Abstract

International law has guaranteed the right to education through various legal instruments; however, its implementation in developing countries still faces serious obstacles due to economic, social, political, and cultural factors, leading to significant disparities in access to and quality of education. This study aims to examine the role of international law in ensuring the right to education in developing countries. A qualitative approach using literature review is employed to analyze the effectiveness of international law in guaranteeing the right to education in these countries. A descriptive-analytical analysis and a comparative study with Thailand are used to identify gaps and solutions for implementing education policies. The findings indicate that the role of international law includes affirming the right to education through various legal instruments, despite persistent challenges in developing countries, such as budget constraints and unequal access. International organizations play a crucial role in supporting global education policies, while Thailand serves as an example of a more progressive country in aligning its policies with international standards. To enhance the effectiveness of international law, stricter monitoring, sanctions for non-compliant states, and global cooperation in providing educational resources are necessary.

Abstract

This research addresses persistent challenges in Indonesia’s agribusiness sector, including limited access to information, climate change, market fluctuations, and unequal technological adoption. The study aims to design a public innovation model integrating digital education to foster a sustainable agribusiness ecosystem. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were obtained through an extensive literature review of scholarly works, policy documents, and reports from international organizations. Thematic analysis and triangulation were applied to identify patterns, challenges, and best practices. The resulting model, Agro-EduHub 5.0, is a community-based hybrid platform linking education, smart farming technology, digital marketing, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Key features include a hybrid governance model, hyperlocal AI language support, NFT-based incentives, predictive policy dashboards, creative economy villages, agricultural incubators, and CSR-led pilot projects. These innovations address the digital divide, enhance local adaptability, and encourage environmentally friendly practices. The model fosters active participation, cultural relevance, and policy responsiveness, strengthening both resilience and farmer empowerment. It concludes that implementing Agro-EduHub 5.0 through pilot regions and a digital agribusiness consortium will accelerate technology adoption, integrate local wisdom, and promote shared value creation between public and private sectors, ultimately supporting inclusive and sustainable agribusiness transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the potential of short stories by students as literary reading in schools using the perspective of creativity level.   This research uses an exploratory qualitative approach. The data of this study are verbal units that show the power of creativity in short stories. The verbal unit is in the form of in-text excerpts that represent creative elements in aspects of the originality of ideas, character development, innovation in plot, language exploration, and depth of theme. The creative element is an indicator of the level of creativity. The source of data for this research is 30 short stories by students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI) at FKIP UMS. Data collection is carried out through document analysis. Data analysis was carried out using Spiral Creswell. The results of this study show that students' short stories have considerable potential to be developed as literary reading in schools. Despite several weaknesses in the aspect of creativity, these works still show promising creativity. To improve the quality, students need to practice more in creating stories with more original ideas, building stronger plots, developing more complex characters, exploring themes more deeply, and enriching the use of language to make it more aesthetic and communicative. Thus, student short stories can serve not only as a medium of creative expression but also as a source of inspiring literary learning for students at school.
