Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of income variables, number of family members and the needs of influencing the demand for drinking water connections at the Tenggarong Seberang Branch Office of PDAM. This study used a research sample of 90 people with a probability sampling method. The analysis tool uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that from the F test, it was found that F count 96.447> F table 2.47 so that it can be said that the variables of income, number of family members and needs together are able to show a significant effect on the demand for drinking water connections at the Tenggarong Seberang Branch Office of PDAM. Partially, the income variable, family member variable, need variable have a positive influence on the demand for drinking water connections. The variable of need has the most dominant influence on the demand for water connection, which is 0.617 or 61.7%, followed by the income variable of 0.588 or 58.8%, and the variable of the number of family members is 0.483 or 48.3%. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to compare the valuation of HVS paper inventories with the First In First Out (FIFO) method and the Average method in the Muara Kaman photocopy business in Tenggarong. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis. The method of descriptive analysis is to describe the nature of something that has been going on at the time the research is being conducted and examines the causes of certain symptoms. Furthermore, this analysis uses the FIFO and Average methods in inventory valuation. The results of calculations using the average method produce cost of goods sold which is greater than the First In First Out (FIFO) method. On the other hand, the calculation using the First In First Out (FIFO) method will result in a higher ending inventory value than the average method. So if you want to report the value of current assets (especially inventory) is greater then you can use the FIFO method. Keywords: Inventory Valuation, FIFO, Average

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price perception partially or simultaneously on consumer perceptions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong and to determine the dominant variables in influencing consumer perceptions between the two independent variables. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression method with the help of SPSS 20.0 For Window's, with a population of 150 respondents and a sample of 70 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of product quality, price perception and product variations simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong. Price perception variable (X2) partially influences consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong, Product variation variable (X3) partially affects consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong. From the three partial correlation test results, it can be seen that the value of the product quality variable has the greatest influence compared to the price perception variable and product variation, so that the product quality variable is the most dominant variable influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the business prospects of PT. Belayan Internasional Coal in Muara Badak is seen from the aspect of financial analysis. The data used are financial statements for 2015 - 2019. The analytical tools used are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Payback Period. Net Present Value (NPV) results from PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak Rp. 5,513,858,194. So that each year a different cash value is obtained. In the fifth year, the final value of the Net Present Value (NPV) is positive > 0 and this value is still greater than the investment value that has been invested by PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak Rp. 5,500,000,000. he resulting Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value is 21.48%. Because this value is greater than the bank interest rate of 5%. The IRR is greater than the applicable discount factor (rate), which is 5 percent. The value of Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) is 1.033. The BCR value means that the value of the benefits obtained in the business of PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak is 1,033 times the value of the costs incurred at an interest rate of 5%. From the results of the analysis, the investment that has been invested in the business of PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak Rp. 5,500,000,000 and it is estimated that the company can return in 5 years, in fact it can be returned in only 2 years 5 months. The payback period is only 50% of the 5 years estimated by PT. International Coal Belayan in Muara Badak.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the influence of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) on employee motivation at PT. Telesindo Shop Tenggarong Branch. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a census which amounted to 39 with multiple regression analysis tools. The results showed that, first, the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence together (simultaneously) were able to show their influence on the work motivation of employees of PT. Telesindo Shop Tenggarong Branch. The R number is 0.824, which means that the correlation between intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence with employee work motivation has a very strong relationship. Second, from the three partial correlation test results, it can be seen that the value of the spiritual intelligence variable is the largest compared to other variables at 0.713 then followed by the intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence variables so that the spiritual intelligence variable is the most dominant variable affecting the work motivation of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the feasibility study of Doyo Pokant Takaq's Ulap Business in Tenggarong in terms of financial analysis. The analytical tools used are net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), net benefit cost ratio (BCR), and payback period. Results Based on the business feasibility analysis, the net present value (NPV) of the Doyo Pokant Takaq Tenggarong Ulap Business was Rp. 526,828,701. The net present value (NPV) was analyzed by the cash flow method for eight years with a DF of 14% so that each year a different cash value was obtained. In the eighth year, the final Net Present Value (NPV) is positive > 0, and this value is still greater than the investment value that has been invested by the owner of the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap Business in Tenggarong of Rp. 450,000,000. Because the NPV value is greater than zero, the Do Pokant Takaq Ulap business is still feasible to maintain. The value of the benefit-cost ratio (BCR) is 1.249. The BCR value means that the value of the benefits obtained in the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap business in Tenggarong is 1,249 times the value of the costs incurred at an interest rate of 14%. The value of the internal rate of return (IRR) is 33.40%. Because this value is greater than 14%, it can be said that the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap business in Tenggarong is feasible. From the results of the analysis of the investment that has been made by Doyo Pokant Takaq's Ulap Business in Tenggarong, it turns out that it can be returned in only 6 years and 10 months. The payback period achieved is only 68% of the 5 years estimated by the business owner to be able to return the existing capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction based on service quality and marketing mix variables using the Importance Performance Analysis Method and in which quadrant is customer satisfaction at Anyi Ethnik Stores in Tenggarong using the Importance Performance Analysis Method. The population in this study were all consumers who were directly involved and had made purchases at the Anyi Ethnic Shop in Tenggarong in August 2021 for 10 days. The total number of samples used in this study was 50 people. The results showed that there was a high level of customer satisfaction with Anyi Ethnic Shops using the Importance Performance Analysis Method where there were 6 factors Tenggarong Anyi Ethnic Shops did not provide the best service on this attribute. In order for management to concentrate on improving all of its performance on this attribute (concentrate here). The services provided to the attributes in Quadrant B need to be maintained (keep up the good work). The Anyi Ethnic Shop in Tenggarong provides good service to customers. Therefore, this area is called an excess area (possible overkill).

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi di bidang keuangan industri dapat dilihat dari adanya pembayaran elektronik yaitu dompet elektronik (e-wallet). Produk e-wallet yang saat ini terkenal dan banyak digunakan di mahasiswa adalah DANA atau Go-Pay, oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel mengukur persepsi konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbandingan persepsi konsumen pengguna E-wallet pada pengguna aplikasi DANA atau Go-Pay pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kutai Kartanegara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan sampling insidential sebanyak 60 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Mann Whitney U- test non parametris yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan median -median kelompok pada E-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan persepsi konsumen yang signifikan mengenai elemen persepsi manfaat pada pengguna e-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay (2) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi konsumen yang signifikan mengenai elemen persepsi kemudahan penggunaan pada pengguna e-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay (3) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi konsumen yang signifikan mengenai elemen persepsi kepercayaan pada pengguna e-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay (4) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi konsumen yang signifikan mengenai elemen persepsi keamanan pada pengguna e-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions, destination image and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on Revisit Intention (Study at the Mulawarman Museum). The population in this study were visitors to the Mulawarman Museum in Tenggarong. The research sample was 97 visitors to the Mulawarman Museum. Sampling used the Simple Random Sampling technique and the data analysis tool used Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 26 software. Based on the research results, it shows that (1) Tourist Attraction, Destination Image and Electronic Word of Mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on Revisit Intention. (2) Tourist Attraction does not have a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. (3) Destination image has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. (4) Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. (5) Destination image has a dominant influence on Revisit Intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and examine the financial performance of a Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Kelulut Honey Cooperative "Kukar Idaman Lestari" using quantitative descriptive research methods. The data used in this study come from the financial statements of the Kelulut Honey Cooperative "Kukar Idaman Lestari" in the form of Balance Sheet Financial Statements and Income Statements between 2021 and 2023. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis, namely, analyzing financial statements with a financial ratio approach in the form of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity. Based on the results of the discussion of the financial performance analysis above, it can be concluded that the overall hypothesis about the proposed Cooperative's financial performance is rejected or not proven correct. In the hypothesis proposed that the financial ratios in the Kukar Idaman Lestari Honey Kelulut Cooperative have decreased from the previous year both in terms of Solvency which has decreased, in terms of Activity which is moving slowly and Profitability which has decreased.
