Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh tangibilitas, reliabilitas, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan konsumen Salon dan klinik kecantikan di Kota Jember; (2) menjelaskan dan menganalisispengaruh tangibilitas, reliabilitas, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan konsumen Salon dan klinik kecantikan di Kota Jember; (2) menjelaskan dan menganalisispengaruh tangibilitas, reliabilitas, daya tanggap ,jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas konsumen Salon dan Klinik kecantikan di Kota Jember; (3) menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas konsumen salon dan klinik kecantikan di Kota Jember. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode persamaan struktural. Dan hasilanalisis menunjukkan bahwa kelima variabel dimensi kualitas layanan berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap loyalitas baik secara langsung maupun secara tak langsung melaluikepuasan konsumen. Daya tanggap merupakan variabel yang paling dominanpengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas konsumen, sedang variabel yang terendah pengaruhnyaadalah reliabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, halal labels and prices on purchasing decisions. Brand Image is the identity of the company as a differentiator from competing companies. A halal label is a logo, writing that shows that a product is halal. Price is the sum of all the values that consumers exchange by using a good or service for various benefits. Purchasing decision is an action in analyzing their needs through the selection of a product so that there is an attraction to buy. The data source of this research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data through observation and questionnaires given directly to consumers of Mixue Jl Jawa Jember while secondary data through journals, articles and the internet. Researchers collected data by accidental sampling technique to consumers who had purchased mixue and by using the Malhotra formula distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression test. The results of the study show that partially brand image and price variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while the halal label does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously brand image, halal label and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue Jl Jawa jember.

Abstract

Mie Gacoan is the first food outlet in Indonesia to serve a noodle menu with a spicy level that can be adjusted. One of its branches is in the city of Jember which has received a positive response from the community, where since the grand opening until now it is always crowded with customers. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of product quality, service quality and price on customer loyalty. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with ex post facto research type. The population in this study is an unlimited number of Mie Gacoan Jember customers and a sample of 150 loyal respondents, namely with the criteria of having bought Mie Gacoan products more than twice. The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study show that partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has no effect on customer loyalty and price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The test simultaneously obtained the results of product quality, service quality and price simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a contribution of 37%. Abstract

Dalam dunia perbankan banyak produk-produk yang ditawarkan untuk memajukan kredibilitas perbankan itu sendiri agar para nasabah tetap mempercayai perbankan tersebut sebagai Bank yang dapat memberi kenyamanan dan kemudahan bagi para nasabahnya. Internet banking dalam sistem perbankan merupakan salah satu pelayanan jasa Bank yang memungkinkan kepada nasabahnya untuk memperoleh semua informasi yang diinginkan olehnya serta dapat mengakses komunikasi dan melakukan transaksi perbankan melalui jaringan internet sehingga nasabah dapat merasakan bermacam manfaat dalam menggunakan Internet Banking apalagi bagi para pelaku bisnis yang sangat membutuhkan komunikasi yag efektif efesien. Berdasarkan perumusan masalah yang disebutkan di atas maka dapat dirumuskan tujuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Pertama, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Internet Banking terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan Internet Banking. Kedua, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sosial terhadap minat perilaku menggunakan Internet Banking. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif (Qualitative Research). Dimana penelitian ini lebih pada fenomina-fenomina sosial dari pespektif partisipan. Dengan adanya layanan Internet Banking memberikan banyak keuntungan dan kemudahan bagi para nasabah dan perbankan dalam bertransaksi Seperti misalnya, jika ingin membayar tagihan atau mentransfer uang dalam keadaan yang cukup mendesak serta dapat memberikan kenyamanan dalam melakukan transaksi. Banyak nasabah yang mendukung terhadap adanya Internet banking yang dapat memudahkah urusan mereka.

Abstract

Production activities are mandatory to meet all human needs and to utilize the availability of natural resources to meet all what is needed by humans by producing or processing them. Production is the initial activity in economic activity, production basically aims to produce goods and services or produce and add value to the use of goods and services. Production is not only an activity in meeting personal needs but also for prot. Production not only aims to create what does not exist into existence, but also to produce production activities that are empowered In Islam itself, it is also explained about being a good producer based on the production system in an Islamic economic perspective. Therefore, this journal aims to provide an overview and knowledge for the general public and especially for producers to understand the ow of Islam in explaining the production system and regulating it. The method used to describe this research is a qualitative descriptive method, meaning that the technique used in this research is a literature study that focuses on nding information from journals, books or other forms of writing.
