Abstract

Penurunan penjualan merupakan salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh banyak bisnis, termasuk toko retail seperti Zara Store di Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan penjualan di Toko Zara Store Kabupaten Lumajang dan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan penjualan di toko Zara Store Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada manajer, staf penjualan, serta pelanggan, serta observasi langsung terhadap kondisi toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi penurunan penjualan antara lain adalah persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan toko pakaian lain, perubahan preferensi konsumen yang lebih memilih belanja online, penurunan daya beli masyarakat, serta kurangnya strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Selain itu, faktor internal seperti kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang dirasa kurang memadai turut berkontribusi terhadap menurunnya minat beli. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan bagi pihak manajemen Zara Store untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap strategi pemasaran, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, serta beradaptasi dengan tren digital untuk menarik lebih banyak pelanggan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengelola Zara Store dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja penjualannya.

Abstract

Pemasaran dan distribusi merupakan elemen penting dalam keberhasilan penjualan suatu produk, termasuk aksesoris yang dijual di toko kelontong di Kecamatan Yosowilangun, Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran dan distribusi aksesoris ke toko-toko kelontong guna meningkatkan daya saing dan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan 60 pemilik toko kelontong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aksesoris umumnya dibeli secara impulsif, dengan faktor harga dan tampilan produk sebagai pertimbangan utama. Sebagian besar pemilik toko menganggap aksesoris sebagai produk sampingan yang menambah pendapatan, namun terkendala oleh keterbatasan pemasok dan stok yang tidak tetap. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diterapkan strategi pemasaran berbasis hubungan interpersonal, strategi harga fleksibel, serta distribusi langsung melalui sistem pemesanan berbasis WhatsApp dan pengiriman langsung ke toko. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan produk, memperkuat hubungan pemasok dengan toko, serta meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi aksesoris di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Jaringan Wi-Fi telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan modern, terutama bagi pelanggan yang bergantung pada koneksi internet untuk berbagai aktivitas, seperti pekerjaan, hiburan, dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sinyal jaringan Wi-Fi terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis mencakup kecepatan koneksi, stabilitas jaringan, latensi, dan jangkauan sinyal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei terhadap pelanggan layanan Wi-Fi serta analisis data kuantitatif untuk mengukur hubungan antara kualitas sinyal dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sinyal yang baik secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, sementara gangguan jaringan atau sinyal yang lemah dapat menurunkan pengalaman pengguna. Dengan demikian, penyedia layanan internet disarankan untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur jaringan guna memastikan kualitas sinyal yang optimal dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of caning sanctions in criminal law in Aceh, especially in cases of prostitution, by examining the historical, legal, and cultural dimensions as the basis for the legitimacy of the punishment. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, including legal document analysis, in-depth interviews, and field observations to obtain comprehensive empirical data. The results of the study indicate that caning punishment is not merely a product of formal law, but also a symbol of social and moral control that is strongly legitimized by religious traditions and local cultural norms. The implications of this study emphasize the need for a multidimensional understanding in enforcing sharia law in order to adapt to the principles of human rights and the ever-evolving social dynamics of Acehnese society.

Abstract

This research focuses on a juridical analysis of the conformity of Indonesia's labor law framework in providing protection for workers in the gig economy sector, particularly those working through digital platforms. The method used is normative juridical research with a legislative approach and literature study on legal literature, international reports, and relevant jurisprudence. The research results show that Indonesian labor regulations, such as Law Number 13 of 2003 and the Job Creation Law, have not been able to reach new forms of work relationships that are flexible but have a structural dependency on platform companies. The absence of formal legal recognition for digital workers has created a void in social and employment protections, and has strengthened the dominant position of corporations through opaque algorithmic regulations. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of reformulating labor laws to be more adaptive, substantive, and contextual, in order to ensure distributive justice and the rights of digital workers in the era of technology-based economies.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the legal provisions for the ownership and import of invasive fish species in Indonesia, as well as the effectiveness of their implementation in protecting aquatic ecosystems from ecological threats. This research uses a juridical-normative approach with a qualitative analysis of applicable laws and regulations, a study of court decisions, and a review of scientific literature related to cases of the spread of invasive alien species (AIS). The results show that Indonesia has a fairly strong legal framework through Law Number 21 of 2019 concerning Quarantine and Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries (as amended by Law Number 45 of 2009). However, weaknesses in implementation aspects, such as minimal supervision at water entry points, weak public legal literacy, and suboptimal coordination between institutions, remain major obstacles. This research implies the need to strengthen the quarantine system, implement multidimensional legal accountability (criminal, civil, and administrative), and develop a National Action Plan for Invasive Species Control based on scientific data as a long-term strategic step.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential legal conflicts arising from the mismatch between the employment contract of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) and the applicable regulations related to the appointment of school principals. The method used in this research is normative legal research with a statutory approach to examine related regulations. Data collection consists of primary legal materials from laws, secondary materials from legal journals, and tertiary materials as supporting references. The analysis used a qualitative normative method to interpret the data in a comprehensive legal context. The results show significant legal uncertainty regarding the status and rights of PPPK in strategic positions, especially in the school principal position. The inconsistency of regulations regarding tenure and legal protection for PPPKs creates potential conflicts that can affect their career stability and performance. Recommendations regarding legal harmonization and clearer regulations are proposed to ensure legal certainty and protection for PPPKs in strategic positions.

Abstract

The general problem faced by cooperatives is the low quality of Human Resources (SDM) managerial in managing the entities owned by these members. So the specific objective of this community service is directed at constructing the management's understanding of entrepreneurial-based cooperative management which is derived to answer 3 (three) specific problems, namely: (1) what is meant by cooperative entrepreneurship towards prosperous members?; (2) why is cooperative entrepreneurship important for student cooperative managers towards prosperous members? and (3) how to internalize cooperative entrepreneurship in student cooperative managers towards prosperous members? The method used is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with participants being the management of the Student Cooperative (Kopma) al-Kautsar UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The results of the service show that Kopma members have the same insight in perceiving cooperative entrepreneurship, namely the entrepreneurial spirit of members. Entrepreneurial spirit is a member modality shown by the creativity and independence of members. Meanwhile, the strategy to internalize cooperative entrepreneurship is by translating cooperative values ​​reflected in a responsible attitude implemented in the form of an Annual Members Meeting (RAT).
