Abstract

Interfaith marriage is one of the controversial legal issues in Indonesia. Islamic Law and Indonesian Positive Law regulate the conditions and pillars of marriage differently, especially concerning the legitimacy of marriage between adherents of different religions. This research aims to compare the provisions of Islamic Law and Indonesian Positive Law regarding the conditions and pillars of interfaith marriage in Indonesia. The two main variables of the research are the valid conditions of marriage and the pillars of marriage. Through a normative juridical approach and comparative law analysis, this research examines primary legal sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, fiqh books, and legislation, as well as secondary data from literature studies and court decisions related to the issue. The research results show convergence and divergence in these two legal systems. Islamic Law is stricter in limiting interfaith marriage, especially for Muslim women. At the same time, Indonesian Positive Law provides more flexible interpretation through administrative mechanisms such as marriage registration and temporary religious conversion. This research highlights the importance of synergy between religious law and state law in addressing interfaith marriage issues in Indonesia, as well as the social and legal impacts arising from the differences in regulations. Thus, this research contributes to developing more comprehensive marriage regulations in Indonesia.   Keywords: Interfaith marriage, Islamic Law, Positive Law, marriage requirements, pillars of marriage.

Abstract

Potensi alam yang besar dengan kekayaan panorama hutan, pegunungan, serta keanekaragaman hayati yang menarik berupa tanaman kopi dan tanaman atsiri menjadikan Kawasan Dilem Wilis di Kabupaten Trenggalek mempunyai potensi dilakukannya perancangan Science Techno Park. Dengan kondisi geografis dan iklim tropis lembab juga mendukung perancangan tersebut. Sehingga tujuan peneliti menulis karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengulas dan mengidentifikasi terkait kriteria pemilihan tapak pada perancangan Science Techno Park Atsiri di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Perancangan ini mengintegrasikan konsep ecotourism dengan potensi lokal berupa produksi minyak atsiri. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis literatur, studi Pustaka, dan survei lapangan. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber dan literatur yang sesuai dengan penelitian seperti buku, dokumen, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya. Analisis dalam perancangan Science Techno Park dilakukan dengan menilai beberapa alternatif tapak yang penilaiannya berdasarkan enam kriteria utama antara lain, potensi lokal, aksesibilitas, transportasi umum, luas lahan, lingkungan sekitar, dan jangkauan dari pusat daerah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alternatif lokasi ketiga dengan luas 3,54 hektar memenuhi kriteria secara optimal dengan skor tertinggi, menjadikan Lokasi yang strategis untuk mendukung fungsi edukasi, penelitian dan wisata.

Abstract

One method that can be used in the education of reading and writing the Qur'an is the Ummi Method. The Ummi method is a method of reading the Qur'an with tartil. Although it is classified as a new method, it has been used by more than 1000 institutions in 24 provinces in Indonesia in 2018. The objectives to be achieved in this community service research are: 1) Introducing the Ummi method to the students of the Al-Waridin Islamic boarding school; 2) Improve the ability to read the Qur'an properly and correctly according to the law of reading (tajwid) and makhorijul letters for students of Al-Waridin Islamic boarding school; 3) Improve the ability to read the Koran with mujawas (tone). The method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Driven) method which focuses on improving the ability to read the Qur'an through the application of the Ummi method for the students of the al-Waridin Islamic boarding school. The ABCD method is considered appropriate to be applied because it is asset-based which is in line with the potential possessed by Islamic boarding schools in particular and Pagotan Village in general. The ABCD method has six stages, namely 1) discovery, 2) dream, 3) design, 4) define, 5) destiny, and 6) reflection. The results of the community service research show that the training to read the Qur'an using the ummi method for students at the al-Waridin Islamic boarding school can be declared successful. Participants who previously did not know the makhorijul letters, now have begun to understand and are able to apply the correct pronunciation of makhorijul letters, participants who previously did not know the Ummi method became aware of the methods and styles used in the Ummi method. It is hoped that through training to improve the ability to read the Qur'an through the application of the Ummi method for the students of the Al-Waridin Islamic Boarding School, it can increase the interest of the Al-Waridin Islamic boarding school students to explore the sciences in reading and writing the Qur'an and can increase students' interest in learning Arabic properly and correctly.

Abstract

Jabungan Village is one of the areas with great potential in the poultry farming sector in Semarang City. Most farmers still use traditional methods in the egg hatching process, which depends on the mother hen. This method has limitations in terms of capacity, success rate, and time efficiency. This community service activity aims to increase poultry farmers' productivity through the application of automatic egg incubators based on temperature and humidity control systems. The implementation methods include a partner needs survey, tool design, training in use, and operational assistance. The results of the activity show a 26% increase in hatchability, a reduction in hatching time from 21 to 20 days, and an increase in farmers' knowledge of modern hatching management. This program has had a positive impact on the efficiency and sustainability of small farmers' businesses in Jabungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian tentang 1) Bagaimana manajemen ngaji sorogan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Binangun Singgahan Tuban? 2) Bagaimana hasil dari manajemen ngaji sorogan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Binangun Singgahan Tuban?.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif. Sumber data di dalam penelitian ini adalah terbagi menjadi dua yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data dilakukan untuk memperoleh data dengan cara langsung melalui pihak-pihak yang berkaitan langsung dengan masalah yang ada di lapangan. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data atau instrumen penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dan hasil penelitiannya adalah. 1) manajemen ngaji sorogan di pondok pesantren Al-Hikmah Binangun Singgahan Tuban melalui empat fungsi manajemen, yaitu perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, pengorganisasian kegiatan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan pengawasan hasil pembelajaran, 2) hasil metode ngaji sorogan dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Binangun Singgahan Tuban sangat efektif dilakukan dan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan teori, namun perlu dikembangkan lagi polanya. Pembelajaran kitab kuning dengan metode ngaji sorogan akan tetap berjalan dengan lancar apabilah adanya kerja sama dari beberapa pihak karena keberhasilan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan adalah kerja sama.

Abstract

Empirical studies on structured parental education programs in Islamic educational institutions remain limited, particularly regarding their role in systematically fostering a rabbani generation. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the Madrasah Orangtua Program to the development of a rabbani generation through parental capacity-building, Islamic parenting practices, and synchronization between home and madrasah. Using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by quantitative data, the research was conducted at Markaz Al Kautsar Magelang with program managers, teachers, and parents participating in the Madrasah Orangtua Program selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and before–after questionnaires, then analyzed using thematic analysis and descriptive statistics. The findings indicate that the program strengthens parents’ roles and participation, improves Qur’an-based and prophetic parenting practices, enhances home–school alignment, and reinforces students’ religious conduct, character, emotional stability, and spirituality. These changes are reflected in increased levels of faith, noble character, religious understanding, and Islamic life orientation. The study implies that structured and continuous parental education constitutes a key foundation for building an integrated family–school educational ecosystem and provides an empirically grounded model for Islamic educational institutions seeking to strengthen character and spiritual development through parental engagement. It contributes to Islamic education discourse by positioning parenting education as a strategic pillar for nurturing a rabbani generation through systematic family–school collaboration.
