Abstract

PT. Jati Lian Tourism is a company engaged in tourism. The company has been operating for a long time and already has a customer service information system. One of the main systems is a tourism information system. The company also operates other information systems besides the tourism information system, so that one of the problems that arise is how to ensure synchronization between systems to support business operations. To determine the extent of the maturity level of the operating system, this study measures and evaluates the maturity level of the system, organization, management and all governance. The measurement of the ability of the tourism information system is carried out using the COBIT 5 Framework. The measurement results show that the current goal of the company is targeted to have a maturity level at level 3, where currently the company still has maturity at level 2. Greater efforts are needed for the company management to improve maturity to a higher level.Keywords: Maturity Level; Governance; Tourism; Cobit Abstrak. PT. Jati Lian Tourism adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pariwisata. Perusahaan telah beroperasi sejak lama dan telah memiliki sistem informasi pelayanan pelanggan. Salah satu sistem utamanya adalah sistem informasi pariwisata. Perusahaan juga mengoperasikan sistem informasi lain selain sistem informasi pariwisata, sehingga salah satu permasalahan yang muncul adalah bagaimana memastikan terjalinnya sinkronisasi antar sistem dalam mendukung operasi bisnis. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kematangan sistem yang sedang beroperasi, penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran dan evaluasi tingkat kematangan sistem, organisasi, manajemen dan semua tata kelola. Pengukuran kemampuan sistem informasi pariwisata dilakukan menggunakan Framework COBIT 5. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan goal dari perusahaan saat ini ditargetkan memiliki tingkat kematangan pada level 3, dimana saat ini perusahaan masih mempunyai kematangan pada level 2. Diperlukan upaya pembenahan yang lebih besar bagi pihak manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kematangan menuju ke level yang lebih tinggi.Kata Kunci: Level Kematangan; Tata Kelola; Pariwisata; Cobit

Abstract

The presence of a local software house company is a solution choice for companies on a small, medium and large scale. The software house company has been able to provide solutions to fulfill information systems and produce good quality software products. However, local software house companies face operational problems with the company's internal information technology in completing projects obtained from their customers. To solve the company's internal information technology problems, the company applies the enterprise architecture method to streamline the company's operations. So far, information technology operations in software house companies have experienced ineffective operations with various application systems that have been implemented. Changes in information technology operations by rearranging using the Enterprise Architecture method, and applying it to the company's software house. This study aims to develop Enterprise Architecture in a software house company, where all are designed using Information Technology Planning based on the TOGAF-based Enterprise Architecture Framework. With the application of Enterprise Architecture, information technology operations can be changed to be more organized and more efficient in supporting company operations.Keyword: Software House; Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF; Information System Abstrak. Hadirnya perusahaan software house lokal menjadi pilihan solusi bagi perusahaan dalam skala kecil, skala medium dan skala besar. Perusahaan software house telah mampu memberikan solusi pemenuhan sistem informasi dan menghasilkan produk software yang berkualitas baik. Namun perusahaan software house lokal menghadapi permasalahan operasional informasi teknologi internal perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan proyek yang didapat dari pelanggannya. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan informasi teknologi internal perusahaan, perusahaan menerapkan metode enterprise arsitektur dalam mengefektifkan operasionalnya. Selama ini operasional teknologi informasi di perusahaan software house mengalami operasional yang tidak efektif dengan berbagai sistem aplikasi yang telah diterapkan. Perubahan operasional teknologi informasi dengan menata ulang menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture, dan menerapkannya ke dalam perusahaan software house. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Enterprise Architecture pada perusahaan software house, dimana semua dirancang dengan menggunakan Information Technology Planning dengan Framework Enterprise Architeture berbasis TOGAF. Dengan penerapan Enterprise Architecture dapat mengubah operasional informasi teknologi menjadi lebih tertata dan lebih efisien dalam mendukung operasional perusahaan.Kata kunci: Software House; Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF; Sistem Informasi

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic requires the whole world to limit activities outside the home, including in the world of education that uses a learning system from home. To facilitate learning activities, relevant media are needed, currently there are many recommendations for quiz applications with various interesting features. With the selection of the right learning application, it is hoped that online learning activities can run more pleasantly and be easily accepted by teachers and students. In this study, analysis and comparison was carried out with the most widely used quiz applications such as Kahoot, Quizizz, Mentimeter, Quizlet, and Educandy based on the features available in the selected quiz application. The five apps were rated based on the criteria: Security, Easy to Use, Features, Stable Connectivity, Results and feedback for Identification on the best quiz apps. Then the assessment will be analyzed and processed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the help of the AHP Calculator application. The results of this study, Kahoot ranks first with a score of 27.7%, followed by Quizizz with a score of 24.3% and then Educandy with 19%, then Mentimeter with 16% and in the last place there is Quizlet with a value of 13%. In addition, it is also known that the AHP method is very suitable for use in the decision-making process with multi-criteria and multi-alternatives, as well as decisions in choosing the quiz application method, because this method shows the results of a weighting comparison between criteria and alternatives.

Abstract

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a form of technology to automate tasks and routines performed by humans, which can be instructed to machine. Along with the rapid development of technology, the time that can be used to maintain the quality of a technology is becoming increasingly narrow. Therefore, RPA will imitate activities or tasks performed by humans on a computer with a much faster processing time and 100% accuracy without "human error". The agile method was chosen in this study because of its focus on flexibility and more responsiveness to required changes. The system developed in this paper uses the Selenium library with the Python programming language and retrieves task data from the MNC IT team, especially the QC division for the RCTI+ website Quality Assessment process. From the results of testing this system, it shows that the testing process using this system and testing from a tester / examiner get the same results. However, because this system is programmed, it will have more stable and efficient results.

Abstract

Trade is one of the many activities carried out by humans. One of the goods that is often used for trading activities is imported goods. It can be seen that the sale of imported goods is one of the many activities carried out by the people of Indonesia. The main reason for selling imported goods is the relatively large profit level if choosing the right goods. By using a decision support system that uses the Benefit Cost Ratio method, users can determine which goods are suitable for import and resale. There are several main factors used to determine the goods to be imported, namely price of the goods, quantity of goods, total price for sending the goods, marketing price and selling price of the goods. The results of the system implementation show that the decision support system application using the BCR method can determine the appropriate goods for import and resale.

Abstract

People with heart disease are often advised to go on a diet, but not a few are confused about what kind of diet to choose considering the many taboos that sufferers must undergo and there are various types of diets. Knowing this, the decision support system is one of the efforts to help people with heart disease choose the right diet. This system uses a method that is commonly used in decision support systems, namely the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method which is able to identify solutions from a set of options based on trimming the distance to the ideal point and optimizing the distance from the lowest point. The results of this study were found that the best diet for people with heart disease is the Zone Diet with a preference value of 1, compared to other types of diets, namely the Atkins Diet, Keto Diet and Vegan Diet.

Abstract

Pengangkatan jabatan dari karir suatu karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam keberhasilan perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan dan mempererat loyalitas karyawan. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam proses penilaian kinerja karyawan adalah bersifat subjektif, dimana hal ini diakibatkan dari penilaian secara manual. Selain itu apabila masing-masing karyawan memiliki kemampuan yang tidak jauh berbeda dalam bekerja, maka cenderung sulit untuk memutuskan karyawan mana yang berhak mendapat promosi jabatan. Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan cara membangun rancangan pada aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode perhitungan profile matching. Pada penelitian ini, metode perhitungan profile matching digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk membantu memilih rekomendasi diantara banyak karyawan yang berhak mendapat promosi jabatan serta keuntungan lain yang terdapat jika karyawan tersebut berhasil mendapat promosi jabatan. Pada penilaian ini terdapat enam aspek yang terbagi menjadi tiga kriteria utama dan tiga kriteria faktor kedua. Aplikasi perhitungan hasil rancangan ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengevaluasi karyawan mana yang paling cocok untuk mendapatkan kenaikan jabatan

Abstract

The banking industry must keep up with the latest technological developments. If not, the banking industry will start to be abandoned by customers. This study presents enterprise architecture recommendations for the banking industry in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The architecture contained in this research consists of business architecture, information systems architecture, application architecture and technology architecture. The hope is that with the recommended architecture, we can adopt the latest technology and the banking industry can still compete in the midst of change.

Abstract

Taman hiburan perlu untuk mereview kembali strategi bisnisnya untuk dapat beradaptasi di masa new normal ini, dengan cara mengexplore kembali core business perusahaan, memperkuat kerjasama dengan business partner dan supplier, memperluas segmentasi market, dan mengeksplorasi teknologi untuk dapat memberikan layanan baru. Penelitian ini merupakan desain Enterprise Architect pada bisnis taman hiburan yang berisi arsitektur bisnis yang digambarkan dengan business model canvas, desain arsitektur informasi, aplikasi dan teknologi. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara studi literature terhadap data sekunder, dan Archimate digunakan untuk memvisualisasi desain. Penggambaran Enterprise Architecture taman hiburan dengan menggunakan archimate menjelaskan dengan terstruktur bagaimana strategi bisnis yang tertuang didalam arsitektur bisnis , ke layer – layer lainnya. Sehingga tujuan perusahaan misalnya dalam meningkatkan pendapatan atau layanan kepada pengunjung, dapat divisualisasikan kedalam proses bisnisnya seperti proses yang terkait dengan pembelian tiket, pembelian merchandise, hotel dan akomodasi, dapat divisualiassikan dengan jelas kedalam arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur data dan arsitektur teknologinya. Hal ini akan mempermudah setiap bagian di perusahaan untuk memahami bagaimana mencapai tujuan – tujuan dari perusahaan.

Abstract

Smart course merupakan program pengembangan karier yang diimplementasikan dalam suatu program kursus. Di era transformasi digital, sangat dimungkinkan adanya infrastruktur teknologi untuk mencocokkan antara talenta siswa dan bidang ilmu yang sesuai, didukung dengan alur proses pembelajaran yang mendukung lingkungan pengembangan karier yang diadopsi dari dunia kerja nyata, sehingga produk talenta yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar kerja. Tujuan dari pengembangan bisnis ini adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta kursus untuk menemukan talenta yang sesuai dengan dirinya dan menjadi profesional, sehingga dapat mengisi kebutuhan perusahaan akan keterampilan yang profesional. Implementasi Digital Enterprise Architecture ini menggunakan TOGAF Framework dan ArchiMate Modeling Language (the open group) meliputi desain arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur informasi/data, arsitektur teknologi.
