used as a handout on the concept of the ecosystem.Keyword : Composition Of Type, Vegetation Structure, Handout

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find growth response Eleusina indica on petroleum contaminated soil which used for handout design in growth and development materials in senior high school grade XII, which was conducted in September 2018 until February 2019. This research used an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Parameters used include vegetative growth of plants crops shoots number, stem height, leaf length and biomass of plant then degradation rate (%) TPH. The data of growth response Eleusina indica on petroleum contaminated soil with total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) concentration which differences were an analysis of variance (ANOVA) continued Duncan's test if there are significant differences. While for handout design is done with two stages, namely analyze stage and design stage. The result showed that the Eleusina indica plant was able to grow on petroleum contaminated soil which can be seen of vegetative growth response. Besides, the Eleusina indica plant has the ability to degrade TPH with a percentage of 0,202-0,821%. It was concluded that Eleusina indica plant was able to well adapt to petroleum contaminated soil. The result of this research was further developed into handout in growth and development materials in senior high school grade XII.Key Words : Growth, Eleusina indica, Fitoremediation, Petroleum contaminated soil, Handout.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the effect of EM-4 on the rate of decomposition of solid waste at UNRI campus and its potential in producing Student Worksheet designs (LKPD) on waste and recycling material for class X even semester KD 3.11 and KD 4.11. This research was conducted from October to December 2020 at the Compost Shop in the Nature Laboratory of Biology Education, FKIP, Riau University. This study consisted of two stages, namely stage 1 field research with quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the effect of EM-4 on the rate of campus solid waste decomposition using 4 composting techniques, namely bokashi, drum, takakura and hollow brick techniques. Stage 2 of this research is to design LKPD with a design flow, namely Analyze (analysis) and Design (design). The results of the experimental stage research, Giving EM-4 affects the rate of decomposition of campus solid waste. The bokashi technique was the best media for composting that was carried out for 40 days with a decomposition rate of 1.15 g/day. Measurement of pH, temperature, humidity, C / N ratio and color of the 4 composting techniques meet the quality standards set by SNI: 19-7030-2004.Key words: Decomposition rate, EM-4, solid waste, LKPD design
