Abstract

Al-Quran tahfidz method is appropriate used in developing religious and moral values to early childhoods. The aim of this study is to find out how the implementation of al-Quran tahfidz method on the development of religious and moral values to early childhoods aged 5-6 years at PAUD Roudlotul Quran Cicapar Village. This study used a qualitative method under a descriptive approach. Then, the results of the study showed that al-Quran tahfidz method is appropriate to develop religious and moral values to early childhoods aged 5-6 years, such as: (1) early childhoods are able to recite short prayers, such as: prayers before and after learning, (2) early childhoods have good manners to their teachers, parents and classmates, (3) early childhoods have a humble attitude to their teachers and classmates, (4) early childhoods know the daily worship activities, (5) Al-Quran tahfidz method supports early childhood to create good communication among their classmates, and (6) early childhoods have a sense of responsibility for the tasks given. In conclusion, al-Quran tahfidz method is one of the appropriate methods to instill and develop religious and moral values to early childhoods aged 5-6 years in PAUD Roudlotul Quran Cicapar Village.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms, processes, and impacts of muallaf (convert to Islam) development carried out through the Field Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Lapangan or KKL) activities in Dusun Manjau, Laman Satong Village, North Matan Hilir District, Ketapang Regency. The development program was conducted in five main forms: personal mentoring, Islamic studies, Qur’an reading courses, religious consultations, and development through silaturahmi (social visits). The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that personal mentoring plays a crucial role in building emotional closeness and spiritual motivation among the muallaf. Islamic studies and Qur’an reading courses help improve understanding and worship skills. Religious consultations provide space for muallaf to express the problems they face, while silaturahmi activities strengthen social bonds between muallaf and the local Muslim community. Overall, the KKL activities significantly contribute to the strengthening of faith, worship skills, and the social integration of muallaf in their new environment.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas program skrining fungsi ginjal berbasis masyarakat pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Rahmah Padang. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif berbasis komunitas dengan pelaksanaan skrining fungsi ginjal selama 6 bulan, meliputi pengambilan sampel darah untuk analisis kadar ureum, kreatinin serum, dan perhitungan estimasi laju filtrasi glomerulus (eGFR) menggunakan formula CKD-EPI. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan dari 46 pasien yang disaring, 28% mengalami penurunan fungsi ginjal signifikan (stadium G3–G5 menurut klasifikasi KDIGO), sementara 72% masih pada stadium G1–G2. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas pendekatan komunitas dalam mendeteksi kasus nefropati diabetik subklinis yang belum terdiagnosis serta pentingnya skrining berkala dan intervensi dini untuk mencegah progresi gagal ginjal terminal. Simpulan pengabdian ini adalah bahwa skrining fungsi ginjal berbasis masyarakat dapat meningkatkan cakupan deteksi dini nefropati diabetik dan merekomendasikan pengembangan jalur rujukan dan tindak lanjut pasien dengan penurunan fungsi ginjal. Abstract

As an effort to generate the quality generation, from the early age character education must have been familiarized through a series of habituation. The present study aims to determine the implementation of habituation method of saying please, sorry, thank you, and excuse me for character building in early childhood. This research uses qualitative method under a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of habituation to say four magic words, namely: the word 'sorry', 'thank you', 'please', and 'excuse me' in early childhoods aged 5-6 years is generally exemplified through modelling showed by teacher and familiarized through direct practice. In addition, the implementation of the habituation of the four magic words is carried out in several steps including: the teacher as the role model provides stimulus to early childhoods by training them to speak to teacher and friends politely, the teacher invites early childhoods to have habituation in saying the four magic words through active communication, the teacher instills habituation learning of four magic words through songs, the teacher provides understanding of the four magic words by modeling directly to early childhoods. The positive impacts obtained by early childhoods include: they are accustomed to say the word ‘please’ before asking for a help, they are accustomed to say the word ‘sorry’ to other friends when making mistakes, they are accustomed to say the word ‘thank you’ when given something by friends, they are accustomed to say the word ‘excuse me’ when will pass in front of others. In conclusion, the implementation of habituation to say four magic words in early childhoods aged 5-6 years is directly exemplified through teacher’s modelling and habituation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bimbingan Belajar Sempoa SIP Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Bimbingan Belajar Sempoa SIP Palembang yang berjumlah 65 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Sedangkan jenis data yang diperoleh melalui data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kompetensi dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bimbingan Belajar Sempoa SIP Palembang. Secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bimbingan Belajar Sempoa SIP Palembang, dan komunikasi berpengaruh serta signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bimbingan Belajar Sempoa SIP Palembang. Sedangkan hasil analisa koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan diketahui bahwa variabel kompetensi dan komunikasi mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,0% dan sisanya 58,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
